We stayed at Reefview Apartments for almost three weeks in March- April. The service provided by Nick and Karroll prior to our visit was excellent. We knew what to expect from the accommodations and the surrounding area. The good service continued during our stay and we are happy to give a big thumbs up to our hosts. We stayed in...

We just had the pleasure of eight wonderful days at the Reefview Apartments. Two things made the stay so special: our hostess Karoll; and her lovely cottage accommodation. From the moment she met us at the airport to when she dropped us off there again at the end of our stay, Karoll was a warm, lovely and entertaining hostess who...

Karoll was an excellent host and resource on our trip to Antigua. She was our second host on the island from March 4-8. She welcomed us heartily with a rum punch and lots of know-how on Antigua. We already had researched the island beforehand and wanted to see as much as possible during a weeklong visit and Karoll provided insider...

What a nice place to stay! The apartment has all what you need for a good holiday and the hosts - Karoll and Nick - are very helpfull in any way to make the stay really pleasant. The guesthouse is situated in a local community - a good thing - with a fine local restaurant at Chubby's and still rather close...

A good friend and I spent 8 wonderful rest and recovery days in mid-February at Reefview after leaving our jobs of many years. We stayed four nights each in the cottage and the garden apartment and loved both: The cottage has a wonderful breeze, comfortable beds, a fabulous outdoor shower surrounded with bougainvillea, and a secluded deck for morning coffee....

We are a family of 4 and have just spent a week at Karoll and Nick's little piece of paradise. From the moment we arrived we felt part of the family. Both were gracious and charming hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They are wonderful conservationalists and are passionate about the flora and fauna of the island, their garden...

My friend and I stayed 8 nights at Nick and Karoll's -- first in the cottage and then in the first floor apartment. Both were charming in their own ways, and we enjoyed them both. The cottage would be perfect for a couple but worked well for us too, with the extra bed Karoll set up upstairs, a cozy but...

Beautiful and affordable places to stay in the Caribbean, including Antigua, are in relatively good supply but our holiday at ReefView Apartments was special. What made it so was contact with our extraordinary hosts, Karoll and Nick. They love the island, they live on it permanently and they know it well. All of that adds up to something that money...

I totally agree with previous reviewer Nat. I think we stayed at the same time at sea view apartment. We usually stay at apartments around the world and this is a very good apartment with all necessary amenities. Apartment is great and well stocked. We enjoyed every morning to have a breakfast on the balcony with panoramic views of sea....

We arrived at Karroll and Nick's in first week of Jan with that slight fear of what an apartment you haven't stayed in before would be like... especially when you're booked it for two weeks and don't know the hosts. We had the most amazing time with them and couldn't recommend staying there more when it comes to their company,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
ReefView Apartments consist of three unique and fully equipped self catering holiday/vacation homes - each with full bathroom and kitchen - set in lush tropical gardens affording spectacular panoramic views of Antigua's famous Cades Reef just 1 mile offshore as well as neighbouring islands of Montserrat, Guadeloupe and Redonda. ReefView Apartments is located on the shores of the Cades Bay Marine Reserve in a quiet residential hamlet - just 100m from a long deserted sandy beach, fringed with coconut palms, with walk in snorkeling available right off the beach. The shallows flats which front the apartments for miles in each direction are also a haven for sports fishermen - offering shots at hard fighting game species such as tarpon, permit, snook, snapper and barracuda - to name but a few.... Ideal for independent travelers, who enjoy long beach walks in beautiful natural surroundings, exploring the many interesting facets of Antigua's history and geography and immersing themselves in the local culture to provide an experience far removed from the generic experience offered by most other resorts. Owned and operated by long time Antigua residents - Karoll and Nick Williams - we are always on hand to help you get orientated and to know THE REAL ANTIGUA!!! We very much look forward to welcoming you to our little piece of paradise - down by the sea..... ... more   less
