Just returned from a stay at this lovely bed and breakfast, a return trip for us having stayed back in 2013. Both times the service has been excellent and the setting is so lovely, a relaxing break if you want to get away from it all. Perfect for us with our young son who thoroughly enjoyed the garden and trampoline....

we cycled from Leicester to Hull to take the ferry to Holland and this was our first stop. It was the perfect first night, with a good breakfast. The Jacuzzi was just what we needed after a long day's cycling.

Feels like home from home. I've stayed there many times over the last 12 years or so and it just gets better and better. Perfect place to relax, great food and hospitality and so much to see and do nearby.

Just after Easter I was performing for the week at the Nottingham Theatre Royal and my wife decided to come and stay as well since she was not yet back at work that week, and we brought the dogs. It's always a gamble taking the dogs because some accommodation is not suitable, but this turned out to be a really...

Where to start? Should I talk about Nicky, the fabulous host for who nothing was too much trouble? Or maybe the large, airy, beautifully decorated rooms, stocked with refreshments, snacks, fruit, orange juice, extensive selection of teas and coffees and REAL milk ... not those silly little pots. Perhaps I should mention the high quality bed linen and towels ......

Excellent environment friendly and professional services . A dog like to play with visitors but I didn't like dogs any way. Refreshments earia good for walking in early mooring green every where. I wonder if they're is shooting sport to join in the wild.

This was an excellent find, situated only just outside the village. Very relaxed environment and lovely accommodation throughout. Our room was well situated for anyone with a child as they can go to bed, and adults can sit elsewhere, but close, in the conservatory which adjoins the room. A gift was the wonderful safe outside space with trampoline, swingball, hot-tub...

We stayed here recently as it was situated perfectly to visit both Lincoln and Nottingham Universities with our son. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The 3rd bed was normal sized, which is not always the case in some family rooms. Breakfasts were lovely, we had a fridge in our room with some food in, tea and coffee making...

Booked this B&B as it allowed our dog to stay as well. Nicky was welcoming from the time we arrived and couldn't do enough for us without ever imposing on our privacy. The en-suite room was large with a double bed, armchair, kitchenette, table and chairs and a day bed. The breakfast was lovely and the setting of the paddock...

We booked all 3 rooms for a family get together and although we arrived quite late we had a very warm welcome from Nicky. Our rooms were clean and spacious with a variety of drinks and biscuits as well as yoghurts and cereals. We ate breakfast freshly cooked in the owners kitchen whilst looking over the fields. Our two year...
