A magnificent gentle slope fronting Lake Garda, few steps from Bardolino and the lake.Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments introduces a new concept in hospitality: the architectural lines were designed to integrate the new residential building with the natural undulating of the ground. A firm non-acceptance of an high-impact architecture. All suites and apartments have been conceived to offer the maximum comfort, thanks to a new desire of great convenience for the guest.

Lovely hotel, large clean rooms, lovely pool, great location, really lovely roof top bar. BUT - customer service poor, very disappointing. Seems to have got worse - this was our third visit but not sure we will return. Such a shame - hotel has amazing potential if only they could get the customer service right.

The standard suite we had was clean and spacious. We went out of season so it was good value for money but with good weather too that became great value for money! The pool and spa facilities were an added bonus, although I can imagine them being very busy in high season. If going to the spa then don’t forget to take your robe and toiletries. Overall a wonderful stay and likely to return.

This is an alright hotel, but particularly their approach to their customers leaves much to be desired. There were just numerous things that were annoying and made the holiday just a little bit worse: The heating was controlled by reception and it was set far too cold. They said there had been some fault but didn't explain what it was. To use the pool you have to wear a special swim cap that you had to buy from the hotel. Bath robes were available for a fee and a deposit. The deposit had to be in cash for some reason, which meant we could only get one :( Our apartment didn't have any washing up materials, eg cloths, dishtowels, scrubbers etc. Some sort of water draining noise on and off during the night in our room

We use to travel regularly to Bardolino as a family and with the family now grown up we decided to return as a couple. We booked the Parc Germano Apartments which is located just on the edge of the town on the road to Garda. Having now been for 8 years I was a bit apprehensive on what the changes would be. I didn't need to be the check in was smooth the apartment excellent and the views of La Rocca and the lake were amazing. The hotel still has everything you need. The cocktail bar with its panoramic views of the lake, the magnificent grounds ideal for walking in and relaxing and the pools. While i wasn't brave enough in October to dip into two outdoor pools the indoor pool was great. All in all it brought back and reinforced the happy memories we had of the hotel. A great location and only a 10 minute relaxing walk into the heart of Bardolino.

We arrived a little early for check in, but the room was all ready and we were quickly and efficiently conveyed there in a golf cart... maybe a little excessive with the easyJet hand luggage allowance sized cases, but I'm not complaining at all! The Room, well suite, was spacious and bright, with a terrace complete with sun loungers and a table, that we didn't expect to use in October (but we did). A large main room with TV, comfy sofa, mini bar and dining table, a well appointed bathroom and a decent bedroom. It was clean and there was fresh bottled water each day, coffee and biscuits and vitally a corkscrew to open the fabulous local wine... the only microscopic complaint the promised BBC channel on the TV wasn't there but I didn't come here to watch strictly so really we didn't care. The room was a great place to sleep and to pop back to and chill between the exploring of the day and the evening trip out for a meal. Breakfast was lovely. A buffet that covered most of the things you could want, continental breads and pastries, bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, fruit, salad, juices, coffee, Prosecco (!) and the option to have something special prepared. Some of those options may be a little odd to our english tastes... shrimp cocktail or pizza for breakfast, but they seemed popular. Overall we can't recommend the place highly enough. even when our stay was suddenly cut short (thank you easyJet) they were massively helpful and sympathetic. We will be back!
