Dirty room (thick layer of dust on the furniture, etc.). Disastrous bathroom: smelly because of clogged shower drains, floor constantly flooded, no access to hot water. Incompetent management. This place is no more than a well-located 1-star hotel.

The Hotel itself is located in the city center of Muscat and it's easy accessible. If you get a room to the mountains you can enjoy the panorama over the city and the mountains behind. MGM is very close, almost walking distance. The breakfast of the hotel is big, offers all – from European sweets, over Indian dishes, to local...

Arrived late to the hotel and stayed only 1 night. Can't say anything about the location but liked the bed and the pillow. Room was clean and decor was nice. Staff was friendly. Wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet was ok.
