The room was clean, the bathroom so so....big problem with the drainage well, don't try to take a shower more than 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good and the staff great. The AC was not working properly and what a shame, there is a small bar but,,,,,no barman or you have to wait a long time before to get...

Great shower, great black out curtains, 23 hr bar with comfortable chairs! Good parking, great front desk staff. Great views from some rooms. Park/playground can be slightly noisy from children but it subsides as the sun sets.

Although not situated in the historical center of Belluno, this hotel meets all the expectations of a good 4 star hotel with a professional, courteous staff, clean modern, efficient facilities. Wi-Fi works well. AC is adjustable and works quietly to allow a good night sleep without noise. Breakfast buffet is good, and the area is very well maintained. There is...

Overall, the hotel and rooms were clean and modern. With the AC supposedly working the room was 26c. Not acceptable for a hotel that advertises AC. It made sleeping nearly impossible. Location was ok. Wifi was good. A nice hotel, but with poor AC, beware.

We have now stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row on our way to The Dolomites. The rooms are clean, the beds large and extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent with lovely showers. There is a decent supermarket opposite which is a great help when heading for a self-catering week in the mountains. Breakfast is buffet-style and...

good hotel, good breakfast (buffet sweet and salt) rooms are clean and quite big with big beds, kind staff, the hotel is not exactly in the town center: it's twenty minutes far by walking , by car is just 2 minutes

On your way up to Cortina? This is a good hotel to stay in Belluno. The staff are efficient and the rooms are what you'd expect from a good modern hotel. Easy free parking and a pleasant fifteen minute walk down into Belluno. If you like Japanese food, there's a restaurant across the road that offers excellent sushi!
