I stayed in this hotel from 27 August to 3 September on a full board basis with my family... our room had all the comforts described on the site (fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer), a large bathroom with shower... and the view wasn't bad either, even though it didn't have a balcony (chosen by us) you could see the sea. Lunch and dinner included first course, second course, side dish and fruit or dessert served at the table, the dishes were all very good and the staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was a buffet on the table there was a simple croissant each and then the the rest, perhaps too repetitive, was buffet style. The beach is located right in front of the hotel, just cross the road and you will find the really beautiful lido... the beach is sandy, the umbrellas were well spaced from each other and what can I say, the sea is really beautiful... we will definitely return 👍

Our stay at the Hotel Marechiaro was entirely positive, as was the lounge bar. Friendly and extremely helpful staff (Antonio!), rooms and common areas clean and comfortable. Very convenient access to the sea, with a private, clean and well-equipped beach with well-spaced umbrellas. Excellent food with proposals for typical dishes that we greatly appreciated, thanks also to Chef Simone Ciavucco (known as Teramo), the lounge cook and the pastry chef Patrizia! i was there last week. It was my fourth vacation in this place. All our group of crazy girls love this hotel and people which care of our needs :) Beach in front of hotel, bar with nice bartenders, beautiful sea and excellent food with wonderful waiters. Every night fun with animators, dancing, karaoke, cabaret and much more. This year was the best animators from whole time and we hope we saw them next year again! Because next year we are going back at least two times. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo! Lucia :)

The kitchen is marginal, especially by Italian standards. Service is downright amateurish. In the Netherlands you receive better in a cafeteria. The food is just not thrown on the table. The staff has no regard for the “little” things like missing cutlery or an extra glass for wine. The management appropriates a place in the restaurant with clearly different portions and quality of food. The room is very dated. Water supply of both hot and cold is minimal and varies greatly in temperature. The only positive is the care of the room. The staff who take care of this deserve a compliment. Cleaned every day with dedication and provided with fresh towels.

Esperienza bruttissima! I would only save the cleaning ladies, at least the room was cleaned every day and fine. As for the restaurant really sucks, it's a catch for the bottoms; dishes that you can not present in any way and without flavor ..... really cooked badly.For me you have to change the cook. It was a terrible experience, I would never go back to that facility.

i stayed here with my husband august 13, for a week full board, hmm what to say really, the food was so so, breakfast was not adequate, no facilities for toast, no hot brekky food and only one croissant per person, buffet table same veg most nights,chips and potatoes, serving dishes were always empty, staff friendly in the restaurant especially rocco, i won't be coming back it wasn't value for money, also nothing around the hotel to do, all enterainment was in the beach bar, rooms were ok, hairdryer was a bit of a waste of time the nozzle to dry your hair wouldn't lift up high enough.

This was our second time in Marechiaro and it was even better than last year! We were one child (10), grandmother, aunt (39) and me (18)
The level of the hotel is amazing for 3 stars!
Apartment - very nice, we saw the sea an the beach from our window. Perfect bathroom with hairdryer, awesome beds, tv.
Beach - very nice, clean, shallow water at least 20m, bar with a restaurant (very good pizza)
Food - a la carte menu (you choose food in the evening, lunch: choice of 3apet., 3 main c., dinner: 3 apet., 3 main c., dezert), DELICIOUS!!!! I'd say the level of the food was 5 stars. Italian food, very natural, almost each day seafood and amazing variety. Plus rich salad bar for lunch ad dinner. Only the breakfasts were poor. Usual cold bufet, no warm food. Personally I liked the food more than in Hilton.
Location - in a little village, 3 restaurants, little shop, about 4 km from the nearest town Rodi, very nice walk on the beach. Must visit Vieste and Tremiti islands.
Entertainment and staff - staff was amazing, very friendly (although it might have had something to do with my age and blond hair) they can speak a little english and sometimes even a little german, wifi for a good price everywhere (room, reception, bar, beach), aquaaerobic each day, in the evening program in the bar (very funny :D) very good cocktails (must try Poseidon)
for children - perfect beach, sand in the sea, many little shells, evening disco and trampolines 10 minutes walk
negatives - poor breakfast (not a problem, ony no hot food) - for one room one umbrella and 2 seats on the beach no matter how many people are in the room.
tip! on the crossroad the best kebab EVER, great olive oil possible to buy in the restaurant/on the bar for a good price

We had a wonderful meal of fresh seafood overlooking an amazing sunset on the beach.
Great quality food - we had a lovely risotto, an octopus appetiser and a fish platter which was all excellent quality.
Not cheap for the region however I think good value for money given the quality of food.
Excellent service, good wine recommendation and lovely atmosphere.

We were there through traval agency. Its a really nice place to visit with familly. When you cross the small roud, you will reach bar and the beach with see. Nice staff. Poor breakfast. I would come back anyway.
