I have visit this lovely place regularly in past 2 years, I can't tell you how lovely is . Hotel is very compact , rooms are large and comfortable , apartments are great option too, most of it have balcony . From the beginning you are in the hands of the well prepared and very polite staff. Food is very... More

Pavel Banya, hotel Sevtopolis Our group was on a business trip in the Valley of the Roses and this hotel was perfectly located in the middle of the growers we wanted to visit. Banya , i assume , means bath. And this city is known for its water. Many people come here to take a “cure”, swim and drink the... More

We paid for their 5 day package that included dinner, breakfast and 3 treatments each day in the Spa - we had to meet the resident Doctor who examined us both and listened to our medical issues before suggesting the 3 daily treatments that she though would suit us best. The Spa it's self was excellent and I understood it... More

The room had a really nice view- it was amazing- pine forest, between two mountains. The pool is large and you can swim. The water is hot, but not so much as in the other hotels in the city. The dinner was amazing, but when you are on a free consumption everything is overpriced-better choose other restaurants and coffee bars.... More

Staying at this hotel is not cheep, but the costliness makes a good selection of the visitors. The place is calm and nice for having a rest. The hotel rooms are spacious and well kept. The food for breakfast and dinner is acceptable. There were some problems, caused by the management, which is not so thorough. Several times I had... More

Very good sauna, and pool also, but most service people speak only bulgarian. The restaurant menu also is in Bulgarian only. Rooms are simple but clean. I don't believe if there are another option in town, I should check before.

!!!Absolutly ovmerpriced!!!!! Not more than 2 stars!!! Is good potencial but absolutly not realized! 4 stars means free water on table - here is nothing. Everything you have to pay. And roomprices are very high. Spa? That is not Spa? One small finish sauna - and one other is closed.

New hotel , with pools and other facilities fed by the thermal springs, with the latest balneology equipment and trained staff to serve the guests. That's the only thing that I liked. Everything else was dissaster. Dirty walls in the rooms, dirty curtains ,dirty carpets, Nothing as an enterntainment in the hotel , there is only a so called lobby... More

Quiet with spacious, nice rooms, I did like the bathroom panorama window. Water and serenity are the biggest assets of this place. The SPA facilities are good but could be more diverse. We enjoyed the indoor pool with mineral water. The so called oriental relax area was too caled, too small and ill furnished. Would be good to have a... More

Hotel-relatively new, looking good on the outside. What I miss is a bit of cousyness. Hallways look and feel as past comunist era hotels.", with no feeling generated by staying inside. Food- a waste of materials. I just could not figure out how the chef could not mix the available ingredients to make something tasty... Water- excellent! The natural resouses... More
