We reserved our stay few months before, cp6 nights with half board, but few weeks before our coming they informed us that we will not have dinner during our stay. Soon after they informed us that we also don’t have breakfast included in price too. We were so disapointed, but we already payed 150€ (one night) as guarantee that we are coming (they didn’t send us any confirmation). Also they took from us 5€ per day for parking! After we came, we figured out that our apartment is literally falls apart - one kitchen cabinet had a broken door and rest of kitchen decayed, sofa in living room was very old and collapsed, windows blinds broken, curtains also, bathroom door couldn’t be locked, shower couldn’t be closed, drains clogged, etc. They never came to fix anything. Worst accomodation ever. They are not reliable and fer play at all.

This accommodation is average - solid rooms, nice but small pool. Food is really poor if you deal stay with dinner, breakfast is ok. In other way, hotel is literally placed on the beautiful beach and you could enjoy in breathtaking view, so this is big benefit for spend vacation here.

I don`t recommend this accommodation to anyone!! I have stayed there with my friends, we wanted to have relaxing weekend but it looked like Survivor at the end. Our room was not clean on time as they promised, TV was broken, pool was dirty ( my friend got rash after she used it) and worst of all - WE DIDN`T HAVE ANY WATER IN OUR APARTMENT FOR THE HOLE WEEKEND!!! It was some pipes problem but they didn`t even apologize for that inconvenience ( they did`t even let us use water from restaurant kitchen and store was far away so it was difficult for us to carry a lot of water ). Girl at the reception was very impolite - she just said it is bad luck(!!!), she wanted to charge us parking places at the end of our stay even though she said they are free of charge when I made the reservation. Believe me there is a lot better accommodation on Makarska riviera for lower price !!

The food is good, the view is amazing... but thats it, we were classically upsold, 150 euros for a fish and a bottle of fine is a tough one to swallow especially compared to all the other prices around... such a shame! Be careful what you order!

Great hotel, superfriendly staff and owner. The rooms where clean, superb food in restaurant . Close to beach and the little town zaostrog just 10 min walk away. The breakfast wasn't that funny though so we made our own breakfast in the little kitchen we had in our room. But overall a very nice place.
