We had a bedroom above the function when a band was playing. The noise was horrendous until well into the night. It is outrageous to let these rooms out when the function room is in use. Otherwise lovely hotel. Lunch service poor.

As a celebration for my birthday my husband and I and another couple visited the hotel for a meal midweek. The surroundings were welcoming as was the greeting from the friendly staff. We had a drink in the bar prior to our meal and were then shown to our table. We enjoyed 3 courses each from the dinner menu and... More

I knew I was booking a room in an old hotel and was looking forward to the non - corporate style of doing things . What a lovely change from my usual safe and predictable stop over . A super touch of quirkiness , style and good old genuine customer service. wish I had more time to explore we extensive... More

My daughter and I had an overnight stay here. What a lovely hotel, the building is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great, just what was needed after a late night. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Pros - lovely afternoon tea, large room well appointed en suite. Comfortable bed. General cleanliness good. Cons - Breakfast service could be better, condiments empty three days running despite pointing it out each time. Sink traps were in need of a good clean in bathroom. Garden view obscured by rooftops, no mention of restricted view when booking.

went to a wedding at Inglewood manor, but stayed the night before also. I have to say a lovely Manor , bedroom was spot on , the breakfast just what you want when staying at a place like this . The food for the wedding was very good for mass catering. But what I thought was best of all, the... More

I felt compelled to write a review after reading others before I went which left me feeling very apprehensive about the Travelzoo voucher I bought my partner as a birthday present. We were blown away by the manor and its peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room (no5) was absolutely stunning! No scuffed wallpaper or worn carpet... More

Two words of caution before I get to the praise. On Badgers Rake Lane your Sat Nav might tell you that your destination is on the left only to see a giant hedge there. Ignore the instruction and do not go down the Stables Lane. Carry on a bit further and you will find the entrance with a long drive... More
