It was our first time at Koh Samui and it was not easy to find a hotel needed. We were looking for a place quite calm and finally we found this hotel. The first impression is the welcoming, every staff is nice, especially Khun Aom, who helped us in everything from one day after we booked. She always informed about everything such as the transfer from the Airport that we worried about. Also Khun Kaew who escorted us to the room, is a very smiley person. Khun Andy took care of everything non-stop.

For our room, it is very big and cleaned and we have a sea view from our room even our room type is not a sea view type.

At last, the sunset is fantastically beautiful.

We stayed for five nights in this lovely hotel on the west coast of Koh Samui. Room was large and well appointed, the pool and beach area great places to kick back and enjoy, beautiful setting and fantastic sunsets drinking a cocktail or two on the beach, staff very helpful at all times. A few reviews about the restaurant all true, needs to be sorted out. In the end we just eat food in the hotel next door that was very good. This side of the island is like Samui was like 15 years ago. Thanks to the hotel team for looking after us.

We’ve been to Thailand before and that is the only place where you can feel the real Thailand!
First of all it is situated on the other side of the Samui island - Taling Nam beach, the ONLY place you can see the sunset on the island. And it is breathtaking. The sea is very warm.
The beach itself is also nice and calm, no waves, good for children, they also provide children beach toys.
You get coconut drinks on arrival, tasty!
We got a garden villa with the 2 jacuzzi!! and veranda, one of the best decorated rooms we had in Thailand, very modern and spacious.
You can take bikes, kayak and SUP for free to get more fun. We also rented a motorbike and went to see fisherman village and palm trees’ plantations.
I advise to make massage on the beach ;)
The swimming pool is big - you can swim for real!
The breakfast is very tasty, you can order all meals from the eggs menu.
They have happy hours for cocktails ;)
Such an amazing place, recommend 100%.

Stayed here for 5 nights. This is an excellent hotel, lovely and quiet.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a nice beach which is very quiet and can sit and watch the ferries go across the the mainland, or the fishermen at sun set with their nets. The pool is long and a great place to swim laps.

The gardens are a real highlight, very well kept with a range of beautiful flowering plants.

Breakfast was very good, served from 7.30 til 10.30 so plenty of time for a leisurely breakfast looking out to sea. The food is very good, a range of 3-4 hot dishes - the Thai ones in particular are excellent, in addition to eggs cooked to your liking, toast, cereals, breads, a few cakes, juices and fresh ripe fruit. The gym is air conditioned and with great views over the bay. Staff are very friendly, polite, positive and chirpy.

There are a couple of close by restaurants along the beach which we ate at each evening.

Overall a really good hotel if want to get away from it all and relax.

This is one of our favourite hotels in Thailand....and we've been to many! Once they sort out the restaurant it will be 5 star all the way! Oh, and the kayaks both need repairing because one sank with us and the other with some other guests. The gardens and pool area are stunning and the cocktails on the beach at sunset were a highlight of our whole trip. We sincerely hope to return.

Please note that this hotel is a 3-star hotel, and not a 4-star.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights. The location is about 45 mins- 1hr away from the airport, also it is far away from the nightlife and other beaches. Must rent a car or scooter to see the rest of the island and go shopping/eating. The beach is very rocky and dirty from floating garbage. The location next door is a vacant piece of land which has become a local dumpster. The pool is a good size but not ideal for children, as there is no shallow part.

Very quiet hotel, best for couples, not for families.

Overall good hotel room, very clean and beautiful views. Restaurant makes really good food, breakfast buffet has a wide selection, above average.

The main problem with this hotel is the management and their billing. They offer to pick up from the airport, but don't mention that it will cost you $30 in the email. We noticed the $30 pick up charge when we checked out and double checked the bill, they just added it on. I spoke to the manager and mentioned that the day before their staff mentioned that the pick up was free, but the return would be $30. I confronted him with this and he just said...pay it, or else find your own way to the airport. Terrible service, completely out of line. Its not about paying for an airport pick up, but it was the deceiving nature of hiding the charge and then the poor management of handling the situation that makes you leave with a bitter taste in your mouth and it ruins a rather okay experience.

Summary; good rooms, good food and reasonably priced, poorly maintained, rocky beach, sub par service, remote location.

If you are looking to stay at a romantic hotel in a more secluded area...go to the Baan hotel next door. They truly outperform this hotel in quality, service, beach area, pool area.

We spent 8 nights at this fantastic hotel. Great first impressions, we arrived to check in and were sat down with a drink whilst they sorted our paperwork.
Our jacuzzi villa with a garden view was absolutely fantastic. The bed was huge and so comfy. The villa was spotless and the bathroom the same. The outside area was lovely, and the jacuzzi always clean.
The staff make this hotel what it is. The staff on reception were always polite and helpful, but it was the bar staff who really exceeded all of our expectations. Little things such as the staff remembering our names meant an awful lot.
The hotel is located in a very quiet resort which suited us perfectly. The beach was clean, and plenty of kayaks and other water sport equipment available. The pool was crystal clean, and many days we had it to ourselves. The sun loungers were plenty full and very comfy. A couple of days the staff even came out to make our sun loungers up with extra towels as pillows!
The food was fantastic and of very high quality. The prices of food and drink were very reasonable and they offered several deals including happy hour twice a day. Being vegetarian I didn't struggle to find something on the menu, and the chief even went out of his way to cook me something special.
This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and the staff are a credit to themselves. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and we look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We bought a package deal and airport transfers was a part of it, we didnt had to pay extra. Bikes are charged at 300 bahts for 24 hours. Though you can get bikes from outside at cheaper rates but those shops are far away from the resort.
