The site is magnificent.
The village is well designed, well built and well laid out.
However, the village is very poorly managed:
- First disappointment upon arrival: check-in is very slow...we queue in front of reception for check-in...
Then the series of disappointments follows:
- The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms is not up to par: lack of toilet paper, fairly average cleaning of the rooms, provision of cotton rods....
- The entertainment program is not up to standard for an all-inclusive
- The management of the restaurant is poor, the catering manager Mr. Mounir tells jokes to customers instead of resolving their complaints, the quality of the food is not up to the standard
- Restaurant staff are not trained and do not listen
- The availability of tables and cutlery, the cleanliness of tables and plates are lacking
- The dirt on the cushions is shocking...
The management of the village is not up to par!!!

Very good resort, I enjoyed staying there. They have good facilities (really nice restaurant with correct food, swimming pool, spa and fitness gym. I appreciate chatting with staff there. I appreciate also the fact that they are employing local people from Al Hoceima region so i could exchange with them in Berber and ask about the region and culture. The hostel is just next to the Sfiha beach which is one the most beautiful beaches of Al Hoceima. The only negative point about the location is that Radisson Blu is located at 8km of Al Hoceima in Ajdir a small village, so for the one who want to visit the region, you definitely need a car to move there as the transport are developped enough in that region.

This is a fantastic hotel, in a fantastic location, with fantastic views but because of the services it is not five star. Something is wrong with the management at this hotel. Staff needs training. They are all kind, wonderful young people but are very much out of touch with the place where they work and the type of customers they are expected to serve. Waiters don't understand or know the menu. You ask for steak with mushrooms and the steak comes without it. You ask for a Campari Orange and they don't know what it is, so it comes without the orange juice. You order a gin and tonic to start your evening with and it comes with the soup or the main dish you ordered, as if it is a drink that goes with the food. You are sunbathing by the pool and have to get up, walk to the bar with the building, find somebody and order a drink (nobody comes TO you to check if you want to order something). Oh and please do something about the one thousand cats that scratch your feet under the table begging for food and jump up and down on the furniture while you're eating. Not just because it is not clean and annoying but somebody might actually be allergic to them.

by reducing costs, management is drastically reducing the quality of the service:
-Home: lack of staff, so waiting time very, very long
-After check-in queue:The booked suite is not ready (not yet cleaned) it took 4h more waiting!!!so probably not enough staff to clean all suites this day.
Meals: no variation in fruit. Always waiting a lot with sometimes out of stock of the proposed fish, with only one person to prepare it: so savings on fish and still savings on staff...
Reception never answers the phone.
- The cleaning service did not pass several days despite repeated requests. We had to come back to the reception again and get upset because there is not even toilet paper in the suite!!!
-All cafes/bars offer only juice packs (poor quality besides) no fresh juices (this is Morocco fruit country). Several products are missing to prepare orders = Mojitos without mint, Cocktails on the menu, the bartender prepares it without all the ingredients or changes the recipe). Lack of staff to prepare orders (reduction of costs) so deadlines+++
- The benches to eat at the restaurant, the chairs, small tables next to the translates are NEVER cleaned, so are all extremely dirty!!
Review: holidays to queue to check in, wait for the suite to be cleaned, wait for "pseudo cocktails" with poor quality ingredients, wait for meals, eat on dirty bins... go to the reception several times to request the cleaning service and toilet paper... all to reduce costs.. it is sad and deplorable for a 5 star establishment....the quality of the service provided is extremely reduced...Management and mentality to change urgently before the shipwreck assured

My checkout was at 12h. My flight back home was at 17h. I asked the receptionist to stay until 14h in the bar the time a taxi could drive me at the airport . She demanded a fee of 300 dirhams for these 2 hours according to the Hotel policy. I was outraged because for 3 days I had no accès to the Internet in my room nor did the televisions work. When I complained the second day of my stay about the malfunctions of these accommodations, this same receptionist replied coldly that I wasn't the only one whose Internet,
TV and phone didn't work. I did 2000 dirhams a day for the accommodations I signed and paid for. I didn't like the attitude and the lack of comprehension of the receptionist.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, mainly due to the quality of service. While the hotel certainly has potential, there are several areas that need improvement to provide a more pleasant experience.
One of the negative points that marked my stay was the state of the bars and common rooms. Juices were often spilled everywhere, and the floor was sticky and unclean. This contributed greatly to an unpleasant atmosphere.
The provision of basic equipment was insufficient. The lack of shower robes was notable, and even a simple welcoming gesture from the staff was missing. A simple “hello” could have made a big difference.
Additionally, golf cart availability was often a problem. It was difficult to get around the hotel grounds without waiting a long time for transportation. The golf cart service should be more efficient in meeting customer needs.
Kids Club, while promising, also showed gaps. The children did not always seem to follow the planned program and had access to television. This left a feeling of lack of supervision.
It was evident that the staff were friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. The hotel may have accommodated more guests than it could handle with available resources, affecting the quality of service.
As for the food, although it was generally ok, the salads seemed unappetizing and showed signs of recycling. It was a bit disappointing.
In summary, the hotel has potential, but the quality of service needs to be improved. It is important to resolve issues related to cleanliness, availability of equipment, supervision of children and management of staff to provide a more pleasant experience for customers.

I have never been as disappointed with a service and hotel as I was with the Radisson Blu Resort in Al Hoceima:
-The hotel is empty, and it feels like there’s a lack of staff.
-No one answers the phone in the rooms.
-There’s no buffet for lunch or dinner, only a very limited menu that repeats every day.
- The quality of the food is not fresh; you can tell it's leftovers from the day before
-The breakfast is very limited, far from the quality expected of a 5-star hotel.
-We constantly had to ask the cleaning staff to clean the bathroom and provide basic products like shower gel.
-No bottled water or herbal tea in the room, everything has to be requested.
-The SPA was supposed to be included in our reservation, but they charged us an additional 180 DH to access the sauna.
In summary, an exhausting stay, truly a disaster.

I have reserved two rooms for 2 adults and 2 minor children. According to international standards, the hotel should provide 2 connecting rooms. At the time of check-in, the receptionist offered me a suite for the four of us instead of two separate rooms to stay together with the children. However, after visiting the supposed suite, it turned out to be a single room with two sofas, measuring no more than 22 square meters. I requested to change from the supposed suite to the two originally reserved rooms. The same receptionist provided me with two rooms similar to their suite, located at the far end of the hotel next to the boundary wall, separated by 10 pavilions. I returned to file a complaint with the hotel management. They attempted to conceal this deception by citing availability concerns and claiming that their reservation management does not prioritize the safety and well-being of minor children along with their parents. As a result, I wanted to share this story of a deceptive stay that started off poorly. I will not be returning to this hotel, which is both geographically distant and far from being professional in terms of respecting their customers.

I have left a review in booking.com and I'm leaving it here as well.
Firstly, during check-in I was asked to pay the double but after some arguing and some "calls" they made, they had confirmed the price we have in our booking confirmation, then another round of arguing about our full board reservation as well.
Secondly, during diner the first day the waiter took our orders and then came back with another guy saying they can't offer what we ordered and instead we have a single choice to choose (Tajin). The next days we had two choices to choose from, not bad tho.
Thirdly, chairs at the restaurant are very dirty and the best part, it's the home of hungry stray cats, we were able to count 10 and 4 kittens... At some point some supervisors were bragging they feed them special cat treat but we know what a hungry cat is...
Again. I'm leaving a message for the hotel here as well. If you got a chance to read my message. Please feed those cats. and trust me if they find plenty of food somewhere inside the forest they won't leave the place.
The sofa in the room were very dirty... Generally, a very disappointing experience we had. This is definitely not a five starts hotel. I'm leaving photos for reference.
