Plump brand new beanbags and day beds by the pool, and a huge seating area near the scrumptious patisserie, a lovely area to chill in whilst reading a book etc...

Although it is reasonable it is definitely not 5 star, the food is the usual buffet style and if you don't like pork you are going to struggle. We went for 10 days and were still only able to dine a la carte once... Probably not good value for money...

...A huge bonus was the availability of sun beds, there were always sun beds available, no early morning fighting to secure one, even around lunch time there were still lots free... The gyros served every lunchtime was particularly delicious... There is also a QR code at reception for a bus that takes you to the new and old town, this was fantastic, €8 return and they pick you up from the hotel... The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a stocked minibar on arrival at no extra cost...

Just sat waiting to be picked up from Electra palace , what an amazing 11 days we have had. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt totally relaxed... The night porter who greeted us was so helpful and made us so welcome, we were shown to room 5129 which was top floor overlooking the most beautiful pool area we have experienced... The next morning we met loli the lady who cleaned our room every morning she always greeted us with a smile and was again very helpful... All our dining experiences were a delight and all the staff were extremely attentive... The drinks at the bars are of good quality and they make a lovely aperol spritz, can I just say Anna at the pool bar is a huge credit to the hotel she is always smiling and laughing and asking about your day... We will definitely return to the hotel the vibe is really chilled and relaxing it’s a credit to the management and all the staff... Thank you so much Electra palace for a wonderful holiday...

...After a 5 hour delay out and arriving at the hotel around half four in the morning we were greeted with a warm and friendly greeting from reception. Every question answered and shown to our rooms... Fruit, wine and water within the room which was well needed... The rooms were fab with an excellent bathroom and shower... Billy and Tommy in the main bar were great always friendly with a smile on their face... The chaps at the pool bar in the evening could learn a thing from them... Occasional issues with getting drinks in the evening at the pool bar where the entertainment generally is... The bar manager lacking in actually lending his hard working staff a hand... Large queue and he stands there watching and on his phone rather than jumping behind the bar... Hotel is situated within easy distance of local town and Rhodes old town, and the hotel put on a shuttle bus to the old town for a reasonable price... Would we come back, yes, absolutely...

...You could tell that the staff absolutely love working there as they clearly loved their jobs and were very friendly and helpful... Costas was amazing as the restaurant manager as was Angelina, Billy & all the new bar staff that started whilst we were there last week, we miss you all!... The lovely lady who booked my macrame and cookery lessons at the hotel also!... She printed off recipes for me as an extra for typical Greek dishes, and Angela-Marie doing the macrame was so so patient and friendly, Angela, I will definitely try this again at home, thank you!... Beautiful new rooms with dressing gowns, slippers, pool towels & tea & coffee making facilities (the coffee at breakfast and in the Patiserie was amazing!!)... Plump brand new beanbags and day beds by the pool, and a huge seating area near the scrumptious patisserie, a lovely area to chill in whilst reading a book etc... Also fantastic regular Hotel taxi trips to the New and Old Town, these guys are just brilliant and deserve your tips!... So patient and accomdating to families with buggies and wheelchairs etc... An all round fantastic experience, we class ourselves as being so very blessed to have stayed here!... We miss you, and you're wonderful customer service!...

...Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Pool area was spacious and never struggled to get a sun lounger... The restaurant would benefit from a self service drinks bar as it was sometimes hard to get a drink from the waiting staff as they were all so busy clearing tables... Overall a fantastic hotel for couples and we would stay again if we come back to Rhodes!...

...Our room was in the annexe and I have no complaints, it was light, spacious and the shower was good... The hotel appears to have a small team of staff who all seem to work so hard- everyone we spoke to was friendly and really helpful... A special mention especially to Yannis at the Italian and Angelina at the pool bar who were always so cheerful and happy to help...

...Just returned back from a 10 day holiday that went so quickly 25/06/23 to 05/07/23 I was feeling a little anxious after reading previous review but all those feelings were soon quashed, the place is lovely, not perfect but it wouldn't be a review if i didn't state the negatives also, As soon as we entered the lovely reception area we was greeted by a lady who i think was management, she told us all about the hotel, restaurants, spa, etc... She also told us any problems she pointed to her office and told us my door is always open, she then made sure we were fed and watered before checking in... Check in was quick and simple with another pleasant surprise we were told we have been given a free upgrade to premium sea view room so moving on to our accommodation, Fresh modern and spotlessly clean with all the amenity's you would expect, Robe, slippers, safe, stocked mini bar, tea coffee making facility's and a lovely view of the ocean... Every member of staff were so friendly, possibly the best we have found... Big shout out to Anna and Sandra in the lounge bar Anna makes the best frappes... Greek restaurant also very good... So to sum up Electra Palace, Modern, chic, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff, good location... I would like to take this opportunity to Thank you Electra Palace for a lovely summer holiday, Gary and Lynda Miller...

We just returned from a week at Electra Palace and can highly recommend it. The resort is beautiful and luxurious, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming... The all-inclusive package is very generous and offers all-day hospitality from 4 different bars, 3 restaurants and a bakery and ice-cream parlour... A huge THANKS to the staff for making our week memorable...

Well what a holiday from when we arrived to leaving , Our room was exactly what we asked for high floor room 440 magnificent sea views and sunsets only problem was the shower the door only opened part way.The hotel was great the friendliest staff i have ever come across special mention goes to Katarina who knew me as the Parrot man she ran the Bar outside as well as being a waitress at meal times thank you. The pool was great loads of sunbeds beach towels changed daily ... Thank you for a great holiday we will be back next year May i thank the Tui reps for their help when are flight home was cancelled and put up at another hotel at 03 45am ti;; 18 30 next day Tui staff where brilliant thank also the hotel transfers best ever thank them from us...

Our interactions and impressions of staff at the hotel were mostly very good- a number of staff indeed were exceptional, and we thank them very much for their wonderful service and friendship... Best of all, the Italian and Asian Speciality restaurants which you must book - they were just amazingly good... Great service and delicious food... All in all though, Electra Palace provided us with a wonderful holiday in Rhodes... A final compliment to Jet 2 for providing a very efficient holiday package throughout...

A huge Efcharisto (Thank You) to ALL the staff throughout this hotel and to the management for providing and supporting them... My friend and I arrived late which meant we had missed dinner but we were kindly offered a pizza which was a nice gesture after the long day of travelling... There was yoga every morning which was a nice touch and the majority of the staff (especially the cleaners) were very nice and friendly... There is a bus service that takes you into Rhodes town which is also a nice touch- the drivers were all very nice and helpful...

Staff were really friendly and drinks varied and plentiful... If I could give some constructive advice to hotel management would be to maybe consider water dispensers on floors for people to refill their water bottles...

Absolutely stunning hotel, the facilities, staff, food and drink all 10/10... The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily if requested... The staff are super friendly and attentive, a really warm environment... if you want to stay in the hotel at night time the music and entertainment is good, if you choose to venture out the reception will order you a taxi to nearby towns for food/drinks etc.. it is about 15-30mins from all destinations but it’s nice to see other parts...

Booked as 3 couples arrived @ 22.55, when we got there two couples were upgraded we were not... our receptionist stated nothing he could as all rooms were allocated... However the senior receptionist took the details and said come to reception at 10 am, the receptionist in the morning asked us to wait 20 mins... on her return we were moved to the same block as the rest of our party... The housekeeping staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble... the bar staff and restaurant were friendly and helpful...

The main restaurant caters for most of the time to holiday makers and is self-service... When you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed and greeted by very courteous staff who show you to your table... There is an abundance of choice for each course and the food gets replenished frequently as the trays of food start to run out... Drinks are ordered and bought to your table by waiters who also clear your table very efficiently and speedily after every course... The three speciality restaurants offer a higher standard of excellent high-class food and is waiter service... The bars are all waiter service except the outdoor beach bar where you go to the bar to order your drink... One excellent feature of the hotel is the “Sugar Cube” (waiter service) where you can order ice cream, drinks (hot or cold) and a selection of cakes and pastries...

We have just returned from a week all inclusive stay and this was probably the best hotel I have ever been to... Even down to the bus drivers for the excursions which are all booked through the hotel... The rooms were lovely, very clean, the balcony was a good size and the beds are very comfy!... The entertainment in the evening was a really nice touch... The sax and guitar player near the beach every night we’re amazing and there would be different kinds of music or live bands near the pool every night... There was always some kind of water aerobics class in the day time if you wish to take part and also water polo every afternoon which was fun and a good way to meet other people in the hotel All in all, we had the best time at this hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return one day!... Thank you to all the staff for making the stay so amazing...

...When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Nikos who was so friendly and welcoming... Throughout our stay we had the same 5* service from all the reception team, when we needed their help... The hotel was extremely clean and tidy... But they loved the bakery and ice cream parlour... The shop on site was also really well stocked and full of really well priced items... We saw reviews about people not getting sunbeds, but we managed to get them every day with no problems... The pool bar was great and we loved the bar staff Anastasia and Angelia (they even knew our orders) We also absolutely loved the DJ who was on most days... That was such a great touch around the pool in the day... The kids club throughout the day was great...

...We were lucky enough to have booked the Electra Palace, which had a new family block (we were 3 (Mum & Dad & teenage Son) so stayed in there, and all was newly refurbished. New rooms, decor, beds, bathrooms, hot water at all times, decor, sunbeds, crockery and cutlery and dining areas... Stunning presentation and all food tasted as good as it looked!... The lovely lady who booked my macrame and cookery lessons at the hotel also!... All spirits behind the bar were named, which was a refreshing change, and all entertainment very good including authentic Greek dancing and great singers & bands... Poolside aerobics, darts, games, all going on in the day too... Beautiful new rooms with dressing gowns, slippers, pool towels & tea & coffee making facilities (the coffee at breakfast and in the Patiserie was amazing!!)... Not fair, if we have to get up at 7 am for a sunbed, why not everyone else!?... Plump brand new beanbags and day beds by the pool, and a huge seating area near the scrumptious patisserie, a lovely area to chill in whilst reading a book etc... Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know, and would definitely stay again...although by the looks of it, it may be fully booked!... So patient and accomdating to families with buggies and wheelchairs etc... An all round fantastic experience, we class ourselves as being so very blessed to have stayed here!...

The location of this hotel was perfect, plenty of lovely places to eat and drink near by... We would highly recommend Patty’s bar for cocktails and Cavo Italiano for dinner... Overall a fantastic hotel for couples and we would stay again if we come back to Rhodes!...

Great location right on the beach... We booked a pool view room but we were upgraded to a superior sea view room which was amazing... Rooms well appointed and spacious... Drinks at the bars were of a good quality however some sports were not part of the all inclusive package but this did not affect us... The hotel provides plenty of sun beds, and seating areas so you always feel in space and not with lots of other guests on top of you... There is a well appointed convenience shop on site...

Beautiful hotel in stunning spot. Enjoying my morning coffee on the beach deck whilst taking in the uninterrupted view was bliss, the pool area was lovely too but the beach deck was undoubtedly my favourite place to be... The staff are very tentative and obliging often asking if you needed another drink... Location is good with bars are restaurants within walking distance, the hotel offers a bus to Rhodes town taking approx 15-20 minutes and runs every hour until 2230 which was very handy... I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again...

...I've given a 4 out of 5 scoring for Electra Palace and would very much recommend, especially if you are more inclined to enjoy a relaxing time around your holiday accommodation/pool or beachfront... Facilities at the pool area and all around the hotel are very good... Garden areas and views across the sea to Turkey are really spectacular... A fair bit going on in the town, with a decent variety of shops, tavernas and bars etc... Also, Hotel Shuttle service to Rhodes (New and Old Town stops) is fantastic @ £7 return in a modern mini bus only taking about 20mins... The Pool side cafe is fabulous for snacks and ice creams... Best of all, the Italian and Asian Speciality restaurants which you must book - they were just amazingly good... Great service and delicious food... A number of bars around the hotel are opened at various times... Entertaiment highlights were Jazz band, although would have preferred to hear them play later (after dinner), say, 9pm until 11pm, Greek Traditional Band and the Rock Band... For Improvement; Expand entertainment programme both daytime and nightime, improve main dining room food temperature, increase selection of drinks (offer more classic beers and cocktails)... All in all though, Electra Palace provided us with a wonderful holiday in Rhodes... A final compliment to Jet 2 for providing a very efficient holiday package throughout...

...Recently stayed at Electra Palace snd thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was spotless with a fantastic view of the beach... Our maid was really friendly and came every day... We particularly enjoyed the Greek restaurant that served throughout the day, yummy gyros... Staff were really friendly and drinks varied and plentiful... Our favourite spot for sunbathing was rhe decking leading to the beach, perfect for being on the beach without getting covered in sand!... If I could give some constructive advice to hotel management would be to maybe consider water dispensers on floors for people to refill their water bottles... Minor observation as hotel was great and would certainly thoroughly recommend...

The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily if requested... The staff are super friendly and attentive, a really warm environment... The pool is so clean and to have the option to sunbathe on the beach (also on the hotel grounds) is a bonus... The entertainment is great during the day, they do a street food festival which is amazing!.... if you want to stay in the hotel at night time the music and entertainment is good, if you choose to venture out the reception will order you a taxi to nearby towns for food/drinks etc.. it is about 15-30mins from all destinations but it’s nice to see other parts... Naya beach, Amalfi coast, Santa marina and Memphis are places I would recommend for food and drinks... Rainbow is a lovely little local bar directly across from the hotel which is nice to feel like your getting out of the hotel for a while!...

Hotel a bit away from Main Street ( 20 minutes walk)... Looks impressive ;) Big swimming pool outside( plenty sun beds) fresh cold water... Small one inside , warm water, big jacuzzi outside , beach front... Small gym on site, old equipment but enough for holiday time... Tennis court, basketball, volleyball on site, not best condition but not in use a lot... Beach with stones so get proper swimming footwear... Live Jazz music every evening, front site ( beach site)... We had darts, French balls, volleyball, aqua gym, chest, water polo- all good fun 🤩 ... Car rental opposite hotel (€50/ day, full insurance)... Daily bus to Rhodos city (€7/ both way)... Small shop on site, 2 more outside building... Pub with 5 screens and sport next to hotel... Coffee shop, kebab bar, Italian and Asian restaurants on the top of regular place to eat... 4 bars with plenty drink to choose... Place very clean, room made daily... Beach towel for free, can replace any time between 7:30am-6pm...

We have been using the Electra Palace Hotel in Rhodes for out holidays since 2012 and every year the hotel standards just get better and better. From the moment you check into the magnificent lobby to the moment you check out, the hotel has a very modern clear look with exceptional friendly, courteous, and efficient staff... There are four restaurants on site – The main restaurant, an Italian, Chinese and Greek restaurants... The main restaurant caters for most of the time to holiday makers and is self-service... The restaurant is very spacious and well laid out... When you enter the restaurant, you are welcomed and greeted by very courteous staff who show you to your table... There is an abundance of choice for each course and the food gets replenished frequently as the trays of food start to run out... Drinks are ordered and bought to your table by waiters who also clear your table very efficiently and speedily after every course... There are several bars around the hotel some indoors and some outdoors... The bars are all waiter service except the outdoor beach bar where you go to the bar to order your drink... One excellent feature of the hotel is the “Sugar Cube” (waiter service) where you can order ice cream, drinks (hot or cold) and a selection of cakes and pastries... All in all the hotel and food is of a high standard and comes highly recommended by many people (like us) who return to the same hotel year after year...
