This hotel was a great base for our ski holiday being right next to both the nursery slopes and the gondola. The room was fine - comfortable bed and good bathroom although slightly older deco. Good views of the mountains. Breakfast buffet was really good - fresh croissant, panetonne, cereals but coffee was only OK. There was a hopper of fresh beans on the top but they didn't go down and and there was no grinding sound.... Evening meal was good after a days skiing. A good salad bar, a pasta course, meat main and then a pudding. We were on a fixed menu but it was fine, filling, but not particularly memorable, but this is a good value hotel so recommended.
This was the 5th year in a row that we've stayed at this lovely family run hotel. Always made to feel very welcome and nothings to much trouble. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms with a great view from the balcony this year. Perfect position for slopes, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back.
Smaller rooms with basic equipment, daily cleaning. In the half-board was a simple breakfest but three-course dinner. Very good place a few meters from the ski area. Friendly, helpful staff. Slower unstable free WiFi connection.
Well, I agree with some reviews below, staff, especially the owners were little bit unfriendly with foreign tourists, small rooms, but comfortable. Very good location, near the slopes, I recommend it for this advantage. Some of the rooms are with balcony, with nice views, some of them without, badly located, like connection rooms, separated by thin doors, where you can hear everything from the opposite room.
we spent in this hotel 2 nights and had half-board. The food was very good, 3 courses dinner, simple ubreakfast. Hotel is situated 50metres from cablelift Palabione. Room were clean. The most guests come from Czech and Poland, lot of information in Aprica are in those two languages.
