The hotel is celebrating it's 50th. anniversary year. It has a very traditional style and consequently appeals to older couples. Our room was a "countryside one", i.e. it did not overlook the pool and did not have a balcony, but this had absolutely no impact on the enjoyment of our stay, as, apart from sleeping we spent little time in...

This is a nice hotel in a quiet location set back from the lake and a short 4-5 minute walk from the town. The hotel is 'traditional' and attracts an older clientele. The room we had was pretty basic and was probably one of the ones needing renovation as it was a little dated (I believe some rooms had been...

We had a renovated suite and it was fantastic. Our teenage kids had a regular room which was fine for them but I thought it was overpriced for such an outdated room. I definitely recommend paying the extra money for the renovated suite! Breakfast was fantastic, great quality and amazing views. Excellent location. The common areas of the hotel are...

My husband and I stayed here from 6th-13th August, we had such a wonderful time staying here. There really is no more that I can say that hasn't been said already, we were on a half board basis and the food was absolutely delicious, Ignatio the Head Waiter takes such pride in what he does and always has a smile...

The San Pietro is perfectly positioned in Bardolino. The staff are courteous and helpful. We chose a front of Hotel room with Balcony on the third floor overlooking the pool and gardens and would recommend this type of room. All floors can be reached via stairs or the 2 lifts. Breakfast is taken on the rooftop restaurant which also hosts...

This was our first visit to the San Pietro and it is definitely a cut above the other hotels we have stayed at in Bardolino. The 'Italian' staff were friendly and courteous and service was of a high standard. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a bonus each morning with a good selection of food to choose from. There was...

We stayed here recently with our elderly parents for a short break following a night in Bergamo. The hotel is on one of the further back streets from the lake front however it's an easy walk into town via a pathway to the promenade or directly into the main squares. there are dozens of cafes and restaurants and the ferries...

Having been to Bardolino a few times, we decided to give this beautiful looking hotel a go. We were not disappointed. The hotel is medium sized and just outside the town but within 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, ferry and shops. It is in an ideal location. We stayed for 7 nights bed and breakfast. We loved everything about...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in late June 2016. We were very impressed with the hotel, the service and the breakfast. The hotel is very clean and the added bonus of relaxing at the outdoor pool is great after a long day walking around Lake Garda. The breakfast served on the roof terrace is quite vast...

We came back from this hotel yesterday and all I can say is if you are going to Bardolino...this hotel is the place to stay. The staff are first class and the food at dinner would compete with any London restaurant. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. If you have already booked a hotel make sure...
