Very comfortable ocean view appartment. We were given an upgrade on arrival with a wonderful rooftop terrasse and pool where we could admire the sunset on Pigeon Island. Great breakfast, friendly and attentive service and two good restaurants on site with excellent fish. A very relaxing stay in a boutique hotel .

Cap Maison is a beautiful property and worth its 5 star rating in all respects with one exception, noted below. PRO- Beautiful, well maintained grounds. Excellent, well trained staff. Everyone we came into contact with was cordial, helpful, and did their jobs well. There are too many people to thank personally here. Food- all the food was outstanding as was the service. Beautiful views of Pidgeon Island and sunsets. The best and most consistent food quality we’ve had in all our travels around the world. Definitely deserves 5 stars. Accommodations- we didn’t have the most expensive room . The room and bathroom were large and well appointed, very clean, and the beds were to die for- so comfortable. The tempurpedic mattresses are luxurious. We had a small patio off our room which was nice for a few room service meals. In general- Fitness room had a good variety of equipment which we utilized. Tap water available to fill your water bottle that was in the room. CON- Unfortunately, the beach is down a very steep 92 step hill. Although there is a warning about this on the website, it doesn’t do justice to how difficult it actually is to maneuver. Being in our 70’s and fit we thought it would not be an issue, but it was, and made the use of the beach totally impossible . If you are a fit 30- 40 year old, you might be able to use the beach. If I were to make any suggestion to Cap Maison, it would be to please find a way to get guests to the beach so they can enjoy it and The Naked Fisherman. We spoke to some people who didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the Naked Fisherman and said it was a very difficult walk back up from the beach and they weren’t happy. It’s an experience like that which could impact the restaurant’s reputation. Other notes- Cap Maison is about 1 1/2- 2 hour drive from the airport. Quick 10 minute taxi to Rodney Bay. Hotel can book a taxi for you and add the charge to your room. Thanks to everyone at Cap Maison for a wonderful stay!

A lovely albeit brief holiday at Cap Maison. The food was delicious. We ate at both the Cliff and the Naked Fisherman. Villa 36 this time and very near the courtyard pool so I was able to swim early morning. Staff all wonderful and very kind. Really hard to single anyone of them out as they were all fantastic. The Cliff restaurant was consistently good and we ate in the evening twice and a few times during the day. I like the chance to have 2 or 3 starters rather than a main and turn the meal into a very upmarket tapas! We ate at the Naked Fisherman about 5 times, both when staying at another resort and when on site. 4 times it was top-notch but they dropped the ball a bit the 5th time.. service that time not as good as usual (our order was lost) although the food again, excellent. I am now addicted to the Mac and Cheese and the very fresh fish.. The other guests were all very nice and the Manager's Cocktail Party bought us all together. We followed this with a rather memorable wine cellar dinner hosted by Robbie who has a great knowledge of wines. Thanks again for a great holiday.. Hopefully will be back again sometime this year..

Second time my wife and I have been to Cap Maison. Everything was fantastic. Service, food, drinks and accommodation all outstanding. The all inclusive is definitely the way to go. All the menu items and drinks are top shelf. We will be back again next year.

What a beautiful place! My wife and I spent four memorable days at Cap Maison. Breakfast on the terrace looking out on Pigeon Island was unforgettable. Our room (a much appreciated upgrade) was large and elegant, and the upstairs pool area was a place we could have happily remained all day. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The adjacent beach sits in a small, sandy cove … the restaurant there, The Naked Fisherman, was good, but was pricy, e.g, $28 US for a burrito. Only drawback: it took 2 1/2 hours on a Wednesday late afternoon to get from the airport to the hotel. We also came to dread the weekday traffic around Castries. But all in all, we’d return to Cap Maison in a heartbeat.

Amazing boutique hotel in a beautiful location with very luxurious rooms and beautiful views. The food was our favorite part. We stayed 3 nights and did not do the all inclusive since we didn’t think it was worth the price. If you stay longer than 3 nights I would recommend it. Very quiet hotel and the guests were all on the older side. We went for the last half of our honeymoon and I definitely think we were the youngest couple there. We did not mind this as we wanted something quiet and relaxing after doing a party atmosphere at a nearby sandals. We did the private wine pairing dinner with Harvey who was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the wines and even the food paired along with it. Quite an expensive dinner (about $700 with tip for 2) but we thought it was worth it. It served the exact food from The Cliff at Cap restaurant so when we went to the actual restaurant 2 days later we knew what to order. Highly recommend the seafood risotto! We also got a couples massage and that was about $120 each and absolutely amazing. Followed by a day at the pool reading and relaxing was exactly what we wanted. The beach is down a very steep hill and it’s definitely a hike back up (about 90 steps) but there is a fun beach bar and restaurant, The Naked Fisherman, we enjoyed. Bring bug spray if you go to dinner there. I got eaten alive. The water temp was perfect and there are non motorized toys you have access to as guests of the hotel. Would recommend getting down to the beach or to the pool by 10am if you want to claim a good seat. It’s a public beach but if you are staying at Cap Maison you have access to the lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also bring you towels and ice cold water. Breakfast was included in our stay and goes from 7-10am and the food was amazing! We loved the fluffy pancakes and the spiced chorizo burrito. They also had yummy lattes! There is a full bar at The Cliff at Cap restaurant that makes very yummy espresso martinis and any tropical drink you want. They also give you yummy plaintain chips as a snack. There is a lounge area you can sit at while you drink or wait for your dinner reservation. If you are looking for beautiful views, relaxation and quiet we highly recommend this hotel. The beds were also very comfy!! It’s about a 2 hour drive to the airport but you could also take a helicopter for $250/pp and it’s about 15 minutes. Overall we loved our stay and would probably go back for a 20 or 30 year anniversary. If you are a younger couple and want more activity or nightlife you might want to stay elsewhere.

It’s a shame that I cannot give a 5 - so much is very good especially the staff who are a delight and the food which is excellent - the things to be aware of which I accept may not be an issue to others - The beach is great accessible via steps and with the naked fisherman at the bottom - the problem is if you like the sun it doesn’t really hit the beach - certainly not in January. Second criticism are the bathrooms - the showers are poor and dated and the flow of water more of a deluge than a shower with no real way to regulate the temperature- although petty both impacted on our holiday.
