Very nice hotel in a perfect position, only 2 min walking far from the central square of the city. Rooms are like small apartments with a small kitchen, everything new, well furnished and equipped for a relaxing stay. The cleaning service is well done. Breakfast is served in a tiny terrace with an interesting view of the building roofs in the surroundings. Staff is very friendly and professional.
We found the last minute on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. It's inside a clothing store, which seems odd, but it's very nice. The staff was fabulous. Very helpful. Good English. Friendly. The room is clean and simple. There seems to be a focus on safety since the doors are about 6 inches thick. The area felt safe to walk and it's just a few minutes to the most beautiful piazza. the breakfast was typical, but fresh and tasty. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area. the only problem we had was parking, which was awful. It's park on the street and the meters are difficult. We got a $75 ticket for being 1 1/2 hours short on the time. The public street parking is about 6-7 blocks away so it's a walk with your bags. But if parking is not an issue, this is the perfect place!…
Nicely situated in the historical center of Ascoli Piceno, the place to be to visit the city. You are close of every monuments and the shopping area and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with all facilities.
We had booked an apartment for our two night stay in Ascoli Piceno, but do to the recent earthquakes, at the last minute the apartment became unavailable. The owner helped us book here. Very nice surprise - three room suite with a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed with lots of room and living room/kitchen area which we really didn't use much, but it would have been nice for a longer stay. Extremely clean, everything was very well done. Just a few steps from the Piazza del Popolo. Breakfast coupons for two nice, close places were included. The desk is only staffed in the afternoon and evening, but that was not a problem. We arrived before 4 pm and the keys and instructions were waiting for us in a lock box. Key card to the outside door meant that we could come and go anytime that we wanted, but made us feel very secure. Good elevator (I have bad knees and needed it to go upstairs). The young lady who checked us in later in the day was very pleasant and made it clear that she would be happy to help us with anything that we needed, though we never had to take her up on it. Who ever was there always had a bright smile and friendly "bongiorno" whenever we went in or out.…
Tucked near to the center of the historic center (Piazza del Popolo), this hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, easily accessible and a good price! We had ample room in our suite for our family of 5. The breakfast coupons are for a richly historic cafe only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Although there's no parking on the premises, there is plenty of parking outside the historic district (10 minutes by foot).
