Never go to this hotel again and explain why. The staff is nice, the room is small and dark (forget about reading the book, because it is very dimly lit), so clean and cleaned daily. Eating disaster. Breakfast the same thing every day and that is ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, one kind of bread, butter, yogurt, some chips, a croissant. They do not have hot water containers, so everyone has to order tea or coffee, which takes a long time. Plus, there's only one tea, black. When I asked about fruit, it is probably a luxury to which the Czech clientele is probably not entitled. The German would definitely not come here. After a few days, the repair will get down your throat. Dinner is pointless from 7.30 pm !! I don't understand why so late. What's more, it all lasts that we left around 9 pm to 9.15 pm daily before they gradually served us. I really don't understand why I should have dinner for the night before going to bed. Why can't it be needed from 6 pm? Otherwise great skiing, we liked it and will definitely return here, just not to this hotel anymore.

Hotel Posta is conveniently located on the main road in Aprica. I was here for two nights - my room was large and it had a balcony, but the furniture was battered and would benefit from renewing. The bathroom was ok in itself, but there was a lingering bad smell that forced to keep the window open.
Air conditioning was practically missing, even working on the control made no difference.
There was only one coat hanger usable, no info at all in the room - you had to read the paper sheets in the lift or ask the staff.

I booked a "deluxe" room, I do not want to imagine what a standard room might be like...

Breakfast was OK, with some choices available, and a few reserved parking places were available.

I returned to this 'hotel after a nice experience made in 2018, but unfortunately the management is not the same and this has affected our holiday..... the current managers in my judgment do not know remotely what I sense of hospitality, education, expertise in managing a large group (we were 60 guests), although the room we occupied was somewhat dated, chipped floor, closet with doors divelte, the cleanliness enough cared for the rest. The menus without the possibility of alternative choices, the poor quality dishes, the small portions, just think that in the morning for 60 people there were two small pies that were enough at most for 10..... one evening at dinner as a main course we were served a spinach 😂, what a fall in style! I could continue for as many as I've seen in a week's stay but I'll stop there. I do not recommend this hotel!

Absolutely terrible, The food was horrendous it was raw, dry and disgusting. Pasta every single day. The manager was an inconsiderate A-HOLE she tried to fine us for a wardrobe door that fell off (it was taped on), The whole hotel was falling apart, most of it was glued together. I also the the waitress PEEING in the garden and finally the shower was horrible, it was taped on and also not to mention but there was RUST coming out of it!!!

Stop after a nice walk with the desire to eat something good. Mini sandwich with sausage and polenta with non-existent and completely unseasoned grilled vegetables. Total disappointment. I felt robbed. I do not recommend

Very kind staff at the reception, a nice welcome.
For the rest, the ground floor and the breakfast room clean and nice but the room...
Old, absolutely in need of modernization but that would be the least, not to mention the bathroom!! Sink tap that would come off if you turned on the water and the shower also it with broken tap that wants to open and turns here and there, water ??? very little water a wire and cold. And on the floor in the bathroom there was also hair.
Change your cleaning staff!
We were tired and it was already late otherwise we would have left.
I hope for them that all the rooms are not like that.

Sunday lunch served in the garden with barbecue menu.
Poor and poor quality menu with even poorer service.
The lady who took the order didn’t even know what was on the menu.
Slow service
A disgrace
Too bad because the place was nice.

If you are looking for an authentic, lovingly owner-managed hotel that can also accommodate larger groups of travelers, then you have come to the right place. This hotel is really sweet with rustic Italian charm. Your wishes as a guest are taken seriously. The food was excellent, the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and was always replenished. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Italian flair and Dolce Vita guaranteed.

Mid-August lunch booked with fixed menu. 10 people at 2 tables at the limit suitable for 8. Long waits for water, a further wait for the first side dish, the rest arrived all together after almost an hour of arrival.
The staff is willing but completely unprepared, some do not speak sufficient Italian
Reduced price after having pointed out all the misadventures, in any case in my opinion too high
In the company canteen you eat better and the service is better

We stayed a few days in this hotel, very friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, well-furnished common areas, rooms and bathrooms a little dated but functional, varied and plentiful breakfast. We also had dinner one evening with a simple but good menu. Excellent value for money - price.
