We rented a 3 bedroom unit that was perfect for our needs. The staff we all very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent amenities available, pool, hot tub, restaurant, parking. My only complaint would be that you cannot know the exact layout and bed configuration of the unit until arrival. I would stay again without hesitation.
Attentive staff, clean rooms, excellent location. Furniture clean and comfortable. Mattress getting a little old (slopes to one side) Small patch of mold starting in one bathroom. A lot of bugs/insects on the deck.
We stayed 2 nights at the Cove and it was nice. I would say it was overpriced though. The room was nice and spacious. King bed was not very comfortable and the doors on master bedroom did not lock which isn’t great when you want privacy
Resort location and spa was good but would not agree that this is a luxury resort. Lots of pool chairs and nice big umbrellas. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Advertising should state that suites are privately owned and the quality is different depending on what owners are willing to supply. In our case we were very disappointed
Our three bedroom suite had worn out beds, carpet in desperate need of cleaning/replacing, bathroom towels torn and frayed, dining room chairs so worn we placed seat cushions or pillows on them so your tailbone wasn’t contacting the chair frame. Thermostat would not regulate the temperature properly, it was all ON or OFF. Balcony decking was filthy, stained with grease, and needed to be swept. One of the electrical outlets in the kitchen completely inoperative. One of the two lobby elevators inoperative during our 7 day stay in mid August, so you waited around a lot. Escapes me the prices this places charges, there are much better/modern accommodations in Kelowna for better value. I would not recommend this property to a friend or family.
Good spot for summer family getaway. Close to lake and amenities. Best suited for younger kids as pool is small, we had teens and other than rental jet skis not much else for them. Grounds are great, pool needs a refresh. Room was over parking lot wouldn’t call that mountain view
Old hotel trying to look new. Spacious units with tiny bathroom not suitable for 2 people or older people who need to step into the bathtub to shower. Unbelievably, a restaurant on premises that is not associated with the hotel so; no breakfast service, no room service, no beverage service at the pool and restaurant charges need to be paid for at the restaurant instead of charging to the room. So if you are at the pool and want a glass of water, you need to go back to the front desk and get a bottle. Or to the restaurant with your credit card. No staff at the pool to collect used towels or abandoned glasses creates a dismal situation by midday. Brunch was offered on the weekend. They opened at 11:00 and when we showed up, were told we needed a reservation and they couldn't take us because the kitchen was short staffed. We insisted and they took us. It was very good. However, dinner was inedible due to how heavily salted the food was. The staff is untrained and unconcerned. I can't believe we paid so much to stay there. What a mistake. And to add insult to injury we were billed an additional charge for a "marketing fee" as well as the daily resort fee. I can't believe I made such a mistake and stayed there.…
We had exceptional service from pre arrival to our checkout. The resort is full of amenities and although the rooms are dated in looks, it is well maintained and very clean. We would stay again. Peak season can be $$$. We have two kids and they wanted to come back (especially for the water slide)!
Gorgeous views, nice, spacious rooms, and good amenities in a relatively private location. So that is lovely. But 3 fire alarms in 24 hours, not due to fires but malfunctions, ( with one at 3 am and one at 5 am) doesn't lead to confidence in the systems and maintenance. Add to that one elevator down for maintenance and a charcuterie board at the restaurant that took 45+ minutes (with no explanation and only the waitress apology), and I would say they aren't operating very well. Nice place, nice location, tough to stay there.
we had the best time but the fire alarm went off at 3 am and then again at 6:30 am but other than that we loved it. i would definitely recommend it. i was visiting my mom at the Heritage so was super convenient running back and forth.
