Panacea is the best place to let your guard down, open up and let yourself breathe. Debbie, Mary and Peter provide lovely company, energy, food and the mountain, ah, the mountain generates calm, reflection and sheer peace (almost on par with Mary's yoga sessions)--and is...More
Peace, great food, yoga and three lovely proprietors! You can not go wrong with a visit to Panacea de la Montana! I needed to reset myself after a perceived month of stress. Panacea set me straight within hours of arriving here, relaxation set in immediately....More
Panacea de la Montana is the perfect place to get back in-tune with your body and mind. I stayed 10 nights and followed a routine of getting-up at 5:30am, coffee at 6:00am, lovely morning chats with Mary, Debbie and Peter (the owners) and greetings from...More
I just spent 5 days at this lovely mountain yoga center with a great group of women. Mary is a wonderful yoga teacher and her morning yoga class was a special treat for me (being a yoga teacher myself). The rooms are quiet and peaceful,...More

Probably…no kids when I was there though did hear of some, especially those staying in extended family vacations where whole place rented. Cabinas set out over steep hillside so not conductive to toddlers. Some games & artwork stuff to do in dining room, there is a single swing, walking maze labyrinth, pool for sure would be great for kids, but I think of Panacea as a retreat…yoga, resting & rejuvenating…not a place to be entertained & overstimulated. I'm single but come from a family of 8 kids so know some kids need "stuff"/activities to be happy, others don't… Great owners do offer rides to beach/town (~15 min) so you could probably strike a good balance between stuff at Panacea and things in town if your kids are pretty low maintenance!!. My cabin (Tranquilo) had 2 double beds…but would have been tight for 4 people as limited floor space/size…though I really only slept there due to the hammock outside and other things Panacea offered..might ask about other cabins & space for 4. Hope that helps. It is a great place, hope you go!
