it was honestly one of the best i have had in a long time... Char was excellent the new Chef Tim, the waiter who looked after us Yunus and there was a lovely young lady too from South Africa who was all smiles and so cheerful. My husband and I went for a quick staycation to celebrate our Anniversary (i am cheesy at times or just like finding a reason to celebrate). Due to a family emergency we had to cancel 2 days and the hotel was very accommodating and helped husband as he had to check out on his own. despite a very small issue which was tackled via fone with the Duty Manager Varun. I have t say i have not seen such excellent hospitality since pre covid travels in and out of oman. from the Sales team Allya who introduced me to Bermet Thank you W Team

Excellent dinner at Char! The staff is fantastic and the food always prepared well. Dhell very attentive and friendly. The fish and steaks are cooked perfectly and the tomato salad a great mix of flavors. Looking forward to my next visit! Thank you!

This is an odd one to review. On one side it’s a beautiful property with a lot of amenities and mostly friendly and accommodating staff. Nice view of the sea and pool area. On the other side there is a style over function setup in the room which is supposed to be nearly 500 sqft yet feels cramped and stuffy. The shower is a death trap with slippery marble flooring and nothing to hold on to. Bathroom & shower + tub eat away half of the room space. Huge desk in the middle of the room. Wifi is buggy. Beach is very nice and so is the medusa lounge. The pool area is accessible by visitors outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at the W Muscat hotel. This is the third time that I stay in this property. I must say that every time I am amazed at the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. During the stay I always felt welcomed as a special guest even though they were at full occupancy to a public holiday. Noura from front desk and Abdullah from whatever whenever made it extra special through dealing with them. They took care of my special requests and it never felt too much to ask! Gorgeous rooms, gorgeous property. The in room dining was very flexible and was happy to create dishes for me from outside the menu. The personalized feel in this hotel makes you feel like you are home. Thanks W muscat and please keep up the great work!

The W Muscat has a great location by a beautiful beach, and about five minutes cab ride to a collection of coffee shops and restaurants. Going to cultural sites like the nations museum or Grand Palace is a short 25 min away. But most importantly is the hospitality of the staff. They make every effort to make you feel “at home.” I wish remember all the names, but ones that come to mind are Emanuale and Marwan. Both are personable, warm, and do their best to make you super comfortable and happy.

Absolutely brilliant experience at the hotel, where we stayed for a few days at the pool. Cannot speak highly enough of manager Jayesh and his colleague MK, who went out of their way to make our time there extremely comfortable and memorable. Both were always on hand to help, and were more than happy to give advice on how to spend time in Muscat. The rest of the staff at the pool were incredibly welcoming, with little touches such as lollies and ice tea a really nice part of the service. Would 100 per cent recommend, and will certainly be back to the hotel next time in Oman. Jayesh and his staff are an absolute credit to the W!

My friend and I traveled to Muscat and stayed at the W over the Eid holiday. Service was excellent upon entry, where Simon greeted us and made us feel welcome. We went down to the pool right away, and had a difficult experience with one of the pool area staff...we were disappointed and a little annoyed, until MK (pool area manager) stopped us. He was extremely concerned and promised he would make sure we were well taken care of (personally) for the rest of our visit. He did not disappoint! He, along with Louai (Lebanese), and a few others made sure we were always attended to. We visited the Living Room (lounge) in the hotel and Moi took excellent care of us. So personable, professional, and easy to talk to. We could tell she works really hard. I look forward to coming back soon!

Emmanuel Nogha, part from the W staff was an amazing person and he really made everything better than we could imagine. He brought me and my friend some drinks (no alcoholic of course because of the Ramadan) to the swimming pool, and he was always ready service us and checking if everything was ok. The man always had a smile and every time he see us, stopped to say hello and asked about our staying or if everything was ok! If you go to the W Marriott, ask for him! And also the hotel was fantastic, everything clean and the staff in general ready for helping us.

Emmanuel Nogha who helped us at the W Marriott is an amazing person and he really took extra care of us. He brought us some drinks to the swimming pool, no alcoholic drinks of course, and he was always ready to bring us towels or see that everything was fine.
