We flew into Olbia, rented a car and drove to the resort. Valet or self-park available. Inviting and large reception area where we were warmly received and escorted to our room with a brief tour of the property. Our room was large and very roomy with a large terrace. Clean and very comfortable. Bountiful offerings at breakfast, full house, never had to wait for a table, overlooking the harbor. The pool is immaculate and quiet and offers food and drink. Grab a voucher at the reception desk in the morning to whichever beach they offer that day and drive to the beach or take the shuttle van they offer. The voucher is good for chairs, towels, umbrella. We went to Liscia Ruja beaches each day. The beaches have several options for eat-in lunch venues. Drive to Phi Beach for an unforgettable sunset experience or Porto Cervo for dinner and a stroll. One evening we drove to a local restaurant La Briciola Ristorante Pizzeria for an amazing dinner. Best dinner option was along the harbor of this hotel! There are at least 10 options. At night it is a very lively scene. The harbor is very active, maybe 100 docked boats. Very friendly and available staff.

After reading the other reviews of this hotel I was very skeptical, however after staying 4 days I would definitely return. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the service was exceptional. The shuttle to the beach is a great bonus (you get sun loungers and umbrella included). We visited other beaches and parking was £7.50 plus sun lounger rental so it does add up if you want to explore. You definitely need a car if you are staying at this hotel in off season, as there are limited dining options, we stayed in September (if you are a big meat eater then definitely check out Aruana churascaria). The pool area was clean, and breakfast was lovely looking out over the marina- due to COVID it was not self serve.

I do have to agree with some of the other reviews in saying that for a 5* hotel the furniture is very dated. The pool bar is also exceptionally expensive, €20 for a cocktail is too steep even for a 5*. We ended up going to the supermarket which is a 3 min drive away and having drinks on the balcony instead.

Im not sure if rates were cheaper because of Covid, but for the price I feel like the hotel is worth it, it's in a gorgeous area and is a great base to explore Porto Cervo, the amazing beaches around costa Smeralda, and only 30 mins to Palau harbour if you want to go to La Maddalena.

We took a first floor apartment that overlooked the hotel entrance and the harbour beyond. The room was spacious with two air conditioners, a large balcony ringed with purple flowers. The room has a kitchenette, two ring hob, large fridge, small freezer and a well stocked mini bar. Wifi worked flawlessly in all rooms. Plenty of drawers and hanging space in the walk through wardrobe. Bidet, toilet, shower and sink with hairdryer and makeup mirror. Shower was excellent. Bedroom had two large singles pushed together to make a Queen bed (too hard for us). Coded safe for valuables.

We went at the start of the season so staff were new and not everything was open. For instances the nearest super market is near the next town, however there is a free shuttle to take you there or the beach nearby about a 10-12 min ride away.... a good 50minute walk. The hotel provide a free voucher to exchange for the beach chairs / umbrella and towels.

The "continental Breakfast" (7:30-10:30am) is amazing with over 250 types of food. Hot full English is available for about £11. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant once, which was only spoilt by a "welcomer", who didn't understand her job description. During a sudden down pour we ran to seek shelter and food from the harbour. This means were were dressed for the day and not in dinner attire. Returning to change would have meant another 5 minute run in a torrential storm. We were treated with distain that we should have the nerve to try and get dinner in Dryspin T-Shirts and Oakley shorts. Food and wine was good, albeit over priced. £150 for two with £50 for the wine. The exact same wine is £35 and you can get an amazing all you can eat dinner at the Brazilian restaurant at the top of the hill by the tennis courts, just 8mins walk (up hill) away. £128 gets all you can eat amazing steak dinner with wine for two. .... a nice roll down the hill at up to 3am to get back to the hotel... it opens at 8pm. Prepare to put on about 8lbs a week if you eat here.

I stayed here in May 2022, throughout the entire stay we were all severely disappointed with the quality of the service given the prices we were paying to stay there. For starters, when the room would be “cleaned” - we never had fresh towels given to us during the stay, never had the mini bar renewed with water, one of our sinks wouldn’t unplug and was full of dirty water… they never bothered to fix it.

To top it off, I left a dress hanging in the closet and called immediately the day after to claim this with the expectation of it being mailed to me. When I called, not only did no one seem to care about my missing item, they “had found nothing left in the room…” I called every week for the following 3 weeks, 3x a time a week, every time someone telling me they would call back in 10 minutes. One month on, NO ONE has ever called me back!! Horrendous horrendous service, and to be told that my dress was no where to be found?! I’m sorry but this hotel is absolutely awful and can only assume my dress has been taken by a staff member. DO NOT STAY here, not worth the money.

This has been the worst experience ever had on vacation.

the hotel is supposed to provide a shuttle in order to go to the beach.. well, nobody tells you prior to checking in that it is a 40-min drive and there’s no bar or any service such as toilets .
Therefore, you’re supposed to spend time at the pool in the hotel - however the capacity of sunbeds is way less than the guests accommodated by the property, so it’s almost impossible to find a spot (also, there’s lot of “VIPs” during the month of August, so there’s preference in pleasing them first and prioritizing their needs).
from the first moment, we entered the room, the wifi was not accessible and we called reception several times. they lied telling us someone was on their way to assist. Long story short, the “IT guy” showed up after 1 hr and a half that we kept calling.
The room is nothing special, not what you expect from a 5 star property and what they make you pay per night.
Also, out of 6 nights we were there, we got waken up 3 nights by people shouting in corridors or slamming doors or drunk guests singing and chatting loudly.
the property is the dirtiest you could ever find, bottles and glasses from the day are still there on bar’s tables in the evening after you come back from dinner. If you happen to walk through corridors, you’ll also find dirty plates with food still there that have never been taken away.
The hotel staff is just terrible, rude and they have an excuse for anything you complain about. They’re super slow, one night we asked for a bottle of water (yes, they do not even manage to refill what it’s finished in the room!!!) and waited for 1 hour before getting it - excuse was that they were understaffed hence only one person was covering the shift. There’s just no service, no maintenance AT ALL. Things are broken or just not working properly (like the sliding door in the picture) and most likely will stay that way for the next 2 years.
Another story should be made on the parking..
the parking barrier never opens/closes. You just have to call the hotel every time you need to get in or out and they’ll answer rudely claiming the cars’ plate is registered so no problem should be raised.
next thing you know is you’ll have to wait 20 mins before the bar actually raises and lets you in/out.
Experience to forget and the hotel should close, hope nobody will spend anymore money for absence of service, but nest of rudeness only!!!

The hotel location is amazing; in a marina and surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes so if you’re there for a relaxing retreat you don’t need a car. We booked the pent house and it had the best view in house! Very spacious and clean it had 3 rooms (1 master bedroom with a walking closet) each with a full wc and a small balcony facing the parking/mountain area, a living room with a 1/2 wc, (separated by 3-4 steps) a dining area, a kitchen (fully equipped) and a spacious balcony viewing the marina and the hotel garden/main entrance. However, to have such view, the way to the pent house was required going up a couple set of stairs (40+ steps) so forgetting something back in the room and going back up to get it was a bit of a hassle, but we used it as an exercise for the trip instead of the gym haha! The staff were very friendly and so were the locals in the area. Language was not a barrier most of the people there talked English even though they weren’t fluent but you can always find a way with communication. We made our booking through the hotels website and found a great price on the penthouse (considering the size and location) in the long stay offers tab.
Filippo at the boat rental counter helped us a lot with that and even recommended a couple of places to visit around the area.
The hotel has a decent gym with most of the equipment required to workout; as of what my brother said. You can pass by the pool when walking to breakfast. It’s very nice and chill. The breakfast was fresh and DELICIOUS! I can’t say anything else. Refills were nonstop and there was a chef that took your orders for eggs. And not to forget the breakfast view was also a plus!
The hotel is not directly on a beach but they have their own in a 5 minute drive maybe. They can reserve you sun beds and take you there in a shuttle (back and forth) it also had a restaurant and a drinks kiosk for freshly squeezed juices and mojitos and a wc but honestly it wasn’t that clean.
If you’re thinking of roaming the island i would recommend renting a car because taxi’s and the hotel rides are pricey.
Finally; our stay was more than amazing and I would really recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of going to North Sardinian!

This hotel is possibly one of the most aesthetically pleasing we've stayed at. The entrance, inside and the pool are scenes of beauty, and the port is postcard perfect. We went to Sardinia for our honeymoon in September 2023 and stayed at two hotels, this being the first one. We missed it a lot after our four night stay!

We were given a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room and two drinks vouchers to use at the pool bar – we were thankful for these as cocktails were about €20 each which seemed quite steep even if they did taste amazing!

We only had bed and breakfast so can't comment on the evening food but breakfast had such a variety and was really high quality. You couldn't get bored of the choices.

The hotel and local taxis are expensive (it cost us €30 each way for about a 7 minute car journey) so you're much better off if you have a car when visiting, for ease of seeing the local area (we did have a car but wanted to drink one night as we visited Cone Club which is an incredible beach club).

Overall we loved our stay here. The hotel was very clean (in fact we ended up tipping the housekeeping staff as they were so on it), welcoming and depending on budget, we'd definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the marina. The rooms are well kept and housekeeping come at least twice a day. Nice touch for sweets and biscuits to be left in your room. The pool area is beautiful and plenty of beds for everyone, all the beds are monitored - as in you cannot have people “save beds” in the morning or all day, the attentive lifeguards take off unoccupied towels to ensure everyone gets chance for a bed. This has been a breath of fresh air. The pool bar brings drinks to beds, however as noted previously this can be a little pricey, but always comes with free snacks. Take advantage of the free bus the hotel puts on to the beaches. And definitely take a walk around the marina, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops which are all reasonably priced. Places to definitely eat out are the cafe piazza on the front, the romana restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant by the Spar. All are worth a visit, excellent food, service and views. We didn’t try the hotel restaurants at all over the 7 days, as we were having too much of a good time trying the others around the hotel! The breakfast in the hotel was amazing - catering for all needs, with a gluten free selection, soya milk, almond milk etc. There is so much to choose from at breakfast! The hotel grounds are beautifully kept, always staff tending to plants, flowers etc and all staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is quite remote and walking anywhere isn’t an option, so either taxi or hire a car. However if you are looking for a relaxing and indulgent break this is what you will get. Stayed at the end of June and the weather has been amazing.

The place to stay when traveling to Sardinia.
High quality all around, good insulated rooms, air conditioning works perfectly, irreproachable cleanliness.
As if the geography of the place wasn’t enough to win you over (the hotel is nestled at the far end of a natural marina, so the other best way to arrive here is aboard a yacht) you also get impeccable service from the staff (always ready to answer to any query or to assist you). Compared to a previous visit, it needs to be said that the cuisine has also improved, so really struggling to find a negative thing to say.
Highly recommended overall!

This is a lovely Hotel with interesting architectural features, which feels more like a small village.
After an initial mix up with the room at check in which was resolved by the reception team we settled in for a weeks stay. The room was comfortable, overlooking the pool. There are some sea view rooms but most seem to face the pool or garden. The main restaurant faces out to sea so breakfast was enjoyed for the see view and the amazing selection of quality products.
Staff (pool, restaurant, reception and bar) were excellent, always helpful and professional. We did not use the shuttle service to the beaches but other guests seemed to have had good experiences.
The location of this hotel is on a small inlet lined with yachts, but some of the amenities (restaurants, bars and shops) had closed already in September, so you really need a car when staying here as there is very little within walking distance.
