Stayed here last night and it was awesome. Every member of staff we met was great and to top it off, the villa was actually owned and renovated by an Australian. The grounds are so impressive and the house itself was fantastic. There was been a considerable effort to preserve the original paintwork on the walls and ceilings, that is evident in most of the rooms. The ballroom however is perfect and the art work above is reminiscent of a church. The building is circa 200 years old so it's got all of the characteristics that you would expect from something that age:eg creaking floor boards, undulating floors etc, but that's all part of its charm. I've read some negative reviews and was surprised. Their description did not remotely reflect the hotel. Whether attributable to a geographical mix up or something untoward, I know not, but I could not recommend this place moreso.

Stayed one night in a Classic Standard room. The overall impression of the villa and grounds is quite impressive. Driving into the estate you really feel as though you have "arrived". Our Classic Standard room was quite large with good furnishing and good AC. The bathroom however was difficult to maneuver due to the awkward layout (we apparently had an "handicapped equipped" room). It was impossible to reach the towel rack (behind the shower stall) and although there was a folding seat in the shower there was no place to put soap or shampoo except on the floor of the shower. Housekeeping was less than desired as we found partially used shampoo bottles and some sort of "foreign object" in the sink drain. The main villa is quite impressive. Nice pool and large grounds (laking some landscape maintenance though). Front desk service was acceptable but less than "warm". We had a small group dinner and found the food to be average banquet food at best. The cod served was quite dry and tough. Decent breakfast buffet. First impression of the property is amazing. Lack of follow up with the details and service make for a stay that is less than it should be. Acceptable for a one night stay if you want to experience a 1500's Italian villa but would not want to stay there long. The villa is not really walkable to a anything so a car is a must.

We felt like Queens and Kings! Okay, we had the presidential suite. Maybe that's why I was so impressed. Speechless! And the price is so little! You MUST stay there if you want to know how the royalties and the noble ones used to stay.

We drove in the gate at 10pm and the you see this Palace (small but awesome) lit up. It looked out of this world. Staff were excellent and their English excellent. The evening we arrived and the barman/night manager was so nice and very chatty. Big thanks to him. We stayed in the main building the first night. There was a wedding reception on. It shut down at midnight. Did not bother me about the music as I stay up late. Next day we moved to the annex by the pool. Very nice indeed by the pool. Both the pool and gardens are lovely. Firstly you need a car. With the car we visited Venice, Treviso and Castelfranco. So all good at the hotel. Issues... I stay up late and get up late, so at breakfast sometimes were running light each day. I just asked the staff and they got more. So happy about that. Mosquitos are a problem in the area in summer, no fault of the hotel. So bring repellent when visiting this region. Obviously no fault of the hotel. The town is quite. Went to local bar, was OK. I went there to chill out and both my wife and I enjoyed it. Remember... You need a car. For the five days we spent there and the cost it was money well spent and I totally chilled out.

On our way to a 4 day Tuscany excursion we stopped once again at the Villa Corner, booked one suite and one double room in the dependance. Everything was immaculate, the rooms offer more than enough space, are very clean, and simply make you feel comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, too, with hospitable service on top. The morning was spent enjoying their magnificent outdoor pool - large pool, large pool area, and simply a joy to relax there.

Very nice swimming pool. Very good restaurant . The location is very good : very nice landscapes and countryside all around . Venice is only 50 km away as well as the mountains . I ‘ll definitely go back there in the future .

Hotel itself is very nice. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, beautiful building. It has also very nice, but small swimming pool. Not for swimming but more for bathing. The only problem is that it's located in the middle of nowhere. If you don't have a car you are stuck in the hotel. Nearest village has 1 bar, 2 shops and pizzeria (quite good by the way). You have to stay in a hotel but the restaurant is open only in the evening. This is the only - I have found. + are much more, thus my recommendation is positive

This has been a magnificent complex, but it is in desperate need of a major injection of funds. The concierge did not have English and although I have limited Italian, communication was difficult. We were stunned to find that we didn't have a bed in our studio. We had to pull two sofa beds together, fiddle with the mattresses and cope with only single sheets, etc. We were told that all the heating in the commune had been turned off at the beginning of May and no alternative was offered - we were there is a very cold, wet week (13 - 16C). We used the elements on the hob to provide some inadequate background heat. There were racks of "dead" bicycles, but no guidance about their use and the swimming pool was stagnant. Although the back lawns were being trimmed when we left, you wouldn't describe the grounds as tidy. One of our pet hates is smoking, and to find that the concierge not only smoked but that his bedroom was directly above ours and he not-infrequently woke during the night coughing, added to our dissatisfaction. Many of the internal fittings indicated that this had once been an up-market facility and the building itself is sound. However, for example, the carpet was threadbare. Someone from RCI needs to visit it and make an objective assessment.

Dear Guest, we are answering your email from Villa Corner della Regina, that it a 4* superior hotel with 37 rooms, located nearby another independent property called "Residence Le Barchesse". We could like to clarify that we are a totally different property from RCI organization, even if we are located very near and we understand that sometimes it can happen that some guests can be confused. Please we kindly ask you to cancel this very negative comment about a property which is not ours. We are sorry you had a negative stay in that property, we suggest you to contact RCI property and report your negative experience. We remain at full disposal, and we will welcome you in our 4* star superior hotel. best regards Villa Corner staff

The resort was built in the 1500s so you have to keep that in mind when you stay. You give up some amenities for nostalgia. The heat at the resort is turned off April 15th. We were there in early May and it was unseasonably cold. We had to wear warm pants and sweatshirts in the unit. Hot water only worked 2 of the 7 days we were there. That being said we had a great time. Locals were over the top friendly. Be sure to download Google translate italian before you go. The internet connection would fail the download at the resort. Free WiFi but spotty.

Dear cyclotron40, We read you review very carefully and we think that your experience refers to another property. This account represents Hotel Relais Villa Cornér della Regina which is a 4* Superior hotel while "Le Barchesse di Villa Corner", managed by RCI, is a totally different property with apartment rentals just few metres from us. We recommend you to contact their management to express your disappointment. We hope to welcome you here in our hotel. Best regards, Villa Cornér della Regina Team
