My wife and I were looking to head to the Caribbean to celebrate our anniversary, and we're so happy that we landed at Cap Maison. It's location on the island's northwest coast gave us reason to rent a car and see the entire island on our arrival and departure days, and its proximity to Pigeon Island was a perfect excuse to head off property for a couple of hours for a hike. At the resort itself, the room was clean and comfortable, the spa and gym were delightful ways to break up the stay, and kitchen serves up a local-sourced, tasty menu from breakfast through dinner. The highlight, though, was the unbelievable sunset views from the Cap Maison pool, and the spectacular Smuggler's Cove beach, where you can spend the day relaxing on a beach chair, enjoying a snorkel or paddle in the cove, or having a drink and a bite at the Naked Fisherman beach club. We'll be back for this beach alone -- our own private paradise. Thank you, Cap Maison!

We spent eight nights at Cap Maison as part of our honeymoon, having travelled from the south of the island (we stayed in Hotel Chocolat, near Sugar Beach). For us, it worked really well to have a few days in the south, where there is a little more to do and see, followed by nine days of utter luxury and relaxation at the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was a Spanish villa suite, which was munificent and beautiful. It included a fully stocked kitchen (with minibar replenished daily); a large living room area with private balcony, sofas and a dining table; a very large bedroom, fit with an enormous emperor bed, second private balcony, beautiful tile-clad bathroom with shower, bath and his and her sinks. The bedroom was air conditioned with shutters and curtains to keep out the light and well soundproofed. Other rooms had ceiling fans to keep cool. Further to this was an entire private roof terrace, fit with a small private pool, sun loungers, a hammock, and outdoor dining area, with views overlooking the water and Pigeon Island. Truly outstanding. With an all-inclusive package, we had breakfast at the cliff restaurant, with delicious hot meal options alongside pastries, fruits, and anything else you could think to ask for. We then had the choice of lunch either at the Cliff - this could be eaten either at the restaurant or on your lounger by the pool (!) - or down at the beach at the Naked Fisherman, for a more relaxed, beachside vibe. The food at both is utterly sublime. The menu is fixed and a little more informal at The Naked Fisherman (TNF), whilst the lunch menu at the cliff boasts some more high end dishes. Both restaurants also provide dinner - which needs to be booked in advance - with TNF offering the same menu, where the cliff offers a slightly different menu every night. Arriving on the beach, the staff are so caring, attentive, but also laid back and great company. We dined out on the delicious grub, drowned ourselves in the signature rum punch, delicious piton lager, amazing wines and all available delicacies. We spent an evening on ‘The Rock’ - a special location fit with a wooden gazebo to accommodate private dining experiences on the water - for my wife’s 30th and again, the evening was made so special thanks to the wonderful staff and endless good food and drink. There are not many places where your champagne comes to you in a basket on a zip wire… Apart from the pure gluttony that we were enabled, the staff at Cap Maison are some of the best I have ever experienced in hospitality anywhere in the world. Relentlessly kind, warm, caring, allowing you to fully relax and feel totally at ease. Thank you to the Cap Maison team, you helped to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable. We Hope to see you soon!

A lovely return to our honeymoon destination. There was still some refurbishment work ongoing during our stay but it didn’t cause a great deal of disturbance, unlike a rowdy group of rowdy Americans whom drank late into the evening and kept numerous other guests awake. Which was a shame and hopefully not the direction that Cap Maison is heading. The food was as spectacular as we remembered from our previous visit and Chef Craig’s seasonal menu at The Cliff was inspired, with the menu changing daily. All the staff are lovely and clearly enjoy working at Cap Maison and a happy crew makes for happy guests. We had an Ocean View Villa with pool and very much recommend it. The journey up from the airport by car is long and arduous, so maybe consider the helicopter transfer.

Cap Maison is on the most northern tip of St. Lucia. On our arrival everyone was very friendly, the Villas are private, clean and beautifully set up. The Villa was spacious, clean and everything was accounted for. A lege living room area with a kitchen, several balconies overlooking the ocean and an A/C in the bedroom and of course the rooftop terrace with a unforgettable view, a pool, & lounge area. Now, the food at the Cliff restaurant and at the Naked Fisherman were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every meal was prepared carefully and with quality ingredients. The dinner menu changed daily and truly a five star meal! We really enjoyed this part of our stay! Thank you Cap Maison for making our honeymoon unforgettable and truly an amazing experience!

In August 2021, my then fiancee and I made our first trip to Cap with her mother. Cap Maison was our #1 choice of a wedding venue, but we wanted to experience it in real life first. From the very moment we stepped foot on the property that first time, we knew this was where we were going to get married. Our 4 days there turned into 6 when we extended our stay after falling in love with the resort, and more so the staff. Every single person at Cap Maison exudes genuine happiness, gratitude for life, hospitality, grace, kindness, patience, and fun. From the GM Ross to the servers at The Cliff to Brad, Chad, Maggie, Ezra & co. at The Naked Fisherman, these are people who don't just show you that they've reached nirvana in the service industry, but in their lives. Their generosity and kindness is contagious. I felt lucky to get to know them over those 6 days and hoped they'd remember me when we came back nearly 16 months later for our wedding. We threw one of the largest weddings Cap Maison has ever held—a full buyout with 94 guests and three sequential days of events, and Cap Maison knocked it out of the park. I have never felt so genuinely loved by people I barely knew than in the 17 days I've spent at Cap Maison throughout the past two years. Our wedding guests came up to us constantly throughout the week specifically to compliment Cap Maison and its staff. The most common sentiment we heard was that everyone seems to genuinely love what they do and are so happy to be doing it. Chef Craig and the Cliff staff truly make magic on the daily. Not only did the restaurant flawlessly execute our wedding menu, every single meal we had at The Cliff, and The Naked Fisherman was exactly right and downright impressive. I could go on an on forever, because I truly, deeply love this place and everyone that works there. I honestly cannot find the words to adequately recommend you stay at Cap Maison, because I've yet to experience the kind of joy I've felt spending time with my friends and family there. And it's not just because this is where I got married. I will go back to Cap Maison on its merits alone, hopefully once a year, for the rest of my life. If you're going to St. Lucia, this is where you should stay. I cannot think of a more relaxing and enjoyable experience I've had in my life than my days at Cap Maison.

I attended a wedding at Cap Maison (or as we started calling it Cat Maison because there were adorable cats and kittens throughout the property) and we stayed through the week leading up to the wedding. I stayed in a junior suite with a rooftop pool and it was fantastic. The rooms were huge--our king suite had two bathrooms, several patios in addition to the roof, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The service was phenomenal--we used their app and whenever we put in a request for something it was addressed or delivered within minutes. The location is stunning. I felt like I could have been in Sicily or Hawaii with the volcanic features of the island and stucco and tile decorations of the hotel. One of my favorite things about the hotel was the the beach/Naked Fisherman restaurant and bar next door. It's a steep 93-steps down, but to call it rewarding is underselling it. I barely left the ocean, but when I did I ate DELICIOUS food at the Naked Fisherman--the tuna poke, ceviche, and shrimp burrito were standouts for me. The food at Cap Maison proper is also phenomenal. I'm not a breakfast eater, but I didn't miss one seating while I was at the resort. The staff made you feel at home during your stay and were so gracious, welcoming and kind. I'd highly recommend taking a helicopter to or from the airport. It's a 2-hour drive or a 15-minute flight (you do have to get to/drive from the helicopter pad, about a ~30 minute drive from the hotel, but worth it for the views of the island and missing the switchback turns in the car).

this was our second year in a row to Cap Maison. The resort looks and feels very well recovered from Covid -last year they were just getting out of it-. The rooms and the food are fantastic, and so is the beach. But what makes Cap Maison exceptional is the attitude of each and every employee: friendly, nice, always anticipating their customers’ potential needs, and walking the extra mile. The experience is exceptionally good. It has been a pleasure to stay there and we definitely intend to be back.

Some decor was a little dated (1980's style kitchen in our villa) but given we didn't need a kitchen it didn't matter! Absolutely loved the roof terrace and pool with amazing views of the sunset and the villa ( for 2!) was huge. Its small resort and so very peaceful. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant, which was superb. I think maybe a week in the resort without transport would be too much, we stayed a few days and had a hire car so we could visit the North of the Island before moving further south. We were nearly put off by the description of the steps to the beach - it was fine and there's a bench half way up if it really is too much after a large lunch at TNF ! Having seen many of the nearby resorts on our travels in the area we were very pleased we chose Cap Maison and will return.

Rating poor due to low value to what you spend even though the overall resort is average. We were disappointed with the resort - other than the food, which was excellent, the value of the accommodations for the price paid was not there. It is our fourth time on the island and have stayed in many high end locations- we would not recommend this one ( stay elsewhere but do a dinner there!) We were in a higher end villa with pool and terrace- the pool light never worked and the villa was designed in such a way that it allowed no air flow at all. While the bedroom was air conditioned ( but not enough for the size), we could barely use the other areas of the villa- it was unbearable. Most other resorts if not air conditioned have many ceiling fans and allow for proper air flow. This did not. There is also very little to do- the beach is very small and they don’t organize outings. Spa service was not good - I’m not sure they were experienced. Check out was odd as we were due a (small) credit but after 30 min that they could not figure out how to do it we just left it. No apology. All in all there are many better places on the island to spend that kind of money ( we did this with a a package with Ladera- do the Ladera but select a different place for the north)

Dear Cheryl, Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review following your recent stay I am sorry that not everything was to your liking although it was good to read that you enjoyed the food provided at both The Cliff and The naked fisherman restaurants As with everything it can be matter of personal choice, which I totally understand and we have had many guests - since its launch in April 2010 - that have taken advantage of The Peak to Beach experience between our friends in the south Ladera and Cap Maison and they have very much enjoyed their time spent in both properties and on St Lucia We do try our hardest to please each and every guest and I am again sorry that we have missed the mark with you With kind regards Ross

We have just returned from our stay at Cap Maison. Once again it was truly wonderful as always. We have been many times before and we are always asked why we come back. I think firstly the staff and the way everyone is treated. Always with a smile and everyone is made to feel special. It would be so difficult to name everyone, as they all are fantastic. The villas are lovely the beautiful grounds tended so well by the fantastic gardeners. The food is amazing. Thanks again and hopefully we’ll be back.
