We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom pool villa and had a great holiday. The accommodation was excellent and the beds were super comfortable. We loved our private pool but also used the main adult pool for some early morning laps. Both were the perfect temperature and very clean. We ate at the restaurant almost every night and never had a disappointing meal. We also made very good use of the excellent spa and can vouch for the expertise of their therapists. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The only tiny disappointment was the sunsets, as there was a hill blocking some of the view. 😉 This resort is perfect if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, but it’s location is a bit far from the action if you are looking for more night life.…

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed in Koh Samui for 3 days as part of our honeymoon and we loved it! Was so quiet and relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy few days at Elephant hills. The hotel was so quirky and different, we loved it! Attention to detail was really amazing and every part of the hotel was really beautiful. Staff were so attentive and they could not do more for us. I broke my toe exploring the island and they offered to come with me to the hospital to get it checked. Everyday after they asked me if I was ok and if there was anything they could do. The manager was so lovely and gave us lots of advice about where to go in the next part of our trip. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing hotel. There isn’t much around but you don’t really need to go anywhere as the food and drinks are enough at the hotel. Will hopefully return one day!…

Absolutely fantastic resort. If you're looking for time to be with family and friends and relax I can't recommend the pool room enough. It gave me the space I needed whilst having enough room and amenities to host if I didn't want to use the hotels bar and pool. Amazing stay like no other

Lovely boutique quiet resort, the staff were outstanding and went the extra mile to exceed expectations. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so if you're looking for a total retreat, then this is the place, if you want noise (loud music 12 hrs a day, then you want the sister hotel in the major town). The sea was mill pond still every day, you could snorkel but there is nothing to see, however the hotel put on a free excursion to Pig Island (yes there are pigs on the island but we warned, its busy with tourists) and the local snorkelling area, there weren't loads of things to see but it was a pleasant experience. The hotel food was outstanding, you could order off the menu for bespoke freshly made food. SUP and Kayaking available free too and the excursion into town for a bit of shopping (be warned the prices are high in the shopping mall to pay for the place!) but the local shops have bargains.…

I can highly recommend Avani as a holiday destination. I travelled with my adult daughter and the spaciousness of the two bedroom villa really enhanced our stay. Our own pool allowed for privacy and yet we could open up the external gate to stunning views of the ocean and sun loungers on the beach, the gym was well equipped. Activities were available if we wanted them although we did vrey little and opted instead to relax.

The Avani+ resort is amazing. The staff works so hard makes everything wonderful for you. Specially, Waew, from the restaurant team is incredible. We spent a week there and they made us feel like family. The are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met traveling. The food was great, but a bit pricey. The cocktails are fair priced and amazing. Our room was amazing as well. Definitely a 5/5.

We’ve just checked out of our 7 night stay at Avani+ and we had a great time! The hotel is in a remote location and it’s very quiet but we didn’t mind that as we’d just come down from a busy part. We recommend the free long tail boat tour to Koh Mad Sum aka Pig Beach and snorkelling too! It’s also easy to get taxis so you can go anywhere you like you are just a bit further than other hotels. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. We also had a smoothie everyday which was delicious! Staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Room was clean and my partner enjoyed using the gym facilities. Also recommend the private beach dinner - this was a bit pricier but definitely worth it! 4 courses on the beach in the nicest set up!

We are still on holiday in Avani + and really enjoying ourselves . Yes it is quiet and remote but easy to seek out activities. Today we did yoga with O Ho. He runs the gym and other sporty activities. This afternoon we did an amazing guided bike ride with him. It gave us chance to do some 'off the beaten track' exploring and confidence to go out again on our own. Tomorrow we try muay Thai will update this post as the holiday progresses bit very happy so far.

The hotel is well designed with soft colours and furniture. The staff couldnt do enough for the guests and always with a smile. The food in the hotel was 5 stars. The SPA is great and the thai massage was wonderful.
