GranMa booked a table here to treat Great GrandDad for his 82 birthday. My Mama took some of my favourite vegetables so I could start eating while waiting for our order to be served - I don't like to wait once seated in the high chair. Mama ordered me the fresh cod pan fried, and everyone like it! So I...

Nice old building and grounds, the food was good and a wide selection, and fresh. I stayed in the annex - cottage - and not in the main building as there was a wedding on site. The room was large and well equipped but not modern. Clean and comfortable though. Large bath tub. Staff was nice.

Booked for Valentines Night and was as impressed as ever. A warm welcome and super service despite the place being very busy. Restaurant staff are well organised and the food is fresh and well cooked. Definitely a place to return time and again.

Had a fabulous meal at the Priory, I had lamb and hubby had an amazing lobster. Love the new wood carving in the garden. If you are looking for some where special with choices that will not disappoint the Priory is the place to go 😊

Stayed here for one night, had a lovely quiet nights sleep, room was in really condition, and the breakfast was first class. Would recommend the hotel, , not cheap, in a quiet location in a lovely town of Caerleon.

We had a small birthday bash of 23 people, we all selected, including children from the fresh display and waited for it to arrive, Despite a wide variation of choices we were all served together and were able to enjoy the meal at the same time,

We hadn't visited for quite a long time and not for any particular reason. However we decided to visit before the rugby on Saturday and were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. The atmosphere and service was good and so was the fish. We both had Lemon Sole which was cooked to perfection and washed down with a...

We visited the Priory for a family birthday and it was absolute lovely. The staff were great, and the food (Sunday dinner) was beautiful - loads of veggies and the beef was melt in the mouth. The only bad thing was there wasn't enough bread with the pate, but that's hardly a major thing 😉 We had a great time,...

Got here around 7:30pm on a Saturday evening chucking it down with rain. Missed the hotel at first as pictures make it look like it's in the country but it's actually on the main town road - pictures are of back of hotel. So back around the one-way system and parked opposite in the Pay and Display They do have...
