Looooved this hotel. The rooms are amazing. Big sized, super chic and modern interior, very comfy and huge bed, big and spacious balcony - just perfect for relaxation. Staff are really amazing. Super friendly and nice. Always at your service! The pool area is like a dream and consists of a lot of big sun beds. I was here during low season and it was very nice and quiet here. Sunday brunches is a event the hotel does every sunday, where my impression was that a lot of visitors pop by to feel the vibe and join the event. I stayed here only 2 nights, which was enough for me as I didn’t have a car and it was impossible to get a car/motorbike to go anywhere. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is luckily a few local restaurants outside the restaurant and a massage place 5 min away. I had lunch at «Mom’s kitchen» just across the entrance of the hotel everyday, as I prefer local authentic thai food! The hotel offer a free shuttle bus that goes 2 times every day to the busier areas like Lamai and Chaweng. The last bus was at 15:30 I think - and u had to arrange your own transport back. I’m veeery happy I chose 2 nights here as I had 2 nights in Chaweng before I came here to wind down and relax!…

Our 4-day stay at Nikki Beach Koh Samui was a delightful experience from the moment we arrived. We received a warm welcome, and throughout our stay, we were surrounded by an enjoyable atmosphere. It was a special occasion as it was my friend's birthday, and the hotel went the extra mile to make it memorable. They surprised us with a birthday cake, decorations, and creative towel art. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the stunning pool and beach. We had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful ocean views. One of the perks of the hotel is the complimentary kayak and paddleboard rentals, which allowed us to explore the crystal-clear waters. However, the one disappointing aspect of our stay was the service during breakfast. The language barrier proved to be a significant challenge, resulting in orders being incorrect or forgotten altogether. Drinks were mixed up, and some dishes never arrived at our table, leaving one of us with three dishes while the other had none. Unfortunately, even simple requests like less sugar in a drink or adding berries to yogurt were not understood. For example: We asked for pineapple juice. The waiter repeated pineapple juice and what do we get? Orange juice: This was particularly frustrating and unexpected for a hotel of this caliber also because it happened every day. You don’t want to sit at breakfast stressing about do I get my order or not. In summary, Nikki Beach Koh Samui offered a wonderful overall experience with its beautiful setting and thoughtful birthday surprise. Nevertheless, the breakfast service left much to be desired due to communication issues. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and the fantastic amenities the hotel had to offer.…

A fun place to go if you want good food, a change of scenery and some banging tunes! Staff were really friendly and tacos looked amazing for lunch. It’s probably better to get there earlier than lunchtime so you can choose your seats slightly away from the speakers! But you get used to it!

We loved our 6 night stay in the pool access suite. Beautiful and very quiet pool, most guests spend their day at the beach club. We travelled with our 6 month old baby, who napped in the room while we enjoyed the pool and the sun. (We had the baby monitor on while out on the terrace) Rooms are clean and housekeeping was very mindful of the baby’s nap schedule. All the staff had a good eye for detail and were very friendly, also making our baby laugh a lot. I am sure he felt very welcome. General manager John was very nice and checked in on us regularly. The food at the beach club and Escape was very good, plenty of choice. We ordered room service for a couple of nights and the menu is from Escape restaurant. The pasta with tuna ragu was very tasty, I ordered it twice. We both had 2 massages each, because they were that good. Of course you pay less at a local salon, but the quality and atmosphere is so much better at the Nikki spa. My husband visited the gym every day, it is small but has everything you need for a quick work out. I went to a pilates class, was very good and I wish I would have gone more often. As mentioned in many reviews, the location is on the quiet side of the island. This is a personal choice, if you don’t like this you should visit the north or east side of the island. We really liked it as you get a beautiful quiet beach, the amazing resort and the sunsets in return. There is a daily shuttle from the resort to the busier area’s of the island, we didn’t use it as we will stay there for a week as well. There are a few restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Do keep in mind that you have to walk along a well lit road for 5 min. Thanks again for a fantastic stay, we hope to come back soon!…

We just had an amazing 2 nights at Nikki Beach, my only regret is we didn’t stay longer! Tucked away in a quiet part of the island on a beautiful beach. Much nicer than the tidal beaches of Choengmon and Chaweng. The resort has a day club but it’s suitable for everyone. We were there as a couple but suitable for families and all ages Music nice and chilled, service is amazing and great menu. Escape restaurant is also amazing place for a beautiful sunset dinner. There isn’t much near the resort but it’s perfect for a few days to chill! My advice is to spend a few days here and then spend some time on another part of the island. We will definitely go back!

The food and ambience was amazing, and the staff wonderful. The spa was not. I paid over 3500 bath (more than I pay in Norway) to fix my nails. They looked horrible, and they all fell off the next day.

We were at Nikki Beach for 7 nights. We had a deal which included daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner. The hotel itself has villas and/or suites. We had a pool suite. The room was huge and luxurious. We were upstairs and had a pool that was private and away from the main beach pool which anyone can access. Lipa Noi is quiet but there were many lovely street dining options. Nikki Beach has a chain of hotels around the globe. It does sell itself as a chain of party resorts. There were young people there to party at the main pool for a 4th July Circus celebration and a Buffet Sunday Brunch. We also enjoyed both of these events. The Sunday buffet brunch was delicious. There was so much fresh seafood, a Mexican food bar, a Pasta food bar, a Bbq food bar, a huge Sushi food bar. It was amazing and so well priced. The circus celebration was fun. When we had enough we just went back to our room and private pool. We organised a couple of snorkelling tours through the conceirge which was seamless. We highly recommend this hotel and area of Koh Samui to explore.…

Found this whilst out in the car. Decided to have lunch. There is a large car park opposite the resort. Felt very welcomed on arrival on the walk down to the covered restaurant overlooking the pool area. Menu gave lots of options. We both opted for sushi style dishes which were quite large and very delicious, very filling. Drinks menu good as you’d expect. Staff very attentive and always on hand to answer any questions. The only thing that might put people off is that there was a DJ playing some tunes around the pool area and it was quite loud, but I enjoyed his choice of tunes! Had a walk around the sun bed area to the decking overlooking the beach, which was stunning! Overall a very pleasant lunch date.👍

Brilliant staff, excellent facilities and John, the General Manager made himself available almost daily for a friendly chat, and offered loads of advice about enjoying the best of the local area.
