Nice location for a day-spa. Spent a day in the pools of the resort. Staff very friendly and overall impression satisfying. Here and there, the pool area needs a little touch up, however it is still well maintained.

We have been to the thermal swimming pool spa during the day in July and we found a nice and small resort in this wonderful and picturesque city between Romagna and Tuscany. Really recommended as it is probably one of the biggest spas in the area

Good aspects:1) location, which is amazing and great place for relaxastion 2) Staff, who are friendly and helpful3) Cleanliness4) Facilities5) Price6) lunch and dinner (the only problem here was that we had line up several minutes )7) Pool, spacious enough, clean, lovely viewThings to be improved :1) Breakfast, which was not at the level of a 4 star hotel2) minibar in the room, (we took a package which the minibar was included but the minibar had only 1 bottle of water and cold tea and a boiler, which is literally nothing, when they mention minibar one would expect way more than that)3) Staff (they were friendly and helpful but not for non-Italian guests, because they mostly coul not speak English, if I did not know a bit of Italian I would have faced a big problem)4) pool : A) there were no bar inside the pool ,they told me the bar was open only during the summer time, which is pity if you wanna stay for more hours inside the pool B) the lockers inside the pool are with the real locks those of a thousands years ago , which is really bad gesture for a 4 star hotel C) the number of hydro massages were very few and we always had to wait for other people to give up the palce! 5) for using any facilities we had to have an electronic card with us which this could be improved by a simple electronic bracelet 6) masseurs (they were not expert at all, at least those gave massage to us, we took a thai massage which was not thai at all) 7) Relaxing areas, they were not big enough to have room for all the people and the herbal tea container there was always empty 8) accessories in bathroom, they were at the level of a bed and breakfast 9) Rooms, our room was great but the view which we had was toward a construction area, they could announce this to us before so we would not pay for a superior room to have an ugly construction view. 10) I always had difficulties calling the property before to go there , all the lines were always busy Conclusion: If the small little things, which I mentioned above and they can really rack on your nerve, will be solved I would definitely go there again and again for relaxing.

The room was adequate...It had a safe which I was amazed to find was NOT bolted-down and could be easily lifted and taken away!! The carpets in some areas were worn and stained. We went to the pool only to find that EVERYONE was obliged to wear a bathing cap. I didn't bother with the pool. Breakfasts were very good, but a bit chaotic. I found it a bit off -putting to see quite a few guests arriving for breakfast dressed in their bathrobe. I found the staff friendly but, unfortunately for us, not many spoke English. I just don't think that the resort deserves a 5-star rating.

Decided to try this resort once again after 20 years. They defenetely have renovated a lot and it is more up to date. We were checked in promptly and all details about our package were explained.. breakfast, pool access and spa access. Room seemed adequate but the carpets in the corridor were really stained and looked dirty. The second day we were there, there was substantial construction noise above our room. They are doing some renovation in some areas but never disclosed it when we checked in. I asked for a different room somewhere else and they did accommodate our request. Second room was in a different area, much clearer carpet on the hallway and room a bit more modern. Pool is great, but... People are smoking everywhere even though it is supposed to be non-smoking unless in designated areas. Some guests didn't care and smoked while the staff monitoring the pool seemed not to care or bother to enforce the policy. Being in a health spa surrounded by smokers is not something I appreciate. Additionally the amount of small children in the pool can be overwhelming. Maybe having some time slots for adults would be a welcome alternative. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and plenty of food and a huge selection.

Very very nice spa, with a couple of large thermal swimming pools. Rooms are large. Very well located close to the nice village. Breakfast is very good, lots of different options. It gets a little bit crowdy...

They really treat you like an amazing guest, and there is the formula of the “club” with a blue bracelet, with that you have in the inside of the pool a private area for relax and comfortable sofa’s and welcoming drink, a reserved area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are spaces for kids, games and biliardo table, there are common area for shows, karaokes and other things it depends on the schedule that they plan, you find it on you’re room, with also a guest telephone for the guest for explore the areas around the hotel and have nice experience like, biking, adventure park, walks in the helfs hood, and he in touch with the nature. It was an amazing experience.

Comfortable hotel , the termal pool and the spa are beautiful and very well organized. There is a plenty of treatments available at honest prices. The buffet restaurant could offer something more but the quality is good.
