We first started with a cruise for 11 days to see all the Islands of beautiful Tahiti then we took a ferry to the Island of Moorea and stayed at the Hilton for 4 days. Very nice resort we had a room with our own small pool, we didn’t use it because we liked the larger pool better

Ia orana dear Karen, Thank you so much for this nice message, I was so sorry to read that mama earth was not very kind with you during your stay in Moorea. I am sure you had a great experience anyway :) Do not hesitate to come back soon, in an over-water bungalow why not? Kind regards, Rose R.

My husband and I went to the Hilton Moorea for our honeymoon in 2015. We loved our 2015 trip but had some issues with the staff (horrible experience with the woman working the front desk). Despite a negative experience with a particular staff member, we decided to come back becau

Dear Megan, I have many reasons to say : thank you. For your precise and lovely comment. For giving us some tips in order to continue our improvements. For being a repeater guest in the Hilton Moorea and for choosing us twice. It is an honor to read that our efforts and improvements have been noticed, be sure that we will be able to see more for your next visit! Concerning the cocktails, my suggestion would be to go on the bar during our happy hour (the longest in the island of Moorea), to enjoy cocktails for half price :) We are waiting for the pleasure to welcome you again, in an over-water bungalow if it is the category you prefer! Thank you so much, Rose R.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel the last week of November, the weather was good and we had no rain. We booked the package through the agency Pacific for Less, which I recommend 100%, it was easy to communicate with them on Skype, by mail and even by phone, they gave us some

Dear arenal-azul, First of all, I would like to thank you very much for this precise feedback, it seems that you globally had a great stay with us in the Hilton Moorea. I would like to apologize if you find that our Canoe Breakfast was too expensive. This is a very special experience which costs 130 USD approx. but for a unique moment. Concerning the issue you had with the porter during your check-out, be sure that this information will be delivered to the corresponding Manager. Once again, thank you very much for sharing the points you noticed. We have been pleased to welcome you and to offer you the best service and food possible. We would be pleased to do it again... Kind regards, Rose R.

Loved it. We could only stay for 3 nights but we were able to squeeze every ounce out of every day. Kayaks were great fun. The Polynesian show was entertaining although the food was not to write home about. Snorkeling off the dock of our room was fabulous, just gazing at the f

It’s not a Nespresso brand machine so I doubt bringing Nespresso pods would work but not 100% sure.

Hi could you please explain me what is the difference between king panoramic overwater bungalow and king premium panoramic overwater bungalow? I saw the map but there is only the standard OWB and panoramic bungalow. Can you please tell me which number of bungalows are considered to be king premium? Second question relates to planned reconstruction in January. Do you think that when staying in OWB we will be significantly influenced by reconstruction (noise, dust etc.)? I am not sure whether you are planning only some maintenance of pool or whether it´s complex reconstruction using heavy machinery? We are planning to stay in Hilton approx. around 20 Jan 2019. Is there any possibility that works will be finalized before our arrival? I read that you are planning to compensate your guest by vouchers (7000 XPF per day) and some transfer to private island. Is it valid? Is the transfer to the island for free? Thanks for your help. Barbara
Dear Babara, Thank you very much for your message and for your interest. I would be pleased to help you the best I can. The difference between our two higher categories Panoramic and Premium Panoramic over-water bungalows are their location. The higher category allows you to have a room far from the beach and faced to the ocean in order to offer you the best privacy possible. They are mostly located at the end of each pontoon. Concerning our swimming-pool renovation, every information you have are correct. Our over-water bungalows are far enough from this area and there will be no disturbing problem during your stay! During this period, our guests will be able to beneficiate of 7 000xpf Resort Credit per day to spend in the resort and free shuttles everyday to the motu (small island in the middle of the sea). We remain at your entire disposal if you have any other questions, See you soon in paradise!

Thank you for responding to my previous question. We would need an overwater bungalow with 2 twins. Do you know which overwater bungalows have the twin beds? Specifically which category have twins?....overwater, panoramic, or premium panoramic? We would just need to know which category to book for the twin beds. Also, are children allowed in overwater bungalows (ours is 7 years old). Thank you so much!
Dear Wengar, All our rooms categories have some twin rooms possible. If you would like to update something in a present reservation, please contact directly my colleagues : reservations@hilton.pf We accept children in over-water bungalows, but I would like to inform you that their parents are responsible of their security. In an over-water bungalow, we accept 2 adults and 1 child. Thank you for your questions and see you soon!

Could you please tell me if any of your overwater bungalows have king beds that can be split into two twin beds? If so, which bungalow numbers? Thank you!
Dear Wengar, Thank you for your question in this platform. Of course, we do have some of our over-water bungalow with twin beds available. But be careful, you have to specify that you would like to have a twin bed as soon as possible! Warm regards from Moorea, Rose R.
