Well what can I say about my stay at Bayview B&B. Felt so welcome by Sinead and Padraig I thought I was at home.Had a great sleep, woke up to the smell of Bacon, what a breakfast. This B&B certainly knows what bed and breakfast is all about.Whenever I hear anyone tell me there going to Galway and looking for a Good B&B, Bayview all day long. I can’t tell you how much you will want to go back to Bayview. 😉
As we drove to Bayview, it felt remote. You drive over three causeways to reach it on an island that is situated between a bay and the Atlantic. But it was a perfect locale for us, quiet and scenic, and a short drive (closer than Galway) the next morning to the ferry at Rossaveel, which takes you to Aran Islands. The beds are medium-firm, which are perfect for us. I can't say enough about Sinead's outstanding care for her guests--tea and snacks, wonderful breakfast, driving sympathy and advice, even laundry. Everything about this B&B was perfect! Go raibh maith agat!
We recently stayed in this B&B while visiting our children in local Gaeltachts. Sinead is most welcoming and offered tea/coffee on arrival. The house and bedrooms are spotless with a beautiful view. The breakfast was lovely with homemade bread, the banana bread was delicious. Sinead also took the time to show us some local walks. I would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return when back in this area.
We stayed here for a night only while travelling up the WAW. We received a lovely warm welcome. The rooms were spotless and clean. Breakfast was superb. Definitely can recommend it. Sinead and family - thanks !! :-)
