This hotel is one of the best I have been too. Good service, nice food, amazing pool and clean rooms. If you have a request the staff will make sure to help you, the breakfast is outside in the yard and in these times the will make sure you feel safe
We felt like Queens and Kings! Okay, we had the presidential suite. Maybe that's why I was so impressed. Speechless! And the price is so little! You MUST stay there if you want to know how the royalties and the noble ones used to stay.
We drove in the gate at 10pm and the you see this Palace (small but awesome) lit up. It looked out of this world. Staff were excellent and their English excellent. The evening we arrived and the barman/night manager was so nice and very chatty. Big thanks to him. We stayed in the main building the first night. There was a wedding reception on. It shut down at midnight. Did not bother me about the music as I stay up late. Next day we moved to the annex by the pool. Very nice indeed by the pool. Both the pool and gardens are lovely. Firstly you need a car. With the car we visited Venice, Treviso and Castelfranco. So all good at the hotel. Issues... I stay up late and get up late, so at breakfast sometimes were running light each day. I just asked the staff and they got more. So happy about that. Mosquitos are a problem in the area in summer, no fault of the hotel. So bring repellent when visiting this region. Obviously no fault of the hotel. The town is quite. Went to local bar, was OK. I went there to chill out and both my wife and I enjoyed it. Remember... You need a car. For the five days we spent there and the cost it was money well spent and I totally chilled out.…
On our way to a 4 day Tuscany excursion we stopped once again at the Villa Corner, booked one suite and one double room in the dependance. Everything was immaculate, the rooms offer more than enough space, are very clean, and simply make you feel comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, too, with hospitable service on top. The morning was spent enjoying their magnificent outdoor pool - large pool, large pool area, and simply a joy to relax there.
I enjoyed myself very much . Very nice hotel. I like very much the breakfast . The grounds around the hotel are very well kept and looked after. The staff ‘s been very kind and helpful. Very nice swimming pool. Very good restaurant . The location is very good : very nice landscapes and countryside all around . Venice is only 50 km away as well as the mountains . I ‘ll definitely go back there in the future .
Hotel itself is very nice. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, beautiful building. It has also very nice, but small swimming pool. Not for swimming but more for bathing. The only problem is that it's located in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car you are stuck in the hotel. Nearest village has 1 bar, 2 shops and pizzeria (quite good by the way). You have to stay in a hotel but the restaurant is open only in the evening. This is the only - I have found. + are much more, thus my recommendation is positive
This has been a magnificent complex, but it is in desperate need of a major injection of funds. The concierge did not have English and although I have limited Italian, communication was difficult. We were stunned to find that we didn't have a bed in our studio. We had to pull two sofa beds together, fiddle with the mattresses and cope with only single sheets, etc. We were told that all the heating in the commune had been turned off at the beginning of May and no alternative was offered - we were there is a very cold, wet week (13 - 16C). We used the elements on the hob to provide some inadequate background heat. There were racks of "dead" bicycles, but no guidance about their use and the swimming pool was stagnant. Although the back lawns were being trimmed when we left, you wouldn't describe the grounds as tidy. One of our pet hates is smoking, and to find that the concierge not only smoked but that his bedroom was directly above ours and he not-infrequently woke during the night coughing, added to our dissatisfaction. Many of the internal fittings indicated that this had once been an up-market facility and the building itself is sound. However, for example, the carpet was threadbare. Someone from RCI needs to visit it and make an objective assessment.…
The resort was built in the 1500s so you have to keep that in mind when you stay. You give up some amenities for nostalgia. The heat at the resort is turned off April 15th. We were there in early May and it was unseasonably cold. We had to wear warm pants and sweatshirts in the unit. Hot water only worked 2 of the 7 days we were there. That being said we had a great time. Locals were over the top friendly. Be sure to download Google translate italian before you go. The internet connection would fail the download at the resort. Free WiFi but spotty.
This is a special place--quiet and remote location. (Not within walking distance of restaurants or shops.) It is well-suited as an event venue. The breakfast was nice. We had a cooking class there which was very well done. Even the men in our group were engaged! Our room was not in the main building which would not be an issue if you are able to do some walking. (The steady rain throughout our visit made this a challenge.) Our room was unusual--living space downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs.
A short drive from Treviso Airport and very close to Venice, this spectacular property stands in an historic park, with centuries-old trees, statues, fountains and pools. The restored and renovated Venetian villa dates back to the 16th century and while you will not find an elevator you will get to enjoy an ultra-modern bathroom. Only stayed for one night and more time was needed to explore the serene surroundings and and enjoy what this place has to offer.
