Detailed Reviews
This is a very nice hotel, located in an old “kulla” (fortified tower). There are rooms of different sizes and everything was spotlessly clean, the beds was also very comfortable.
The doors in the restaurant are a couple of 100 years old. The restaurant itself is excellent. The waiters know what is in and out of season and therefore can recommend good dishes. Try the local red wine of the Winehouse Daka - it is excellent! If I go to Gjakovë again, I certainly will stay here again

A lovely hotel in terms of appearance, design and ambience.
Very good location.
Excellent restauran ,with a heart-warming blazing log fire, serving traditional Kosovar for supper and breakfast was also magnificent.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially Anita on reception on the day of my arrival.
My only regret was that I was only staying there for one night.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

+1
Great location and comfy room with a nice coffee/tea setup. Staff were responsive and friendly, allowing me to check in early when I arrived on the bus. There is an onsite restaurant, and a small supermarket across the street. It's right on the edge of the bazaar, so there are a lot of cafes that are likely busy on weekends or warmer weather. Breakfast was amazing with so many local specialties available.

This is a very attractive hotel. From the time that you enter you appreciate the thought that has gone into making this hotel special. The lift is a stylish way of going to your rooms, which are classy. The rooms have a reasonable amount of space, they look good. WI-FI is excellent. Staff are really helpful.
Breakfast is good and so is the dinner. Definitely worth eating at the hotel.

Settled in old stylish part of city with the corresponding architecture of older style hotels. Very warm welcome from all the stuff. Clean, cosy and warm atmosphere. Very convenient position for exploring the town. Spacious room with all amenities. Value for the money.

in my opinion the best hotel in the town
it is placed nicely in the older part of the city in a stone building with very nice details in the furnishing and accessories.
the rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. prices are very reasonable and service is friendly
free parking is available directly under the building - the entrance is a bit narrow with the car.
the restaurant is really excellent - take the meat on a hot stone (only 4 €) and a the home made soups.
the restaurant service is very good and the staff speaks good english.
from the window front in the restaurant you have a nice view towards the river and part of the city.
it is just a short walk to many other bars and restaurants in the ancient city center.
very recommendable hotel and restaurant in gjakove.

This hotel is just on the edge of the historic bazaar area of Gjakova.
The rooms are comfortable and clean (although the aircon could be improved) and are decorated in a very nice contemporary style.
The hotel has a nice restaurant with a good menu and service and also a pleasant bar.
The staff are courteous, helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended.

This hotel is as nice as anywhere I've stayed in the world, and is probably the cheapest nice hotel I've ever been in. It's also really great that this place is a restored Albanian kulla. The hotel also offered truly excellent food. Can't say enough good things about this place.
Gjakova is definitely worth an overnight visit. It's a pretty little town with some nice hiking in the surrounds, and close to both Peja and Prizren.
