This hotel is old. You can see it in any parts of the hotel. The VIP room has a king's bed that is old and it feels and smell like it hasn't been clean for ages. The chairs were dusty! Will never go back to this hotel again as it feels like you are visiting a haunted house.

i booked a VIP room for an overnight bonding with my girlfriends, but this leads to a big disappointment! the a/c is not working properly, the room is smelly (seems like they never used / clean for a long time, smells like insecticide, honestly!). the toilet is also quite dirty. and the worst part is, the ff morning we decided... We were booked for 1 night only however because of expected traffic brought about by Lucban Pahiyas we request for 1 day extension of our booking. We were surprised when we went back the following night, our beddings were not replaced, bath towels, bath soap and shampoo were not replenished. We have to request for the replenishment and because we... More

we had a great time in our stay. the place is clean, the food is good, the price is right. Before our stay, i checked the reviews here and i thought it was a bad hotel. Good thing we checked it on our own. We are not dissapointed, its a great place to stay!

The look of the hotel gave me a spooky feeling. It was apparent that the hotel was quite old (is it?), but that should not be an excuse for the poor maintenance. Room furnishing was dated (old beds, cabinets, desks, chairs, etc.) although they might have been leaving it that way to give guests that retro ambiance, I'm not really... More

I was going to Lucena City for the first time, so I booked the Queen Margarette Hotel as some people who've been in the area said it was probably the best option, although not quite within the city center. That was fine! I took a bus and asked for the bus conductor to drop me off at Queen Margarette Hotel.... More

This could be a nice hotel, however it needs a lot of TLC. it was adequate for our stay for four nights. It was central to Lucena and close to all transport. It has a swimming pool, dining area and spa. Serves mainly Philippino breakfast (fair enough), if you want omelette or eggs, just ask but it's not promoted or... More

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days/ 2 nights. The hotel experience could have been better if facilities/ rooms were well-maintained. We got 2 rooms for us, VIP room and deluxe room. I was at the deluxe room. Tiny cockroaches welcomed us in our room; at the corner of the room, in the CR and in... More

For a business trip, this was more than enough. The food was ok, They have a decent menu. So if you are staying for more than 2 nights and don't have plans to eat anywhere else, the hotel's restaurant is okay. They also have a spa - unfortunately I didn't had the chance to try it but it seems good... More
