A very peaceful place to stay, wonderful hosts and breakfasts (YUM), spotless rooms and comfy bed, stayed in the Dairy room and had a lovely patio to sit outside in the warm October sunshine ( cake and tea was served on arrival, YUM). Close to all the sights, beaches, Sandringham, Walsingham etc. Cannot wait to return. Loved it here and...

We were greeted upon arrival and offered drinks and one of the most delicious fresh cream sponge cakes we have ever had. The breakfasts were lovely - perfectly cooked in every way, home made jams, fresh milk for the room etc. Our twin room, The Parlour, was ideal for myself and my son - quiet, warm, clean and beautiful. Plenty...

Wonderful stay in the parlour with everything you could possibly need. Stephen and Lynne were fantastic hosts, providing lovely cooked breakfasts ( salmon and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection) even providing goats milk and gluten free options. Wildlife was more than a bonus too. Thankyou for making our stay so pleasurable. We will definitely return.
