Just want to thank the staff for being helpful specially for the needs of my MOM. It's their humility and helpfulness that makes it worth it.. My Family and I stayed for 10 days. Room Cleaning is done every 2 days but you can request the frequency. Thank You Lynn Villavilla Learning Manager BTHR

No wonder why they have more bad reviews than good ones. We arrive at the hotel around 18:30, the guy took our luggage and greeted us and let us sit and another guy served us a welcome drink, but wait that’s the end of a great service. We waited for about 20 minutes before the lady receptionist (not sure of her nationality, but from what I heard the way she talks to her colleagues she might be Indian) came, and she did not assist us right away seeing that there are no other guest on the reception area, after another minutes of waiting she asked for our passports and again another ages of waiting. After that she said that the guys will assist us to our room so we follow them, to our surprise we go out from the hotel and walk towards to another hotel. Once we arrived there I asked them why we are staying on a different hotel and he said they are fully committed. So if I did not ask I will not have any idea that they throw us to a different hotel, but the worst thing is WE HAVE A CONFIRMED RESERVATION ONE MONTH AHEAD, I will understand that they cancel our booking if they called us beforehand since we did not expect that we will arrive so late but no, it’s very disappointing and unacceptable. So if you are planning to stay in this hotel no matter if you have confirmed reservation a month ago or even a year ago beware and call them before coming otherwise they will just kick you out of the hotel. BIG SHOUTOUT TO THE LADY RECEPTIONIST, you supposed to let us know that you are fully committed because I will understand instead of just trying to cover up your mistake, atleast we can look for a hotel on our choice. And one more thing if you know that there will be no more space why bother to photocopy our passports and let us wait for nothing?!? Will never recommend to anyone.

I booked my reservation 1 month prior of the arrival. I even wait for 1 week for my confirmation letter. When we arrive around 630pm no one assist us. When we got inside the hotel we waited for an hour and gave us some drinks they even ask for my passport and my friend and hand over my printed confirmation letter. While waiting and standing in the reception they keep on speakng on their languange and without informing us that they are fullybooked and they cant accommodate us. 1. I feel so disappointed because i have booked 1 month prior of my arrival and i have a confirmation letter. 2.the reception did not inform us that they will sent us to another hotel. Which is away from beach front. Its like 3 blocks away from the beach front and no view at all. 3.i dont know why the reception took our i.d like passport and keep us waiting for an hour and send us to another hotel. 4.the hotel they have bring us was so totally different from them. So from wifi,shower,security,facility,service was so frustrating. I really dont recommend this property. Pls check and verify if you have booking with them. They made my birthday memorable in the bad way!

Property and cleanliness: We booked online and upon arrival we got the room on 3rd floor (no elevator) dark stairs, the room floor was slippery due to massive AC unit leakage. The bed was hard, no double lock and feeling unsafe in all doors. The cieling and wall paint was peeled off and tv isn't working. After 5 mins of being in the room I immediately told the receptionist that I didn't like the room. And then he moved us to another room in the second floor and was obviously a better room with beach view and a lot better then the other one. We decided to stay and upon looking around, we found out that the ceiling fan was full of dust the reason j had difficulty to breath, the TV was not working as usual even we called the staff to fix he tried but ended up telling us the TV is not working. We didn't get the heater, two water bottles. On the next day we asked for it. The shower gel smells bad and it felt like u didn't use anything although the full bottle was consumed, the scent was odd and very minimal bubbles it gets. Pros: the view was nice, hot shower was their, toilet was spacious, with standing glass shower which was awesome and the room was newly painted and renovated as it shows a lot. Lot of dining option around Rude Staff: Ok the next day we have asked the staff to provide us water heater. They gave then we asked for water, the receptionist insisted that they gave us water.. however we didn't get any. I told him that we didn't get any the reason we were asking.. but then he keep on insisting, then I said that we will buy it instead.. then me sarcastically told me that "I didn't say I will not give, I will give water to you" in a very tone he told so... I was dissappointed and said I won't be buying anymore. And said thank you then left. After 15 mins or so, one staff came and delivered the water but we said thank you and prefer to be waterless and bought our bottle the next day from the nearby shop. Findings: the property is nice that requires attention on renovation and maintenance . Obviously the staffs needs guest services training and to be more accomodating and service oriented. If those two are being addressed then the property will definitely soar high above all the competitors around. Looking forward for the changes and will most probably stay again if the above are being addressed. P.S. no online booking next time, we will walk-in to see the property and it's changes and decide wether to stay in it it stay next to it as there are plenty of options around the area at a good rate. No balcony as seen in the pictures, no bathroom as shown in pictures,staff not responsive,very unprofessional staff. Instead prefer huvan beach behind shell beans restaurant very close to it( 40 meters)
