The stay was perfect! We grouped a family of 17 members from all over the world and has the best vacation ever. Everything in the hotel starting from the staff, the food, service, drinks and rooms was great. I want to specifically call out Paris from the service team who was amazing looking after us. Me and my partner have just got back from spending 10 nights at Senseana and had a lovely time! Although there are a few tweaks that would have made our stay perfect.
Firstly the decor of the hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. Our room was cleaned every morning and we were always given fresh towels. The hotel also provide you with beach towels which you can change for clean ones everyday.
Most of the staff are so lovely and friendly, especially George on the main bar who remembered our order every day! However the reception team are lacking customer service skills, particularly with welcoming new guests.
The main pool area is stunning and the loungers/beds are really comfortable, we could sit here all day everyday. It is well kept and conveniently close to the restaurant, main bar and toilets. Additional shaded sunbeds and stricter policy with reserving sunbeds would have made it perfect. Some people would reserve multiple beds with 1 towel and not even show up until past 3pm.
The food is tasty and the deserts were extremely delicious! The hotel also had the best selection of cocktails and drinks we’ve ever been to, with high quality alcohol and coffee. You can also ask for your own variation of drink and the barmen will make it for you. There is also a snack bar at the aquadventure park which is so good, offering toasties, burgers, pancakes etc. The restaurant food would be better if there was more variation or themed cuisine nights. I would avoid going to the a la carte restaurants as the menu is small, not to many people’s tastes and the seats are directly in the sun and heat.
One particular change recommended would be to have a policy whereby everybody at the bar is served by the barmen or everybody at the bar is served by the waitresses. Every time a waitress took one of our orders, we would watch up to 5 or 6 people get served by the barmen after us before our drinks were made, which was very frustrating at times. In the evenings, we’d wait 20 minutes to receive our drinks if the waitresses took our order from our table, when it would take less then a minute if we just walked up and asked at the bar.
The location of the hotel was ideal, as it’s right by a beach and a short 5 minute walk into the village where there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy. We’d recommend Ocean Seasside restaurant for food and cocktails! You can also get a taxi into Hersonissos for about €15 where there is more nightlife.
Overall we had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back, especially once we have children.

We booked an All inclusive Junior Suite on first floor which has a jacuzzi hot tub and sun loungers also table and four chairs overlooking the sea, also two single beds/sofas in partitioned area of our suite. Evening entertainment low key but we loved it as the hotel is so chilled and relaxing and total peace and quiet. We walked into analipsi village which is about ten minutes and lots of restaurants and bars if you want a change of scenery. A must is the little church along the beach road and the beach front bar just before the church is gorgeous for sipping a cocktail on the beach front. A ten minute massage in spa included in AI. Airport @ 20 minutes away. Some suggestions maybe retractable canopy on balcony, self regulating jacuzzi temperature, towels hooks in room but these are very minor things. This hotel is absolutely fabulous and can’t really fault anything for location, ambiance, peace and tranquility and pure indulgence Happy holidays

We booked a double room ,and received a room upgrade with outdoor spa bath ,everything was brand new in the room. Staff were friendly. Pool is absolutely amazing, water was clean and warm and you have a lot of sunbeds arround it so you won’t struggle to find one. We only tried food from the buffet restaurant witch was very delicious, also the ice-cream freezer was really good. You can also dine in a la carte restaurant but we didn’t tried it. From my other AI experiences I can say that the drinks were pretty good for Al with a wide variety. They have international spirits at the bar if you want to drink and everything is included in AI rate also coffee from the pool bar was also really good. The hotel have a brand new waterpark for kids and adults too witch is nice if you want to skip a beach day. (P.S. We were the first to try the slides 😁)

The beach in front of the hotel is not so good because the is a little port there but you walk 100m you can find a decent beach there. Also the sand could be cleaned from little stones and sticks…that would improve the hotel’s beach in my opinion. Also the fish from buffet’s restaurant was too salty for my taste. A luggage room was missing but the staff helped us with that and let us stay and use all the facilities till we left.
In the end we had a good time there,we recommend this hotel despite some people left bad reviews for it. But in our case everything was perfect ,thank you for offering us an amazing experience.

Firstly the hotel is beautiful, you absolutely can’t knock that.
The negatives -
The food is bad. The buffet is tiny & has little options and the quality of the food is not great. If you’re a foodie, this place isn’t for you.
Absolutely no atmosphere. Like at all. Example- the Al a carte restaurant is right next to a hot tub room, meaning they play no music. You eat in silence. Same for the pool, no music. Evening entertainment is ermmm interesting.
The staff are rude. Reception staff are miserable and unhelpful. Some bar staff are extremely lovely and the girls in the spa are also so lovely. We arrived and were told NOTHING. Just to wait outside to be taken to our room.
There is no snacks in the room, just drinks. There is 1 snack bar which is on the other side of the hotel at the water park and the food is awful. So bad.
No parasols on the pool beds which is majority of the sun loungers! They have a no sun bed reserving policy, however most beds are reserved before breakfast.
Late check out can only be requested 24hrs before you leave and it will cost you €100. We leave late tomorrow and we still don’t know if we have a room for the day.
Be aware that there is very little around in the area, obviously that’s not the hotels fault but keep in mind.
The hotel have clearly paid instagram influencers to come stay to promote the hotel but it is nothing like you see on social media. People were wearing gym wear & football tops to dinner which doesn’t bother us but instagram made it look very fancy.

Wow, from the first time we got to reception until we left on the coach the experience has been amazing. The staff, especially Kostas who made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaning staff who made sure our rooms were spotless. The bar staff who made us happy and remembered our orders (Ioannos (yammas man) the body scrub and spa experience so relaxing. The manager who always looked busy but had time to smile and say hello. The whole experience has been amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday with my family. Having a private pool made the experience even better (where possible). The food was always hot, the waiting on staff were always cleaning and very attentive to everyone. Always had a smile on their face and again couldn’t do enough. I’d highly recommend this place for a relaxing trip (and trust me I’m well travelled !!!). The live music was fab for the atmosphere round the pool. 5 stars very well deserved.

When we arrived at 11.20pm we were shown to our room. Unfortunately the young man didn’t know where the room was so we walked round almost all the hotel before finding it! The hotel has no plan to show room numbers. We had a very comfortable room with our own personal whirlpool on our patio which we couldn’t fault. However, we noticed that other whirlpool rooms were not so well located, and were smaller. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but these were quickly rectified by the maintenance staff. However, we did hear that some rooms had electrical failures and these were not sorted out in a timely manner. We witnessed this ‘discussion’ when sitting in reception. Another room did not get cleaned for two days. The staff were all very helpful, however, the hotel lacks signage, eg fire evacuation procedures, toilet sign by the pool. Signs to show where rooms are, eg 1200 to 1300 would be helpful. There’s no folder guide in the bedroom. There is a second restaurant, which you have to book, and this is by the pool bar - the Tour Operator said there were two other restaurants besides the buffet restaurant. During our 7 night stay the only entertainment were vocalists on 4 of the nights. Some work was still ongoing - divider between the bar and restaurant was erected, a wooden seating area was installed, barrier installed to the entrance to the hotel. We were advised the Spa would open on Monday 10th July. It did, but no treatments were available until Thursday 13th. At the main pool there is very little shade, and unfortunately as is the norm, guests put their towels on the sun beds and then disappear for most of the day. We felt that the hotel had probably opened far too early before all the work had been completed.

We stayed at the hotel the 1st of June week with our seven month old baby. The rooms were beautiful, everything very modern and very clean! The minibar was always stocked with original Coke and Fanta cans.
Otherwise we have to say that we have not eaten so well in any hotel so far and especially varied !!! In the dining room there was also something available for baby food and also a microwave was there. We noticed that an incredible number of young couples with small babies were there. That was also nice for us, of course.:-) The whole complex is very clean and the staff at the pool bar are also always eager to serve guests directly at the beds. The cocktails and also the non-alcoholic cocktails were very good.
There is also an adventure playground for the slightly older children. We loved it, too.
Despite the fact that there was a reservation ban for them, there were of course some candidates. They're already occupied at 6:00 a.m. but I think there is in every hotel....
Now we come to two negative points:
A negative aspect that stuck with us was that we always had to walk to the second floor with our baby and stroller. No, there is no elevator that was a shame... Also, we thought it was a pity that the hotel has directly the beach Laage, but you don't want to use the beach at all because this is not nice at all. In the pictures it doesn't come across like that, but in the other reviews it was already announced inside... The beach is just across a road. Unfortunately, the beach section is completely enclosed by a boat bay. Personally, I think that needs to be clearly indicated somewhere on the homepage! We usually like to be in or by the sea, but with this hotel we stayed exclusively in the hotel complex by the pool. I think the direct beach location or the beach should not be included in the price of the hotel because it is simply not nice at all. There are nicer beach sections a few meters away

First of all, the hotel is spotless. The maintenance is impeccable, with everything clean, tidy, and polished. Plates are always promptly cleared from the tables in the dining room, and any empty drinking glasses near the sunbeds are quickly taken away.
Secondly, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here! I have never been to a hotel with such kind and attentive staff (and I travel at least once a year). The staff is highly professional and my needs were met at any hour. Everyone is smiling, courteous, and possesses a remarkable sense of service. They always greet you with a cheerful "Good morning" and are eager to help. I felt like I was receiving VIP treatment and hospitality. They consistently assisted us with our luggage, provided a room to shower in after check-out, and frequently reminded us to "not worry about anything because we are on vacation." It was truly amazing.
The hotel is in a fantastic location—close to the beach, with car rental services and an incredibly delicious restaurant. The cocktails are fantastic and even served right to your sunbed while you relax by the pool. There's live music and a wonderful atmosphere, offering everything you could possibly want. They even have a selection of books at the reception that you can borrow and take to the beach. They were so charming and kind that they even gifted me a book to take back to Israel, just because I mentioned I had about 50 pages left that I didn't have time to read and was stressed about it.
In short, it was an incredible experience and I highly recommend this hotel. If you're browsing through the reviews looking for a good recommendation, you've found it! Go ahead and book this hotel by all means—you won't regret it!
