The family was very nice and accommodating, but we felt we were intruding in their personal home. The room was basic but adequate and the parking is only in a paid garage down the street with narrow driveway into underground parking.

Pros: The staff and the location. Cons: The B & B was cluttered throughout. The breakfast was okay, brioche, toast & jams, coffee. The bed was uncomfortable, towels were worn and not soft. Exposed pipes and valves in the bathroom wall. The internet was so slow it was not worth getting online. Notes: This property has a dog and a... More

What an astonishing town house. Bedroom was beautiful with high lofty ceiling. We had a balcony with a street view. Parking was available just around the corner. The host was lovely recommending an excellent restaurant for the evening. The house had a peaceful and characterful atmosphere. Breakfast was included we with a nice cup of tea and homemade jams with... More

Unique BnB in a building from 1100 A.D.! Our room was one the upper floor, cozy. The hosts were welcoming and fun, with a recommendation for an excellent wine bar nearby. The wife works at the archeological museum, so gave us lots of good information and visited with us when we went to the museum the next day. ***Parking- be... More

This was a nice place near all the historic sights in Agrigento. Easy to find and not a far walk from the train station, but much of it is uphill. The staff was great, super friendly and provided a map and showed me how to get to all the sights, to the bus station to get to the Valley of... More

We stayed a night in this bed and breakfast in the Centro Storico. The owners were very kind and found us a parking spot for our car for the night, just round the corner. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, with a good bathroom. Breakfast was simple but delicious, featuring home-made jams and marmalades with local bread. Ask... More

The owners were very sweet and fantastic. Besides, they gave us the best recommendations to do things in Agrigento (beach at the scala dei turchi, visits for the valle dei templi, restaurants to have dinner etc). The house is at the centre of Agrigento and was very easy to park near there and to reach the house. The room was... More

We booked to stay at Arco Ubrico four months ago. However, when we arrived we could get no answer at the door. We decided to go for a coffee and come back later. This time Antonia came to the door and told us that we couldn't stay there because she had family over from America and she didn't have room... More

My mom and I stayed at Arco Ubriaco for a night and we loved it! We got the room in the attic which was very cute, clean and comfortable, we definitely had a good night sleep :) The breakfast again is delicious and is served in the kitchen where we got to know fellow travellers as well. And the family... More

Great B&B. The house is truly charming, our room was perfect (with a little balcony and a nice bathroom, an extra big bed and additional single beds), breakfast is gorgeous (homemade jams and croissants with pistacchio cream, incredible!) and the hosts are amazingly friendly and helpful.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
... more   less
