We were late to arrive and having travelled to La Tremblade only for Eclade, Madam was helpful to call the restaurant to try to get us a table. Sadly we were too late, but her welcome was most appreciated.
La Tramblade is neither spectacular nor trendy, but if you are passing and like oysters then this is a nice place to stay. Maybe a little warn compared to chain hotels but comfortable enough.
There is a lively market down the street, and plenty of cafe to enjoy for breakfast if you wish More
