We had a very pleasant stay at Stella Village. The Bungalows (we gad a family room) are brand new, everything renovated and up to date. It is really a family friendly resort worthy for its price. The huge aqua park is top,the paint is fresh everywhere and well maintained. It is a huge resort with three different areas, Village, Palace and Island resorts. I have no idea how many restaurants nor swimming pools, at least 10- all top. The food is delicious and the staff really friendly. They do everything to make ones stay unforgettable. I look forward to come back next year!

The best holiday we have had ever. The staff at Stella Village are brilliant, friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The new renovated rooms are lovely and comfy, the food suits all tastes and the cocktails are excellent, the hotel was that good we came back for a 2nd time and are now looking to rebook again for next years holiday. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a great holiday.

Excellent vacation. Nice rooms, amazing water slides and pools, the staff is great and there is nice veraiaty of good food: meet, fish, crabs, pizzas, pastas and each one can find something good to eat. We stayed there one week after a difficult wintering season. The hotel is exceptional the staff very polite and the hotel is super luxurious. I strongly recommend you to go to Stella Village :-) It was our third time here and we will definitely come back. Everything was perfect during our stay: - Stella, the receptionist, welcomed us and did everything she could to make us feel good and happy. She was extraordinary! - Emily at the bar was sooooo great. She is always smiling, speaks plenty of different languages and is so kind! - The pools and the water park are amazing for the kids but also for the adults. - The staff is extremely kind and helpful. - Our room had just been renovated and was perfect. - The facilities, the access to the beach and the food were also a very positive aspect of our stay. People of Stella Village realy are the best!! They are so sweet and manage everything so good! The food and drinks are delicious en there are great shows every night! Everyone is very helpfull and loving. The rooms are so cute and the gardens are beautiful. There is much to do like jue des boules, midget golf, yoga and a realy nice Spa, with very good massages! Recommended by my local travel agent. It was a fully inclusive deal and positioned 15 miles from Heraklion. We went with Jet2 and their handling of the trip was superb. So good I have now booked another holiday in a few months flying with Jet2. The holiday centre was excellent and the staff fully into customer care. This was a beautiful relaxing holiday. I cannot state any more highly that this destination provides end to end support. Arriving at reception and booked in a buggy plus driver awaited to take us to our room. Our bags were loaded by the driver and carried to the accommodation. Great start. There is 7 pools in the complex and no shortage of sun beds. A cocktail bar was close by where we subbed and great for a refreshment, plus ice cream self serve available. The food was buffet but excellent and plentiful. Loads of fruit too. I would certainly revisit this holiday centre.…

We stayed at Stella Village a few weeks back and can honestly say it was the most wonderful hotel ever! We were greeted in the early hours of the morning by the reception staff who quickly checked us in, moved our baggage to our room for us and had left sandwiches and drinks for our arrival. We spent the week in a gorgeous room and we met some of the most amazing staff who were friendly, smiley and all round some of the happiest staff I’ve ever met! The lady who works on the reception desk is the most helpful woman ever. She ensured our stay was as perfect as it was and always asked how we were finding it. Emily & Ivona on the bar are brilliant and hilarious. Francis the waiter is so attentive and polite. These are just a few of the names I remember. The evening entertainment is suitable for both children and adults. There is plenty to do in the day time too. Bar has a great range of cocktails, there are plenty of pools and sun loungers for all. No need for rushing up to reserve one!! The food served at each meal is varied and delicious. The on-site water park is amazing and provided 2 adults with hours of fun. The locals are gorgeous people and the scenery is amazing. I fell in love with Stella Village and Crete so much that we booked to return next year before we even got home! Fantastic hotel totally focused on kids. Good food never the same any day pools and water park amazing. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It has its own little beach too it’s in its own little bay which has a break water to protect it. 😊
