Had a car mishap and unfortunately had to stay at this hotel--there were hairballs and towels with brown stains on them in our room, the shower was dirty. Totally disgusting! Was told by the clerk to make sure we were down to breakfast early as the food goes fast so got down there at 7 and al they had was a couple kinds of cereal and bread that you could toast. Tried on numerous occasions to reach the hotel manager but they kept saying he was not there. Big waste of money. I do not recommend this place.
...........There are so many levels of failure that this place has achieved that is I am still in disbelief over what actually was my experience at this place. It is the only time I have ever asked someone "am I a joke to you" All the rooms smelling like weed so bad the staff think empty rooms have people smoking weed in them. I am not exaggerating the security guards which are amazing and me (multiple times) had trouble tracking down rooms that people smoking weed because the empty rooms still smelled so much like weed. The "Free wifi" does not load any webpages because it is non functional however feel free to use our paid wifi for $20, no that is not fraudulent or predatory business at all Feel free to join in with the police and security officers in the parking lot at 2:15 EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, and don't forget our special 1am phone call from the front desk asking you to move your car because the owner has an RV he wants to park right up front of the hotel, DON'T worry we won't need you to actually move your car once you get down stairs.…
Customer service definitely needs work. Room was way too hot for me and my 2 mon old son. Room as well as the outside smelled bad like weed. Ive had to stay here a couple times due to personal issues and this has probably been the worst time.. Employees are rude rude rude...
It worked for us. We went for the KISS concert and was not in the room very long. The floors were dirty. The room was very small. We had a jacuzzi room, I had to rinse the tub before using it because of hair and grit. Also I emailed them on Sunday night after we got home because I noticed I lost my necklace and I have not heard anything back.
As the saying goes you get what you pay for. In this case hubby and I just looking for a place to sleep after visiting family in the hospital. This worked. Reasonable rate, close to hospital. Small room, no place to hang clothes. Bed was small but comfy, needed more pillows and a blanket would have been nice. Bathroom tiny with a small shower but it did the job. Nice touch was jacuzzi in room which felt great after a long day. Not enough outlets to charge devices and cold floors, no carpet, bring slippers. Loud neighbors who woke me up about every hour until I called the front desk who promptly took care of it. Quiet the rest of the night. Good place for a stopover but I wouldn't stay longer than a night or 2. Very close to shopping and dining.
