Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. One day missing towels but no big deal. They took care of laundry task for reasonable price but my wife's "over the shoulder boulder holder" came back all twisted and distorted to the point it brought pain to her eyes. Breakfast was good every morning (stayed six days) but service extremely slow one...

Just payed 77. It was ok but honestly I can't see it being worth 77. Although it was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was included though. If you can keep heading to the water. The noise wasn't bad at all.

Was going to stay here on the night of the 12th of December, called ahead, mentioned I would be arriving at around 12/1 am. They said not to worry, their security guard would be there 24/7 and he would give me access to my room... Got there a little passed 1 am, there was NO ONE THERE!!! Called... Rang the...

I was interested to read the previous reviewer (7 Dec). I stayed here on 28 Nov and was not warned in advance about the festival. I have never heard noise like it - it rattled the window panes and the vibrations actually made me feel sick. I usually sleep with ear plugs and never have problems but this was something...

Under ordinary circumstances this would be an excellent choice of a place to stay in Canas. I was actually advised by the desk clerk that I might want to go to another area of town to stay because there was a festival nearby and it would likely be very noisy until 0200 in the morning! It was my choice to...

This hotel is super comfortable! The beds are great, everything is clean and the restaurant serves delicious freshly made tropical fruit juices which I loved. Conveniently located right next to a grocery store, they have internal parking, friendly helpful staff that helped us book/coordinate all of our day trips, and a really nice outdoor swimming pool for when it got...

This is the perfect matching feeling. This old fashioned hotel is very poor quality, rooms are very dirty (i found trash everywhere), sheets stained and in bad state. The restaurant is good and cheap but the service is pretty unpleasant. Got internal parking and wifi. The access to the building is pretty difficult due to the works on the front...

This is a very clean hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. There's A/C in the rooms and decent wifi throughout the property. The pool was also pretty nice. It's a decent location within walking distance to some restaurants and it's right next to a grocery store.

I would give this hotel a 4 1/2 if they would let us (required to choose 4 or 5). It was actually the best place we stayed in Costa Rica and is exceptional value for the price (room for 2 = $60 per night). Pros: Exceptionally clean, bright, good beds, nice flat panel TV, friendly and helpful staff, refreshing Pool,...
