My wife and I booked the most expensive room in the resort for 3 days total. We booked 9 months in advance for our 10 Year anniversary + Birthday and the room was given to someone else. When we tried to resolve the issue we were told that "There is no management on site today and you will have to pay to stay at least one night before they come back tomorrow and approve a refund." They claimed we were getting the same "Class of room" but as you'll see from the photos nothing could be further from the truth. We left the next day forfeiting $2400 USD for the night we were forced to stay in a room with rusted appliances and a view of the parking lot and a business center. It was an absolute bait and switch, rug pull, horrible business practices from this TIME SHARE "Resort". Buyer beware! The proof is in the pudding, see photos attached. Birthday and Anniversary ruined by Cap Maison!

We loved our week at Cap Maison and were thrilled to be upgraded to a junior suite with super views of the sea. We enjoyed eating at The Cliff and the Naked Fisherman; on balance we ended up loving the more casual atmosphere at TNF. The food is good in both. We would have liked to see the evening menu change more often at The Cliff. Breakfasts always offered something new to keep us on our toes. All the staff are very friendly and professional and the service is as you want it to be; discrete if you want or more effusive if that’s your preference. They understand their guests well. We will definitely return.

Our family spent an amazing vacation at Cap Maison. It is a boutique hotel with personalized service, amazing views and outstanding food. It is a one of a kind experience that we will not ever forget. The staff was outstanding! They were friendly and attentive in offering personalized service. Allison, Stacy, Abigail, Darian and so many others took excellent care of us. The front desk was very helpful in arranging transportation, spa services and travel testing. The food at Cap was a highlight and worthy of award. Breakfast was delicious. The menu changed each day and offered a wide variety. We loved the banana pancakes, morning after breakfast skillet, and chef's selection of fruit and pastries. The coffee and fresh juice each day were delicious. Lunch at the Naked Fisherman offered excellent food in a casual beach atmosphere. We loved the tuna poke, shrimp burrito, and burger. Dinner at The Cliff was a 5-star experience. The menu included many excellent dishes that were beautifully presented. All of this in an unique and beautiful open air restaurant with tables on a cliff above the ocean with waves crashing on the rocks below. What an experience!!! We enjoyed both the beach and the pool. St. Lucia does not have the longest beaches. So while the beach was relatively small, it had soft sand, a hanging chair where you could sit with the waves rolling in under your feet, a wide variety of complementary water sports and comfortable beach chairs. The beach staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The resort was beautiful. The grounds included lush green plants and beautiful flowers. The buildings have a Spanish architecture and the rooms have amazing views. We appreciated the extra touches including the turn down service and Club Room with games and complementary drinks. Our room had private pool, kitchen and living room. We appreciated the excellent job the cleaning staff did each day. The only down side is that the resort is not close to the main attractions of St. Lucia such as the Piton hike, chocolate farm, mud baths, etc. They offer tours to these places, but it is a long drive on a very curvy road. I would recommend either traveling by boat to the attractions or staying a couple of days at a closer resort then spending the majority of the rime relaxing at Cap. If you are looking for a one of a kind vacation that offers a unique experience in a beautiful setting with excellent service, then this Cap Maison is the place. Thank you Cap Maison for an incredible stay!!

This was a much needed holiday after 2 years of trauma and loss. We expected to be pampered and bowled over but Cap Maison just did not deliver. The setting and gardens are delightful and the beach area is idyllic and the staff are charming and gracious. However breakfast was a serious let down, I asked for the same breakfast 3 days in a row and was served something different each time. Unpeeled mango which is impossible to eat with a knife and fork when it is served in a bowl, cheap yogurt in a pot and toast which was like a piece of worn leather. I did mention this to the manager and his response was that locals like to eat mango in the sea or the shower - yes but I am eating it for breakfast at a table in polite company! I really don't like the feeling that I am being taken for a bit of a mug but on several occasions this was the case. Our party ordered one shot of tequila and the barman bought along one for each of us giving us the impression it was on the house. When we split the bill the 5 shots were itemised on my friends bill. She refused to pay and they apologised and took the drinks off. We then came to pay our bill and the drinks had then been added to our bill. We also queried it and again, apologies all round and it was removed. This is not the approach one expects from a first class establishment. We asked to go out on a boat and were very specific that we did not want to be taken on a tour - just to sail along the coast and pick a spot and go ashore for lunch at a low key bar. What transpired was exactly what we didn't want. Do we have MUG written on our foreheads? A boat that would have safely taken 60 people was arranged for 7 of us! There were 4 crew members and sure enough the tour spiel ensued....warning bells were ringing. Sure enough we were taken to a dismal inland location for lunch. A dark, wooden cabin with not another soul in sight and one forlorn table laid up for us. Obviously all part of the package and everyone getting their slice all along the line. Don't get me wrong... I understand that tourism is the lifeblood of the island but we felt taken advantage of and it's not a pleasant feeling. We refused to stay and were eventually taken to a great little bar on the beach but the whole experience tainted the day. Service is generally slow and at the BBQ evening at The Naked Fisherman I think they had forgotten about our table and in the end I went to bed before the main course. We had already waited 45 minutes and when you know the food has all been prepped in advance because it is a set menu it just felt slapdash. There is not a nibble, nut - olive - or otherwise to accompany any drink. So much could be made of sundowner hour but it lacks any atmosphere or finishing touch. I didn't feel pampered I just felt a bit let down.

Stayed at the start of January ( I am writing this from the airport)and had an amazing experience. We are already planning to go back!! We had a pool suite which was stunning with beautiful views of the sea and sunsets. The staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. We booked Rock Maison and had the most amazing dinner and the hotel even went out of their way to source lobster to celebrate a special occasion. They truly strive to make your stay relaxing and memorable and have created a beautiful resort which feels like home. Thank you to everyone at Cap who made our stay so memorable 😊
