It was our first time to Acqui Therme and so of course I read all the reviews. I wanted to stay at the Grand Hotel, but the reviews were horrible so we came to Hotel Acqui. I will say that we were treated SO nice... it was unbelievable. When we arrived we were immediately shown where to park and then...

Very warm welcome! Rooms were a nice size and very clean. So helpful in assuring our parking and offered coffee upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing ….people have to realize that there is a help yourself section for various items but also that there is a menu that you order from for no extra charge. I had a beautiful omelette and...

My partner and I came here after one night at the not so grand Grand Hotel Acqui Terme. The staff is extreamely accomodating and friendly. The spa facilities may not be as fancy in some other hotels, but the property, room size and staff make up for it. What kept me from rating a 5 is that bathrooms are cramped...

My girlfriend and I had booked to stay in the Nouve Grand Hotel just down the road. Upon arrival we decided we couldn't stay there (it was that bad!). We walked down the road to Acqui and we could not have been happier. They went our of their way to accommodate us at such sort notice even setting up a...

The second you enter the double glass doors of this friendly, warm and wonderful hotel, you know you are being welcomed by people who care. The quiet and peaceful rooms with high ceilings are beautifully decorated, including bathrooms that have been updated with marble. The very special surprise, is that the gracious, third-generation owner, Gianna, presents...and I mean gives as...

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel we could not have received more assistance. Nadia, the receptionist, showed us to a free parking space nearby and then assisted with the luggage. She was helpful and informative with the checkin. Our room was spacious, next to the train line but the train noise was not intrusive, and very comfortable. Good,...

Booked at the last minute and not disappointed. Incredibly friendly staff from the moment we pulled up outside. The breakfast was knockout - and included the best ham and cheese omelette (parmesan and prosciutto of course) that I have ever eaten

We had a junior suite so the room was quite large. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was surprisingly good. You could even order things from the kitchen that you normally do not see in a complimentary hotel breakfast. My wife and I each had a massage. I recommend that you book a massage with Soni. Our only problem was...

We are a group of 12 or so cyclists riding in stages from London to Istanbul. This is, quite simply, the best experience that we have had in our entire ride. The owners stored our bikes securely in a large room adjacent to the hotel before allocating us junior suites, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds. We then...

We were greeted with a warm welcome, and all of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to the train station and a 3 minute walk to the centro & the start of the old town. The room was comfortable and clean- very good for 3 star rating. The price is very reasonable, especially...
