Really friendly staff here. Prices very reasonable. Rooms spacious and spotless. Bathroom in need of some work though, stains and rust. Breakfast was decent. Overall great for the price and convenience.

We liked the building of Hillscourt. We had a lovely walk in the surrounding area. We went to a couple of pubs in walking distance, which were nice. Our room was ok but our family had a room over the kitchen, I believe, and the noise from the extractor fan was very noisy. I think they did ask if our family would like to move rooms, which we declined as they said it would go off overnight but came back on early in the morning. In my opinion, they shouldn't use this room in the future. The breakfast room was lovely room, but it was quite cold, I think they had an extractor or air conditioning on.

Spent two days here for meetings and stayed over one night. Staff, accommodation, meeting rooms were all excellent. Very highly recommend the facilities here. Very handy from the airport as well which is a bonus. 5 Stars

We booked in ready for an operation at the nearby Birmingham Royal Orthopedic hospital about 20mins away. I mentioned this when booking and I asked for a twin bedded room because of my condition and was offered one of the three superb disabled rooms. Whilst I was not wheelchair bound these rooms are soooo good The reception staff where bright and chirpy ( possibly in Birthday mode!). As we had to leave before breakfast on the first day we were offer a 'packed lunch' without us even asking for it. The next day we did sample the breakfast and it was excellent. The only tip I would give is that the hotel is fairly difficult to locate IF you are only using Sat Nav so do download a map before you head off to this hidden gem.
