Nice Hotel but Staff are Very UNPROFESSIONAL they made our experience very UNCOMFORTABLE. We Rented Two Rooms 1 Family and a Regular. I had to cut Our stay short and moved to a different Hotel. We do understand their rules of how many People can stay in each Rooms and we paid extra when we had someone staying over. But when the Receptionist asked me Every day how many people were staying in the Room? For me that was just unacceptable. they watch every move we made felt like we were walking on an Egg Shell. Second Problem was the Shower was not working right so we had to take a Bucket Shower. Third was Ants were Crawling all over the Bed, and on to the Breakfast table and we had to ask the front desk for a Wi-fi Voucher Every day?!?

The place was clean, AC was good, showers had good temperature control and pressure. The dining area had an amazing view of the ocean and maybe sunset too but unfortunately during our stay the area was under typhoon signal number 2 (Ursula) so we just stay in our room the whole night. Good thing the fridge was full of stuff. Breakfast was very good and the other food we ordered were also quite good. The next day there's no more typhoon, we enjoyed the pool and they let us extend our stay for a few hours in the afternoon to swim since we can't swim the other day due to typhoon. The staff were very kind and helpful. The owner couple were very friendly and does lots of charitable work in the community. Overall we enjoyed our Christmas stay-cation and would definitely back again.

Located between the highway and the waterfront just out of town. Pascual and his wife are welcoming hosts. It's so good to see that they have put time in to training their staff on how to carry out their duties. Not a common occurrence throughout the provinces. I stayed in a double delux room with balcony. Tiled throughout with solid furnishings (wardrobe, writing desk, and cabinet enclosing the stocked fridge. The bed had clean linen and provided a deep sleep. Aircon was quiet and cable TV all good. Convenient power points for recharging. Phone data connection was excellent. Meals can be ordered via room phone and delivered to your room. Reception can organise local transport. At night, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool and manicured grounds and looking out on the twinkling lights of the fishing boats added to my experience. So nice to stay at a provincial hotel where everything has been thought out in contrast to the general inferior hotels lacking in services and facilities. 5 star experience with attention to detail. Yes, you pay a higher tariff here but you really are getting what you pay for.

Our family group of 5 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay at this quaint resort on the beachfront of Maasin. The kids enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool which was a good size for a small resort. The beach is not really swimmable but the area is not known for its beach so that was expected. The bungalow was large, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom had a bathtub. The airconditioning was quite strong and we could not adjust the temperature right so since the beds only had thin flat sheets as blankets we got cold during the night. Food was good and reasonably priced. What made this resort quite outstanding for me was that one night at 4am my son woke up to a very high fever and refused to take his medicine without a dosing syringe. We were desperate to get him one and decided that we could get one at the private hospital nearby. Unfortunately our van was still arriving at 9am so there was no way to get there, I asked the front desk for advice and they offered to have one of their security guards who owned a motorbike to take me there. They woke him up and still sleepy he dutifully took me to the hospital. I was very grateful for their quick thinking and excellent customer service. Later in the day the owner came up to me and asked how my son was as she heard about what happened. She said we should have woken her up as she had a dosing syringe for her son too! They were all very nice at this resort, I will happily stay there again.. although perhaps we might bring some extra blankets for the kids.

We had such a pleasant stay at this small hotel. The bungalow was spacious enough for 3 of us. Air conditioning was key since it was so hot out and it worked with no issues. The place was clean when we arrived, showers had good temperature control and pressure. Seems you never know sometimes at other places in the P.I. The outdoor dining area had an amazing view of the ocean and sunset. The breakfast was very good and the other dishes we ordered were also quite good. My son enjoyed the pool. And, the staff were very friendly. The owner is easy going and does lots of good things for the people in the community. You can feel good about staying here. I would definitely stay here again.
