We have been having family meals here for 10 years at least. My friend also had her Hen Night here & we have had a meal here with some of the Mothers from my daughters' school. It is a great place & looked really pretty when we went in mid-August for my daughter's birthday. Lean steaks, good Spanish wines, excellent... More

We stayed for two nights to attend a family wedding the Priory is in a great location and overall service was good. As the room was very reasonably priced with the facilities and bed provided to a reasonable standard it seems somewhat churlish to make any criticism but we feel compelled to make the following comments. We stayed in room... More

We have a family get together from time to time and decided on the Priory. This is a very different dining experience, in a good way, their specialty is sea food and fish and it is cooked to perfection, they also serve meat dishes which are equally well cooked. Food was very good, staff very polite and accommodating. Service very... More

Lovely meal and service we received at the priory, it's a beautiful hotel and restaurant with large gardens and plenty of parking. The food was fresh and chosen from the meat/fish section and was cooked beautifully and the service was second to none. We will be returning again.

Nothing was too much trouble and after details sorted was a seamless perfect afternoon. The team were fantastic led by Felipe, so attentive, friendly and efficient making for a wonderful afternoon. Food was absolutely fabulous from start to... More

Thought I would try the Priory as its the sister restaurant of one in Cardiff I went to. The same format exists where the fresh food is laid out in a cabinet for you to choose what you would like. Its difficult to know what to have as it all looks so beautiful so we ended up having five starters... More

Great rooms in the old building. Very well kept and maintained . Everything worked well . The dinner was excellent as was the breakfast although some things were not included and were extra? The Roman baths across the road are free and well worth a visit too

having stayed there twice (and I would stay again), I have mixed feelings. Rooms at both the front and back of the hotel have noise - cockerel at the back, traffic and church bells at the front - but the bed and pillows are comfy and the room is clean. The restaurant serves excellent food, however the menu is a... More
