We stayed with our small dog (15E/night fee) for 3 nights. Beautiful conversion of the Chateau. All the beauty and character of an ancient Chateau, but with all modern conveniences. We were in a Prestige room, which had a very large bathroom with soaker tub, rain shower head, double vanity, large wardrobe, and queen-size bed with down/feather pillows. Bed was...

I booked 2 rooms at the last minute because of the convenient location on our way to Paris from the south. The chateau looked great in the pictures but I wasn't sure what to expect comfort wise considering it is rated 3 stars only. What a surprise! Everything inside is as perfect as it is outside; rooms are spacious, comfortable...

This was a return visit to Chateau Sainte Sabine. First class hotel in every respect, evening meal and breakfast first class with staff friendly and attentive to all our needs. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stopover through France or to explore the beautiful surrounding areas

We stayed at Chateau Sainte-Sabine on our way to the Alps and can't wait to go back. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our rooms enormous and dinner in the restaurant was absolutely superb (and amazingly good value). Breakfast seemed a little basic by comparison (and the coffee wasn't great) but there was plenty to eat.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly, English-speaking staff. Room was nice and we slept very well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent as well. We reccommend this hotel.

A wonderful Hotel and Chateau. Great location, wonderful restaurant and very efficient and focused staff. The positioning allowed us to see all of Burgundy. We could travel anywhere yet return to our comfortable suite each night. There are great local boutique restaurants close by as well.

My wife and I were on a barge cruise. The cruise line selected this restaurant for one of our dinners, based upon past experience and guest feedback. It was a great choice. We had a choice of appetizer (snails or chicken eggs), entree (organic trout or duckling fillet), and dessert (souffle with rose sorbet or tart with raspberries and blackberries...

We stayed at the chateau for 4 nights in August 2016. We used it as our hotel while visiting the burgundy region. We rented a car and it was an easy drive to Beaune. Our stay was wonderful! The Chateau had large, clean and comfortable rooms, an excellent dining room, a beautiful terrace for cocktails and breakfast. And best of...
