We chose Beaconsfield Holiday Park because we wanted to be close to Telford for an event we were attending at the International Centre and thought we could extend it into a relaxing weekend break by booking one of the lodges for a few days. When we arrived at our Chestnut Lodge I was pleasantly surprised by just how lovely it... More

Chose this park because of the facilities listed in the AA book and their own brochure and fact it is Open all Year. The facilities we were most interested in Fly Fishing -oh we don't do that anymore! Swimming Pool - covered over as not being used, although the receptionist did offer to uncover it just for me! Restaurant -... More

Stayed Friday thru' Sunday in a Wrekin Premier lodge. First thing to say is that it was HUGE! Check in was simple, and the owners were very polite and professional. Showed us how to use the hot tub. Then left us to our own devices. The lodge had a large kitchen diner, and a opening to the large lounge area,... More

From the first personal phone booking service from Carol we found the company to be extremely helpful and informative and when we arrived we knew we had chosen well. This was the first privately owned park we had tried usually relying on Hoseasons and we did notice a difference, in that the lodges were not so close together and the... More

First impressions from the outside... Amazing!!! It was well presented, huge and had a spacious double garage for your car (one space was occupied by buggys which are used by housekeeping). The lodge is literally a 15 second drive from Reception, it's very close. We checked in, paid our deposit (which you get back at the end of your stay... More

We arrived around 4 as check in is at 4pm and was welcomed at reception by a lovely gentleman, he took the deposit fee of £75 off us (which was back in our acc the following morning). He gave us the keys & welcome pack and said he'd be over shortly to show us how to work the hot tub.... More

My husband and I visited the Wrekin lodge in October for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised with the facilities both in the lodge and at the site. Being an adults only site was very good as the site was more relaxed and not packed out. Facilities within the lodge were very good and particularly the use of the... More

Just returned from a four night break and feel totally relaxed. We stayed in a Chestnut lodge opposite the lake which was beautiful. The lodge was spotless and had all the home comforts you needed including a dishwasher. A nice touch was the complimentary bottle of wine and flowers. The hot tub was amazing and we made full use of... More

Lovely holiday and break away for 2. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relax in the Country side. Hot tub could be more private and could do with some sensors on the the lights outside the lodge for when you come back and it's dark Staff friendly and helpful. Everything you need within the a couple of miles.
