What a lovely place to stay. I was really warmly welcomed to this beautiful old vicarage and my stay was a delight from start to finish. My room looked out on a stunning garden and was spacious clean and exceptionally well appointed. The breakfast was one of the very best. What a very enjoyable stay in a busy working week. I left feeling recharged.

This is a great example of a true B&B. Food is great, the building is wonderful with comfortable rooms, and the property is lovely. You can also take a nice morning or evening walk around the neighboring green area. The owners are just lovely and make it a great 10++ experience.

Quiet and superb location. Great accommodation. Top hosts. A breakfast choice and quality to satisfy. Given a choice between an impersonal hotel, and having spent time in some rather good ones, and a friendly home style environment with peace and tranquility then we will take this every time. Well done Claire and Nick. Would have no hesitation in a return visit.

My wife and I have just got back from there, our stay was an Old English experience experience, with all the benefits of modern facilities, it’s run by the most charming people Claire is the one who shows you around and seems to generally run things, we stayed in the Church room, it was spotless and nice and quiet just what we were looking for the house is set in the most amazing countryside, you hear birds singing, see beautiful green fields, sheep gardens, etc. Our room was just across from the 12th century church, we were just 10minutes walk from the local pub and restaurant which was excellent (you must book. I almost forgot in the morning you have the most delicious breakfast. The whole experience was like going back in time to Old England as you imagine it cottages, a local butchers as it used to be. We fell in love with it all and are sure to go back. A breathtaking time was had by the both of us, Thank you Claire.
