We are currently holidaying here for our honeymoon. We booked the holiday as a package deal through TUI, 1 week all inclusive. As the holiday grew closer and we started looker closer at the hotel, we decided to look at an upgrade option - we did this directly with the hotel who were very helpful in organising this via email and we paid the upgrade fee of an extra $160 per night, upon check-in. Our upgrade was to a swim-up room with sea view in block 1 (room1010) of the Hideaway (Diamond Club). The view is truly amazing but the room is right on the end of the block next to an access road and bin store, we can’t see the bin store but we sure can smell it - it is very unpleasant when sunbathing on our terrace and we have maintenance and service trucks coming and going at all hours. We have mentioned the smell to staff so that they are aware, but we haven’t asked to be moved because we quite simply love our location within the block. Within the room itself (which on the surface is very spacious and lovely) the closer you look you see that it is VERY tatty around the edges. Big problems with drainage, as the walls are damp and there was an unpleasant damp smell in the room when we arrived. There was a puddle of water in the corner of the room when we arrived, which maintenance attended to and determined to be a leak from the shower. This was fixed by them grouting in the shower the following day. There is a chip in the sink, the bath plug mechanism doesn’t work and needs to be prized out with an implement like an item of cutlery in order to drain and the bathroom mirror is damaged where water/damp has got behind it and created black spots. Elsewhere in the resort, the bars are well-staffed but not well-stocked, they have a basic cocktail menu on each bar however half the cocktails they usually can’t make because of a lack of ingredients. This has happened in more than one instance at various bars. In addition, whilst we absolutely respect the environmentally friendly ethos of the hotel in that it’s a straw-free resort, drinking an iced cocktail is near on impossible until it melts. Perhaps the use of paper or biodegradable straws could be an option? The gym was flooded a few weeks back so only a few bits of equipment are working. Whilst this is of course no fault of the hotel, for the high calibre it advertises itself as, it’s a little disappointing that no attempt to make alternative arrangements has been made. The public decking near and on the beach is made of plastic and is broken and very uneven in some places - the plastic material also means that in the heat of the day, it’s molten hot to walk on! The pools (specifically our swim-out pool) didn’t seem to be properly maintained. There were LOTS of tiles missing and the only cleaning we saw was just the skimming of the leaves on the top. Most of the hotels towels we very ropey (literally) and had stringy bits hanging off them. Whilst I know this isn’t a big thing, it’s not nice when drying off and not the standard you expect for this type of resort. The hideaway itself, we feel is over-subscribed. There are 3 blocks which make up the hideaway and not nearly enough sun beds around the hideaway pool to accommodate the guests who have access to them. What’s even more infuriating is of course there are the selfish sunbed hoggers which I know is not the fault of the hotel directly, however, one day we observed a set of sunbeds sat vacant with towels guarding them, from when we arrived to the pool at 8.30am, to when the occupants decided to pitch up at 3pm!!! Please tell me why the hotel is not being more strict with this and instead removing the towels of those who are clearly taking liberties?! After all of those negatives, on the plus side and to the hotels credit, all of the staff are very happy, friendly and polite. The resort boasts fantastic views in a stunning beach location and the resort layout is great - really well thought out. Lots of toilets, lots of bars and plenty of towel stations which means you don’t have to venture far for what you need. The themed restaurants are very good, especially the Teppanyaki / Hibatchi restaurant, ‘Zen’, where you are thoroughly entertained. The steakhouse, ‘Hunters’, offers fantastic steak. The service in all food areas including the international buffet, is always great. Room service is complimentary, but does seem very slow. Whatever the case, it’s superb to have the convenience of this 24/7. The Hideaway lounge was great for food, snacks and coffee. The Butler service is great - they are attentive and will as you expect, attend to your every need. In summary the resort, is 90% there with a great location, happy staff, good service, great views and good food. The other 10% is lacking the detail and standards that a 5* resort should have. It lets itself down with basic maintenance and looking after the place, it needs some tlc and looks far older than a hotel built in 2017. The drinks situation was a disappointment and can be easily rectified.

Hotel's Favorite
We recently spent a fantastic week at the Hideaway at the Royalton and I definitely recommend the Hideaway for couples. The resort is gorgeous and the layout is very spacious. The staff do an outstanding job maintaining the common areas and gardens in beautiful condition. The views of the bay, surrounding hills, and the private beach throughout day make you feel like you're in paradise. The resort never felt crowded anywhere, except maybe a little bit during the busiest times at the breakfast buffet. There are several pools to pick from, each with somewhat of a different look and feel. We tend to prefer the beach over poolside and there were plenty of lounge chairs along the beach. However, anywhere on the resort, the best locations get reserved early. One day I walked the beach before sunrise and some chairs were already reserved, so you have to be prepared to compete for the spot you want. All of the Hideaway and Diamond Club rooms have great oceanfront views and you are just steps away from the beach, pools, etc. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a large walk-in shower and a tub with water jets. All rooms have good size balconies with those fantastic views of the bay. I don't know that I would recommend the swim-out rooms. You can't really use them for much, other than standing in them to cool off. I think they're just something for the promotional pictures that look fun. The staff are wonderful, from the bar tenders to the restaurants to housekeeping to the event staff. All are eager to please and consistently smiling. The staff-to-guest ratio also seems fairly high, especially for bar staff. I never waited more than a minute or two for a drink. And, if you rent a cabana, your every wish will be promptly fulfilled by the attendants (Helon is the best!). Housekeeping was consistent and impeccable every day. They work hard, so consider tipping them at least occasionally. There are several restaurants at the resort that are consistently good. The most popular seems to be Zen, which is the teppanyaki venue. If you've had real teppanyaki before, you'll be familiar with the routine but probably somewhat let down by the food quality. It's entertaining enough, but I've certainly had better. The steak house is also popular and if you've ever had a steak in the Caribbean ... yeah, it's not really memorable for the right reasons. But, it's good enough. We liked the Tex-Mex and West Indies style restaurants about the best - some imaginative dishes and good quality. The buffet was good, but we really only ate there for breakfast. There's a good variety, something for everyone, and you certainly won't go hungry. A couple nights a week, they close the buffet and set up for special events - one down near the beach and the other near the main stage (White Night). The food is just so-so, and the COVID sanitary restrictions make it kind of an annoying experience. By the way, don't get too stressed out about White Night. I'd say only about half the guests even gave it half an effort. It was just kind of lame. In defense of the less-than-enthusiastic guests, dressing all in white is kind of difficult, especially for men. If they modified it to a black & white theme, or something more fun, then I'm sure more people would participate. Other entertainment events at night were good, particularly the fire eaters. There's always entertainment at the main stage. Some of the smaller bars will also hold smaller entertainment events like karaoke. The pool bars serve mostly the same drink types. At night, the martini bar and the sports bar serve more unique offerings. All the drinks were good quality everywhere - decent liquors and nothing watered down. The Diamond package gives you access to some of the "exclusive" areas and access to a butler. I feel the butler service needs some clarifying. In our case we had a couple butlers assigned to us that worked on a sort-of alternating schedule. They keep in-touch with you during your visit via WhatsApp and they encourage you to use them as much as possible. The alternative is simply to go to the front desk and ask for what you need - not a big deal at all in the Hideaway which has its own lobby. When we started to use this service, we encountered issues with consistency and attention to detail. One day, I was getting texts from them at 8am. The next day, when I asked for something in the morning, I was told that neither butler would be in until 10:30. Their hours varied by day unpredictably. So, standard, predictable working hours would be a great start. When they finally got in touch with me late that morning, they asked if I needed anything as if they didn't even scroll up the text string to see the message for which I was still awaiting a response. So, I would have to ask again. Then, there were the responses such as "Let me check for you" that were never followed with an actual answer. These things happened more than once, and it's very annoying. Even worse, they would send daily generic-sounding messages for things I really didn't need help with, such as "What are you having for lunch?" It would have been so much more helpful if they said something like, "Hey, there's an event going on at such-and-such a pool right now" That would have been information I may have actually have found useful. In the end, we had decidedly mixed feelings about the butler service. It takes a lot of work, resources, and coordination to run a resort like this. We didn't expect perfection and I think the things I mentioned can be improved with a few adjustments. We've visited a lot of all-inclusives and this one is definitely one best. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again and I highly recommend it.

Compared to resorts in Cuba (adults only Holguin),Mexico, Costa Rica (Westin), Riu Jamaica (Negril) this resort is fine just not as good as the others. We had a fine time just wouldn’t suggest it is worth the travel time and money given other choices. First, It took 2hrs 15 minutes to drive to the resort. We had booked helicopter but it was cancelled. Cost for the the taxi ride was charged immediately yet the credit for the cancelled helicopter has still not been processed after a week. BEWARE of Nexus tours. Room is clean and lovely. Robes and slippers were not in room. Could not call as the phone didn’t work. When asked for at desk they were delivered. Beer and drinks in fridge. But no bottle opener. When requested it was not delivered. Staff are very friendly everywhere. They really really are. The buffet was fine. In comparison to the others, the weakest I have experienced. Of course breakfast is good everywhere and here. Dinner is the same every day. ‘Themed’ dinners involves one dish I.e. Chinese. No entertainment in buffet as it is in others. Eat only at the a la crate restaurants. The Dorado at the adults only section is quite good. The lunch beside the bar in hideaway is great. Strangely, there is very little fish to eat. And at buffet small amounts with little selection. Also no mangos any day and pineapple only some days. Also strange for Caribbean. Entertainment is fine, is fine everywhere. EXCEPT the One hour Christmas childen’s choir was amazing. Best entertainment I have ever experienced anywhere at a resort. Booze is fine. Local Chairman rum is good. Of course they don’t have Admiral local rum because they don’t carry anything high end. Cigars are nice but pricey. Weirdly they don’t carry any St. Lucia local cigars. We purchase 10 had them delivered instead. Awesome! Beach is small and water is rocky because it is a volcanic island. 29degrees and sunny every day! Scuba was good.two sea turtles. We had a great time. If I knew then what I know now I would not choose a. St Lucia b. this resort. Room 2201. Nov. 28-Dec 5, 2022.

This resort has huge potential but it wasn't as good as I was expecting. Me and my sister went after Thanksgiving for a sister getaway. We booked a swim out room with the Diamond club. (Sn, the ride from the airport to resort is 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic.) But anyway, checkin for Hideaway was easy and separate from the main Royalton. Our butler Nikita, who was AMAZING, greeted us and took us to our room. The room seemed great when we 1st walked in but me and my sister always do a look around, wipe down surfaces, etc before we settle in. We started noticing a mildewy smell & there were little bugs crawling around on both beds' headboard and on to the pillowcases and top of bed. We immediately notified the front desk. The manager was contacted and he told us there was no where else on the resort they could place us because they were booked. No discount was offered for our inconvenienc either. He did come and search the room for himself. He verified that they were ants. But still we were mortified. They offered to exterminate our room and reclean/change all the linen while we enjoyed the bar. We obliged because really what choice did we have? After the 2nd look around it seemed fine but I definitely was on edge after that. Fast forward to the next morning, we went to relax on our swim out but there was food particles on the patio, the chairs were dirty and the pool was full of debri. It lost its appeal quickly but we made the best of it. Housekeeping did eventually come do a brief cleaning. Our butlers took care of all food reservations for us, brought us champagne in the morning and set up our spa treatments. I loved this luxury. They were constantly checking to see how we were doing and helping with any plans we had. Food at the buffet was bland for our liking and was cool, not hot. Room service was hit or miss. Anything besides breakfast wasnt the best. Dorado was our absolute fave for breakfast and lunch. The steakhouse was wonderful as well, and we liked Calypso (the west indies cuisine) too. Tex Mex had good food but the service was extremely slow. The food truck was a great option for late lunch but if you don't go early the food is cold. We did love that their were so many bars to choose from. We also liked the ease of the wristbands that double as your room key. And having the exclusivity of the all adult Hideaway pools, bars and hot tub plus the rest of the royalton amenities to explore was great. We met some really nice people and majority of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Other little things that were annoying, housekeeping made it difficult to get washcloths. One day they took all our washcloths without replacing and only gave us towels. When we called they said they were out. Like what? It took an hour for them to track some down. My fanny pack got stolen while we were in the hot tub. Literally from right behind us. I asked around to see if anyone had picked up by mistake, no. I was taken to file a report with security. Once I wrote my statement and security started contacting each other to cross verify I was told to wait and see. Well on my way back to my room, 3 staff members were standing with my pouch in hand. They say they found in a restroom across the resort. But I'd never even gone to the restroom let alone to that side of the resort. Im grateful it was found and my phone, portable charger and ear bugs were still there. Someone definitely stole right from the side of the hot tub. Glad my cash was left in the safe. Entertainment was cool for resort life. They had pool games, djs, karoake, country night, st Lucia night, dancers, etc. You should definitely leave the resort though for more authentic experience, food and things to do. All in all I would definitely go back to St Lucia because it was a BEAUTIFUL island with lots to do and friendly people. I'm not 100% sold on the royalton again or doing a swim out. I'd definitely shop around for a better experience/resort or go with a lower expectation and certainly not pay extra for a swim out.

We have been visiting the Caribbean for many years and we are now trying smaller islands so thought a step up from our regular hotel chain would be nice. We booked the Hideaway with a swim up room as it’s nice to take a break from our grandchildren and the adults only area appealed. Check in was effortless having had a private transfer with Rising Sun Taxi Service. We really liked the all inclusive bracelets which contained the door entry system so no more locking the card in the room. Shown to the room in block 2. The room was clean with towels, sufficient storage and contrary to some reports no damp smell, they had had floods only days before. The air conditioning was on and in the dark the terrace and swim up looked lovely. There were no bath robes nor slippers in the room contrary to what the bellboy and the room advert had promised, we asked at reception and they said they would see what they could do but didn’t think they were available, they were right they were not available. We went out for some food and found the Dorada restaurant, probably our favourite throughout the holiday, and as it was almost midnight at home we had an early night. The following morning we went onto the terrace a slight let down the loungers we’re old paint splattered and dirty, the pool had tiles missing but the edge tiles were coated in dried on sun crème and anything else in the water. There were no beach towels but that is not a problem as you pick those up at the one of the towel stations and take them back to your room. Off for breakfast again to the Dorada that was nice a la carte breakfast this was the start of items not being available no mushrooms or tomato juice. We just chose something else. We went for a look around the hotel found the restaurants main lobby and pools. All the outdoor seating was worn and the lounger cushions were stained and far below the standard of other hotels. It rains quite a lot, it is a green island, but the seat pads in the main stage outdoor area were soaked and as it rained a little every day they did not dry out. We spent the morning at our swim up and around lunchtime went to the Hideaway bar. Stephen Samuel and Jonny were great and always smiling. The shortages began on the second day. Now I know they did not run out of everything but this is supposedly 5*. So no tonic at Hideaway Dorada or Aquarius for five days. When the premium bottle of your choice ran out it was down to the local brand drinks. Ran out of white wine on more than one occasion. Frequently no bananas for dirty banana, no mix for piña colada’s and more than once no beer. There is a large choice of restaurants but as to a walk in policy it’s a bit hit and miss. Most places we have been give you a buzzer whilst waiting for a table not here four restaurants take your room number and send you to the madness of the martini mix bar and they come to find you. Now we like to go out early have a drink then eat. We found if we visited most restaurants that they were full by 6:30 and we went on the list and an hour later we would have a table. Almost all took getting on for 2 hours for three courses. Zen tepanyaki was great Clint owned the hibachi’s. Hunters steak house was a bit hit and miss as it depended on the chef as to correct cooking of steaks. Armadillo tex mex was again hit and miss but worth a try. I loved the curry goat in Calypso. I really fancied a pizza one day so we went to Grazie it was lunchtime with few tables in so we thought ok we were seated straight away and given a drink a few minutes later order taken two pizza’s. We then saw diners get up and walk out without eating about an hour later Angela’s pizza arrived and my meal arrived seafood pasta, they offered to change it but another hour? We gave it another go for an evening meal our waitress brought bread and poured a little oil and vinegar which was empty, she said she would refill and return, she did not. We asked for some more she said they had run out which was fine until another waitress poured some at an adjacent table. The pizza’s arrived could have used them as a discus, the desert choice was not good so went into the buffet which at 8:30 was almost out of food so we went to the gelato and had ice cream. The buffet had choices but not many and lots of empty pans. Entertainment was poor, daytime we could hear the aqua fit but we did not see any of the animation team. Evening entertainment was in the most dire to non existent. Shows advertised often did not happen now no shows does not ruin a holiday but it does give a break from sitting and drinking. The fire eating and limbo show was enjoyable but an advertised white party was just cancelled as they don’t have anywhere to sit if the weather is wet. Most places we have visited have evening entertainment and a guy playing a guitar in martini mix does not cut it. Staff are genuinely friendly in the most part but they have their hands tied. If we had an issue in the room say out of body wash, inform reception and it’s replaced but a 5* should not need the prompt. The whole place needed a scrub spilt drinks around the bars and pools room service plates left in corridors with staff walking past them. We would like to thank Porsha and Eva in Dorada for always smiling and nothing being too much trouble. Was our holiday ruined no but were we disappointed definitely Yes. This was 50% more than our holiday to Costa Rica four weeks earlier and not up to the standards of the Riu Palace Would we go back? To St Lucia yes to Hideaway no and we are cancelling our Royalton holiday for next spring as the reports there are the same.

Ugh.... Overall, 3/5 stars at most. We went here for our Honeymoon Nov 7-14, 2022. The reason we are giving 3/5 is because of two main things. For reference: we booked Oceanview Hideaway Room (building 1) and had Diamond Club The Good: 1. The Food. We tried all the resturants and didn't have a problem with any. Some were definatly better than others (Hibachi was amazing, Tex Mex was meh) but to be honest, our overall favourite was the Marche Buffet. The salad bar was amazing. 2. Olivia our butler was very sweet, kind and attentative. She brought wine to our room and booked all our resturant reservations for us. Thank you Olivia! 3. The Beach - we are beach people and loved the beach. The water was beautiful and warm and the sand was nice. No problems ever getting a seat/chair by the beach. We never had trouble with this (although we did often sit on the diamond club side) The Ok: 1. Maid Service. The rooms got cleaned, yes. However fridges weren't restocked, often the clean was sloppy, and the rooms still often had sand left over/not cleaned up. We tipped maid service everyday fyi. This wasn't make or break for us, but as it was our honey moon we were hoping for some cute petals or towel art on the bed (like in cuba/mexico...) but nope nothing. 2. Bars/Pool - often times bars were inconsistant. One day they had something, then next day they didn't. We ended up getting all our drinks at the Hideaway and Diamond Club bars as we felt the drinks were better quality. The pool bar "dips" was horrible. Slow slow service and not very good drinks. 3. Entertainment wasn't great. We found hideaway bar Aquarius to be our favourite place to hangout after dinner as they had music and one night a wonderful sax and singer. We never really went and saw any shows but watched as we passed by after dinner. The music is LOUD though. Keep that in mind. We were in building 1 and could hear everything. I couldn't imagine being a room close to the main stage. The Bad: 1. We are still waiting for a refund for our paid room selection which we paid 3 months in advance. When we showed up, we didnt get the room we selected and paid for. They didn't seem to care at all that we pre-paid for it. We were promised we would be refunded. I filled out refund form and still nothing. Hotel is absolutly impossible to get a hold of. I have called multiple times and emailed. I took a picture of the refund form they had me fill out. Checked 3-4 times while we were their with the reception and our butlers that we would be getting the refund. They assured us we would. Still nothing... this is so disapointing as we trusted them and were assured we would recieve this. 2. The customer service/ attitude of the workers. Every time you asked for something, example... went to get a drink, sat down for dinner, asked for towels.... etc. 99% of the staff were rude and made you feel like you were bothering them. The workers seemed burnt out with a "couldnt care less" attitude. Sure you did get the odd worker/bartender/ staff that were great (Fitness Guy: Corneill, Our Butler: Olivia and a young lady who worked at the Aquarius Hideaway Bar) but overall, most staff didn't seem happy to be there and it showed. 3. Infinity Tours - do not book with them. Just don't do it. We were flat out lied to by this company. They said "8 people on the boat" .... yeah no it was 26 people. They took us around to see the Pitons, Mud Bath and Snorkeling however the staff again seemed tired, bored and annoyed by tourists. Overall, would book a tour with the hotel not the men on the beach. To add to this, there is a man who will put an anklet around a woman's ankle and demand 90 USA. We didn't fall for this trap but saw many other poor people did. The hotel should not be allowing this man to approach tourists. The tours on the beach HASSLE the heck out of you. Seriously, they do not leave you alone... its very annoying. Overall, we had a good stay and have no regrets. Disapointed in some aspects for sure, but we didn't let this ruin our honeymoon. We have been to over 15 resorts and overall would not come back to this one. If you are looking for an amazing resort try Valentin Imperial - Mayan Riviera!

This would mark the 1st time I have ever written a review about anything but I wanted to at least express as best as I can to not waste a penny on this resort. I have been to so many resorts paying 4 times less than I pay at this resort and have had far better experiences than I have had at this place. The customer service was the absolute worst and we were even part of the Diamond Club where you would expect to have top service - The diamond club areas actually had the worst service of all the places. When you would go to the restaurants, they would not even greet you or tell you their name, they would just look around and say "what do you want". When you would ask for something or try to call a staff over, they would just stare at you and not even come over or they would tell you they are coming but sit with the other staff talking. On top of the service, the food was rated a 2 (at best). The buffet constantly had flies on the food while the staff just stood in front of it watching you waft the flies away before trying to see what was good to eat. The restaurants constantly ran out of basic food/drinks (i.e. bacon, onions, champagne, etc.) and when you asked for basic table amenities like salt/pepper, ketchup, etc. the staff would give you an attitude and we constantly had to ask to have our waters/drinks refilled. We actually had to ask for salt again because every bottle they gave us was crystallized. Another example of bad service was when we ordered burgers and fries for the table for 4 people and they brought us 1 packet of ketchup for everyone so I kindly asked for more and our server Henrietta said "Don't you have enough". On another note, they didn't even follow their events calendar - we had to constantly ask them when/where was an event and show the staff that an event was scheduled to happen based on the app. My husband and I typically bring a couple hundred dollars to just provide tip to all staff but this time we kept all of our money. Sad to say but this resort left such a bad taste in our mouth that we don't ever want to come back to Saint Lucia again. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL REGRET IT SO MUCH!

What a disgraceful all inclusive. Our first room was filthy and smelled of Huron only to find out it was a downsized room. The restaurants food was similar to airplane food. Their was hardly no entertainment other than a local country singer yet the TV in the Hideaway boasted such colorful entertainment. Service was very slow and for dinner we are in the Dorado restaurant every night especially after being served raw Mahi Mahi. Many of the grounds bathrooms had no soap. The best part of the vacation were was the ocean and Hideaway pools.

The Hideaway section was very good, we had a great room number 1407 and our butlers Nikita and Terrell were fabulous, they booked all our restaurant reservations and made sure we were always happy. My most negative part of the stay was the food, most of the time, it was just , warm, mostly in the buffet. Breakfast was ok, didn’t go for lunch, but the evening was dreadful, so on a 14 night stay, we went 3 times. Last year we stayed at the Royalton In Antigua, the food was so much better, they always had a wok station, so that food was always hot and so was the rest of the food! In both hotels we were Diamond Club, this to us is a great advantage. We felt that the beach in the Royalton Diamond Club was so much better than that of Hideaway, also the only restaurant that was at Hideaway, was the Dorado, which was good at night, average for the other meals, we mostly used the beach grill at lunch time. I feel there should be more facilities for Hideaway guests in that area of the resort, all speciality restaurants, bars and entertainment were in Royalton, quite a walk, especially in the rain. We felt that most of the issues were down to the resort being too big, I would not return to this resort again, not worth the money. .

lovely hotel and most of the staff were excellent. We were in the Hideaway part (block 2 Had a couple of issues . Beware that you will be asked for a deposit at the Check =In . It is supposedly to be paid back on your departure. This is not the case. I was told when i checked out that it would be paid back into my credit card account within 2 to 3 days. Eventually i had to get in touch with Royalton Hotels customer services and was then told that it was now released and to get in touch with my bank who then told me that it would take up to 15 days to clear. I have been home now 26 days and no sign of my refund yet. Some people just said they did not have a credit card when asked for the deposit and were told its OK it does not matter. !!! A couple of days we only got 2 bath towels in our room and no other towels, Fridge was not replenished on 3 or 4 occasions. There was mould on the wallbeside the door and at the his and hers washbasins. When i arrived i put some clothes in the wardrobe for my return journey and left them there for about 10 days,.When i took them out of the wardrobe the day before my departure they were smelling and felt damp. The housemaid was very good and the room was nice apart from the above. The A La Carte restaurants were excellent apart from the Geizle (Italian). The service was really slow. The main buffet resteraunt was good and therewas always something there that you could eat. The bar staff in all the bars were great and very curtious. I would say this hotel is a 4 star, definately not a 5 star. if you have an issue you are better off asking to speak to a manager if you want something done. James and Caroline Conway , Inverness Scotland. Stayed between Oct 11th. Oct 25th 2022.
