Stayed in many hotels in the area but as soon as I stayed here I've never gone anywhere else. A tranquil quality hotel. Nice pool and spa. Lovely grounds. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough for work.

I visited the hotel on a two night break to relax. From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty. The staff catered to my every need and made it a very enjoyable stay. I also had a swim and was greeted warmly by the team in there too. Food was excellent and especially thanks to the young man... More

Had a thoroughly enjoyable and very thoroughly relaxing spa day which was so nice after a long week at work followed by a lovely evening in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Had a lovely breakfast in the conservatory looking out on the lovely lawned area and enjoyed watching the squirrels

Can't fault the staff, or the food. The hotel itself was comfortable, and impeccably clean. The rooms were a little dated, but that did not detract from a comfortable, pleasant stay. The conservatory area was particularly dark, when eating dinner (which was also quite expensive, but lovely).

Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfy. They were well equipped and the bathroom was a good size. All staff I encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely! Spa was nice too, had a massage then used the other rooms. Lovely setting.

Had a 3 night break bought for us by our family for our Ruby Wedding present. We started with a problem when we arrived as our car broke down in the car park and we could not get our clothes from the boot. When we went to the hotel reception the staff could not have been more helpful but with... More

Booked a last minute getaway. Arrived quote late and only had a 8:45 sitting for dinner, but ah well, had a few glasses of wine before dinner. Gentleman in the restaurant on Saturday night was very helpful and friendly, checked with the chef regards my allergies and very attentive. Stay was very nice, not enough tea bags, sugar and milk...
