Welcome to Stelor! Stelor is our Gotlandic farm stay, 25 minutes south of Visby. The farm features 7 relaxing and cosy rooms in the original stone farmhouse from the 1820s, a renovated barn (perfect for weddings and parties) and kitchen garden where we harvest vegetables everyday. It’s the place where we gather all the things we love about Gotland; wild flowers for the tables, fresh produce from our neighbours and work by local artists for the hotel room walls. There’s so much to discover on Gotland, which is why we never have to go too far to find things we need and love. The Stelor family is more than just our own. It’s Ellie, who run the kitchen with us. It’s Janne who helped us establish our kitchen garden. And all the awesome local producers who help us create something delicious, cosy and special, so you can sleep, eat, marry and meet at Stelor. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

A wonderful stay in this relaxed small hotel where the staff are excellent and a real pleasure to meet. The ground floor bedroom was a little subterranean but we thoroughly enjoyed excellent food and helpful service.

I stayed here for two nights. Wonderful, quiet hotel with high level of service and nice surroundings (huge garden). The rooms are all individually decorated and of a high standard. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with freshly made bread. The adjacent restaurant

We stayed at Hotel Stelor for a week. It's lovely, a really charming stay on Gotland. The room we stayed in was really big (on the first floor), and the bathroom (and shower) excellent. The breakfasts were generous and tasty, and the owners really helpful, warm and friendly.

Hw do we get from the airport in Visby to the hotel?
Hi, If you have the opportunity to rent a car that's the easiest way to get around. You'll also be able to explore the Island more with a car. It's possible to take the airportbus (runs in the summer) or a taxi to Visby busstation and there change to bus nr 10. Nr 10 stops right outside the hotel.

"WE don't recommend the ground floor room but the others we saw were good."
"All rooms are individual, so it is difficult to advice."
"Mini-suite is well worth the upgrade."
"Our room was great, but I understand room #3 is divine. This is a perfect place to bring a book and sit under a tree and enjoy the coziness. You can also jump on one of their bikes and pedal into town. We did it and it was heavenly. Whatever you decide to do - the staff will take good care of you. Just book a room and try it. You will love it."
"We stayed in room 4 which was lovely - fanstastic bathroom and fascinating old stove - at the top of the hotel. It did have a low light which my husband kept bumping his head on so perhaps choose another room if you are tall and accident prone."
$256 - $262 (Based on Average Rates for a Standard Room)
