We stayed for 3 nights. Kids 2 and 4 had a great time in kiddie pools and aquapark. Food is excellent and service is outstanding. It is a great place to stay and relax. They have short path in which we saw bambu, coffee and plantain trees. However, not a ecotourism or rural experience. Safe place to walk outside the...

We drove for a long while through winding, narrow roads and finally at the end was a hotel and amenities I did not expect in the least. The check in entrance was stunning and decorated beautifully for Christmas. There was a little church behind the check in area which was a surprise. We originally booked a standard room but asked...

As I expected, I reserved a weekend at this place to get away from work and the hussle of the city I live at, from the beginning all you get is this green scenario besides the lousy and poorly maintained road, the hotel has all the amenities you need for a good relaxation time, no loud music or noisy activities,...

We stayed from July 22nd to July 26th. We were a group of 17 people between the ages of 4 and 82. We had a great time, there was activities for the whole family; The kids enjoyed the playground with those awesome giant sliders, the soccer tables, ping pong, karts which is not included but it is only a fraction,...

This hotel has good room (although small and basic). Locations is great, with different swimming pools with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. You could also do a little walk around the area, which is nice in the morning. The location I believe is the best future of this hotel.. close to downtown and to the coffe park. Second is the...

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel has many different enterntainment options and the hotel grounds are very nice. The check in was slow and I would suggest you get a room away from the central area where the club and music are at. We were away and didn´t hear anything but the rooms...

I must say I think it is the best hotel in the area. It is still a country hotel but with nice accommodations. The hotel architecture is nice with nice decor though it would be nice if the rooms had a view to the coffee plantation. Rooms are nice and comfortable as are the beds with necessary air conditioning. The...

We stayed with my husband at this hotel for five nights. Food was excellent as well as the staff and service. Hotel should go over the towels and discard or donate to poor people of the zone the pretty old ones. Hotel is very well maintained. Recommended 100% if they check the towels.
