In summary top in hotelroom, dinner, breakfast,Service and the nice and calm atmosphere surrounding. The only negativ issure is that this alberge/Hostel is not directly beneath the camino,so many pilgrims passes through cause they don't recognize whats left of right while hurrying up.

In fairness to the lady at reception..while initially appeared stern but she found me a room to share with someone else. The room itself was outstanding (115)...clean etc. Breakfast was really good....and evening meal was quite good. Seems to be family run...complete with dogs with pups, alsation etc.

Pros: location (off the path a bit which contributes to its uniqueness), rooms (modern and quiet), restaurant (great food and drink), grounds (need some work but conducive for socializing) Cons: woman at front desk can come across harsh, meal times are very regimented thus rushed throughout the multi-course dinner, dogs One of the last stops for me on the camino... Arriving tired and wet from my camino, I pledged for an upgrade from albergue to hotel room. No problem, and I got a super room. Really cheap, even though I lost the social interaction with the other pilgrims. The hotel is rather new, but has a great, natural inviting interior. Really recommendable.

A stunning albergue and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. 200 metres off the Camino but worth the extra steps. Modern renovations mixed with heritage. Beautiful air conditioned rooms and modern conveniences. Menu of the day only served at night and the a la carte menu was too expensive. We prefer late afternoon meals so we don't sleep on a full... What a top random pick for the last night before the final walk into Santiago. As repeat offenders on the Camino we chose to stop away from the masses and picked this place completely by random. What a surprise package! This Albergue has it all. Great food, great rooms with multiple choices of beds and rooms, pool, washing and very... More

While this hotel is reasonably modern, the rooms are tiny and cramped. We would have loved to have slept with the window open for fresh air, but had to give that away to block the constant barking of the owners dogs.

Modern and OK accommodation. No Aircon and the windows open but the resident dogs bark and roam around all night. The meal was just OK.At breakfast ,we seemed to be under suspicion from the proprietor. The hotel has a lift ,hammocks and deck chairs outside. Limited spaces inside for relaxing in inclement weather. The bar attached seemed pretty well run.... More

I stayed there in mid June near the end of the Camino. The beds and rooms were very claen and the bathrooms were modern. The hosts were welcoming and accomadating and they wash & dry your laundry. But the restaurant is top notch. I had my best Albergue meal there. Roasted chicken & mashed potatoes to perfection and served in... More

Very modern hotel, the first one we encountered with a lift! Rooms are lovely, and the bathroom very modern, Clean Hotel is well maintained except for the "pool" more like a pond really, would not swim in that! Food in restaurant was adequate and service was great, Owners are lovely
