I made a reservation for ski season stay via expedia and asked expedia to check how much it would be to add an extra bed to the room. Expedia has not been helpful and said they could not get in touch with the hotel they represent and sell. I called the hotel myself, got through but the staff does not...

Enjoyed every second in and around the Hotel Jafferau ! Splendid location, and the road is accessible with car + winter tires, and otherwise the shuttle bus of the hotel is available at any time to bring you either to the center or back to the hotel. I stayed here with my husband and little girl, who we celebrated their...

Surreal… The worst experience so far. On booking.com most clients don’t have the time to leave a full feedback about their stay, positive or negative, and this is our case, however i am doing an effort to make sure that other people don’t have the bad experience that we just had on this hotel, as our experience was way to...

Loved my stay at the hotel with my family. The service was very warm and accommodating. The hotel is great for anyone who loves to ski. It is located mid mountain so you could be first one up on top. I would definitely go back, the staff made my stay very memorable

I had the pleasure to spend some days on the sky slopes surrounding the hotel. Christian, the deejay of the bar&hotel , was playing cool music. I briefly had a conversation with him and he is also a really nice person. Having lunch or a good Italian espresso with such music is definitely a must.

Located out of town at the ideal place to explore Batteria Jafferau, Galleria Monte Seguret, Forte Pramand & Forte Föens. Waking up to views across the valley at the towering mountains all around this is a fantastic place to watch the constantly changing weather unfold from a warm hotel room, or take in the mountain air on the verandah. The...

Yeah it sounds good being halfway up the mountain, but not really. Hotel felt closed with lights off most of the time. Uninspiring breakfast, sad rooms and corridors, irritatingly our bed was actually a sofa bed partitioned off from someone else's room! Okay if it's the only place left but do look elsewhere first.

I booked this hotel for my young family to enjoy a week of skiing in March. We knew the hotel was in the back of beyond, but didn't realise just how badly signposted it would be. It really is way up the mountain past any other houses and yes, you really do need snow chains or possibly socks on your...

We stayed at Jafferau during the Carnival Holiday. The way up to the Hotel is steep and winding (for 7 Kms..), luckily the street was clean till almost 300m from the Hotel entrance, we have had to park outside, but it was OK. The Hotel has a big pool, the staff is very responsive and friendly, the ski rental shop...

I've just returned from staying at Hotel Jafferau and we had a great time. The stay wasn't without it's complications, as we booked the holiday as full board through hotels.com - When we arrived we were informed that they don't offer full board and that it was a mistake. Very difficult to communicate with the people on reception as their...
